The staff is helpful and friendly. Stock is limited because of covid but they are upfront about what they have and what is back-ordered.

Super thorough customer service with Cindy at this store. In 2010 we bought a full size table plus a bar height matching corner table for drinks/phones etc and 2 wall anchored tables plus bar stools to match. She went well above and beyond 7 full years later to put me in touch with any company that could help me match those accessories that I now need to match so we can expand the space. So pleasantly surprised to experience that level of customer service! Incredible!

There isnt a question that they cant help you with. Plus they help you with the set up of your new pool, such as what products you will need to get you up and started. The install guys did a great job as well, I would refer them to anyone. But Ill have to say go see Wesley, Ethan and Sara at the Morristown location you wont leave there disappointed, because they are the greatest!! Had to call 3 different days, during business hours to schedule an appt. When they finally did come out all they did was take the cover off and put the ladder in. Then charged us over $300.Definitely going elsewhere.

A little expensive for my taste

Ordered a liner and installation for $867.00. Finally got it put in April 28th. June 28 it has busted down the seam and washed out the sand underneath. We have called and all we got was we will call you back. Next day I called back. Talked to Wesley, make sure thats what it is and the liner has warranty but it will be another $550 to get it installed again!!?? Well now guess what. Now they wont return the call again. Run around after run around. Will not be recommending this place to anyone!!

Called 5 times on hold till Auto hangup kicks in. Place is a joke.

Wesley and the staff at Aurora Pools And Spa in Morristown TN were excellent during our pool setup and closing experience. I have been extremely pleased with the service i have recd from them since the day i purchased the pool from them. They have an abundance of knowledge to help with any pool or spa need that you may have.

Did a good job installing the pool but I was not explained anything about how to use the pump. Until i took a water samble in. Then I had a problem with the pump called them 3 times and was told i would get a call back well it is thirty minutes until closing time and still no call back. So i will not be buying my pool supplies from them its like they got my money and now they dont care.

I just want to say that Mike from the Knoxville TN location is by far the best sales person around.... Not only was her very helpful at the time of sale but I have called him at least 10 times after my pool was installed to ask questions... He is very prompt to return my call if he cant answer right then. I would highly recommend using Mike as your sales person if you buy from the Knoxville location. This being my first pool experience I would say that Aurora was great. Wesley walked us through all the steps of owning and purchasing a pool, without being pushy. Just purchased a pool from Aurora in Morristown. The quality of customer service we received was excellent. Cindy, our sales rep. was awesome! She showed us several models, explained all the details and answerd all the many questions my husband had in regards to maintenances a pool. We purchased the one we wanted and the pool was installed less than 2 weeks. Brian and his crew did a wonderful job on the installation. We are very pleased. I highly recommend Aurora in Morristown. Went to aurora in Morristown talked with wesle decided on our pool and within 30 days we had the crew out with lead installer bryan and thes e4 guys had the pool up and water filling in 4 hours. very professional, answered any questions that I had and service after the sale has been great. good to be in the aurora family of pool owners. Sold me a above ground pool cover that was more expensive. Was told you can see the difference in quality. 2 years later its more destroyed than the cheap covers of the past.

Great great great price was terriffic wesley was awsome with informing us of what equip. we would need to suit our needs and right there through the whole process to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The install crew with brian...wow these boys banged this out in 6 hours AND did it with great detail no sloppy work here. I highly recommend aurora pools...especialy this location.
