I went and got a pedicure paid $45 and the lady only massaged my shins and calves. Never once my feet. I thought shed get to them eventually but nope. Didnt cut my cuticles and only ran the scrub for dry spots over my foot once. Left very mad. Decided to go in the next week and get my nails done and I got the same lady. I asked for medium coffin shape and I got very short round shape nails. Every single nail is a different shape. They are terrible. I will not be going back.

A happy atmosphere and crew, clean and pretty interior. Great nails at a great price! The outside of the building does not do this shop justice!

I got a pedicure and a manicure and it was okay just not great. I felt the time on the pedicure considering the cost was too short. It wasnt a bad job just not great. I treated a friend to the same and after she was done they never came back and checked on her and she ended up smearing a nail. They fixed it but it just wasnt a great job. This was the first time I tried this place but I dont think Id go back. Ive received much better service at other salons.

My pedicure was phenomenal! Manicure looks nice, just wish she would have done a hand massage.

A worker name Jaime- I asked for coffin and gives me round. Had old nail polish on and still left bits on it on. Did sloppy and didnt get the tip like I asked.

I had an enjoyable time the people are nice and very skilled and reasonable with prices.

I got acrylics and they messed my nails up. They left polish all over my hand, didn’t clean up the glue, the polish on my nails are clumpy looking, there was nail dust EVERYWHERE, they don’t use new materials (nail filers, nail clippers etc.). This place is horrible. They didn’t clean up my cuticles either.

DO NOT GO HERE, they not only give you the wrong price when you ask and charge you more and will NOT work with you they cut my pinky and made it bleed and tried to super glue it, FOUR people I’ve talked to have gotten nail fungus and have had to seek medical treatment for it, they shared nail tools right in front of me WITHOUT cleaning them! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE!

Usually spot on. This time must have had an inexperienced tech as she cut my big toe during a pedicure. She was very polite and apologized. I will go back.

Fast and turned out just how I wanted

I’ve been here twice now, once for a pedicure and once for a shellac manicure. Both times I have been more than pleased with not only the quality of the work they do but the customer service. Everyone is so respectful! I am a (recovering) nail biter and I like to keep my nails short. Other places have given me heck for that, but the nail tech I had was understanding and kind to me, respecting my request to keep my nails short.One thing you want to keep in mind is that if you don’t have an appointment, just expect to wait, something that I can totally understand.

The place looks and feels wonderful. I liked it at first, by my lady was a little rough and not as nice as I’d like her to be.,😔 but she did pretty alright on my nails. Will definitely be searching for a different salon, but if I can’t find one, this will have to be my new go to. Not great, but not too bad either.

The best place to go in town. The people are always friendly and do great work. If you bring a picture of a nail design that you like, theyll try their best to get it but I still havent had someone nail it. Its not the cheapest place in town to go to, but Ill gladly pay the extra $5 for a clean nail salon.

Tara was amazing!!! I will be calling ahead for her from here on out. She took her time with my pedicure. It was a great relaxing experience!

Kevin was AMAZING. My first time getting my nails done and I was very nervous. He did a wonderful job and Im so happy with my nails. Everyone is so polite and the price wasnt all that bad. Had me out of there fast too.

Never make time to write reviews but I had to and I’m still sitting here drying my toes. I had a phenomenal experience, likely the best I’ve ever had for a nail salon and now I don’t want to go anywhere else. Got a pedicure by a nice lady who did AWESOME and shellac manicure by Tom and he did incredible, I felt so pampered. I’ll make the drive again and hope for the same experience next time!

My first time at this location. I picked my colors and was seated right away. Andy was very pleasant, careful, gentle and meticulous. The establishment was clean, friendly and very quiet and relaxing. Note to self: Dont wait another 5 years for my next Mani pedi.

Great service I was in right away on a Saturday morning. The place is clean and the technician I had kept her station very clean when I was getting my nails done. I showed the technician a picture of what I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for. I think the prices are reasonable as well I paid $30 for a shellac manicure.

All I can say is DO NOT GO HERE! Not sure if they’re under new management or what but I had the WORST experience there today. Not only did they allow for a homeless person to walk around asking for money from employees and customers, they didn’t do anything to stop this person from threatening customers. Not to mention there was a LIVE roach near the nail dryer.AWFUL! I will never return.

Wow... since they redid this place it is lovely! lots of space and lots of choices for nail colors. If I have to cheat anywhere on my regular nail place I come here :)

I was there two days ago getting my acrylics filled and they already chipped. They were filed so thin that the nail chipped off. I’m never going back there to get my nails filled again especially for that expensive of a price.

I went in today at 12pm. Had my nails done and had bubbles in to of my fingers. The gentleman that was doing my nails was getting upset because he couldnt understand what I was saying. He didnt let the 2nd coat dry all the way so it formed bubbles. Im an inspector at Cargill so washing my hands in the sink, my polish peeled back. I had my nails done 2 week prior to today and ended up having to drive from Columbus to Fremont 3 times in 1 week after getting my nails done. I work crazy hours so now Im highly upset because this is another trip Im gonna have to make.😡UPDATE: have to give credit when its due. I did come back and they did make it right. Even tho I had to pay again because I have OCD and everything has to match so I had to change my toe color the gentleman done an awesome job fixing everything for me. I didnt catch him name but he done great so now the question remains if I will need to come back for I need a fill again. I will have another update..

They did a very good job on my nails, i was very impressed how the design looks and the color hasn’t faded and is still very beautiful. They took their time on everyone’s nails and they were still organized.

Horrible! When they did my nails, they put it on so thick (like quarter inch liquid glass thick. Took 2 months to get them completely off and took various layers of my real nails with it. 100% acetone wouldnt even budge them!. Never go back.

I went here today to have my nails done and they are very high priced. I needed a fill and took my own polish. I was charged $35 for this service. That is what I would normally pay when going in and have a full set done. This place is a ripoff. I had an appointment and still waited 20 minutes after my appointment time before. Was helped and then over charged. Two of my nails already broke and its only been five hours.

I had an appt and had to wait over 25 minutes. Also, I got my nails dipped here and they were peeling within 1 weeks... not that impressed

If I could rate it NO Stars I would definitely do it. They refused to follow through with their 10 day “guaranteed” policy. The owner was very rude to me infront of all the other costumers, very embarrassing. After making a big scene they “Tried” to fix the problem and ended up doing a lousy job. Very upset. Never coming back.

I have had my nails done at some places and they stay for weeks on end and here they pop off like nails you get from walmart. When i came in the gentlemen who greets said i have crappy nails and that he has someone else that has their fake nails on and they stay for 5 weeks.
