I had a new man do my overlay manicure earlier today he really paid attention to my cuticles and, did an awesome job I will definitely be back Ive tried a few nail salons around town and, hands down their pricing is much easier on my pockets and, you also have the option to go shopping right after getting your beauty service.

Tammy, is a professional techician! She does above excellent in all that she does when giving me a Pedicure and Manicure. I highly recommend her. Tammy does a skilled and thorough job. Shes also kind and a beautiful person. She makes my experience very satisfying. I will definitely continue to see this wonderful lady.

I got a pedicure by the technician Holly and I absolutely love her work. She did such an excellent job. She took her time and was very thorough. I would recommend her to everyone that comes in. To me shes the absolute best!!

Tammy is the best at manicures and pedicures. She takes her time and is very thorough. I only like for her to do my nails. I’ve been to other places and she is the only person I’ve ever been satisfied with.

The worst place to go the one in Bellmead better not the one in Hewitt

I don’t know if I was just unlucky or something. I came in with my friend and we both got the same pedicures but different people. The lady who did my toe nails made them look worse than when they came in. She rushed so quickly, barely touched the cuticles that I needed to be cut, and her massage(?) was basically her rubbing my legs for a few seconds. The paint job was the worst though. It was so uneven and when I asked her to fix them, she made an ugly face at me. Sorry, but I’m paying for this experience? My pedicure ended up being finished in about 25 min while my friend got done 15 min later. Hers looked better and was more relaxing as well. I didn’t get to learn the person’s name but she was one of the older ones and had a big face. Would not recommend her for your nails.

This is the BEST nail salon in the Waco area. The customer service is exceptional and they always do a wonderful job. I also want to give a shout out to my nail stylist Mi Mi. She is amazingly talented!

This might be long, but youll know why. I started coming here about 2 yrs ago and I go there religiously. Havent gone anywhere else. I used to wear acrylics, went for a fill 2 yrs ago... I walked in and they told me to go sit at Mimis table. I needed a fill-in and was going to replace a few. She looked at my nails and said why dont we remove them and just put gel, since they are long and lets get them healthy because I had told her how frail my nails are and how ugly they were looking with. She said that in no time they will be healthy and strong, just needed to let them breathe a bit. Its 2 years later and I have yet to put on any acrylics on my nails. I go every month to get the gel color put on and I love that its my natural nails. She has such good taste in colors and knows what I like. I like that she doesnt pressure me..AND to the person that left a review about pricey...yeah right..I always get charged less. And yes Mimi takes her time for sure because she is a perfectionist. And Helen and Lu do my pedicure and they are AWESOME. They are detailed too and I like when people do my nails to be detailed and not rush me out and Ive never felt that way here. Even the manager one time my gel came off like on one nail, I called she said to come in and fix it at no charge. Love this place and recommend it and I dont leave reviews is not my thing, but this place is worth a try. Youll come back.

Normally when older people work in cosmetics, they’re either experienced or they’re new and don’t know how to do anything. From how messy and bloody Hannah makes my nails, I would hope she’s new. My friends say they’ve had the same issue with this woman; She needs to learn how to do her job.

I came to this nail place because the reviews made it sound good. I walked in and right off the bat, I knew I made a mistake. I stood there for a few minutes before anyone asked what I needed done. They werent very busy so thats no excuse. Anyway, I told them I would like a pedicure and eye brows waxed. She took me back to do the eye brows first. Then took me to the chair for the pedicure. I guess I got the one person that couldnt care less about customer service or taking their time to do the job right. She seemed put out that she had to be there. She asked if I wanted my nails cut down and I said just a little because I dont want them too short. Well she cut them so short that they hurt now. Also, while cleaning the cuticle out, she hurt/cut me. I told her that hurt and instead of apologizing, she showed me the curticle and said it was bad and needed to come out. I had asked for their top pedicure because I was treating myself and was given the basic. She rushed through it. The massage was rough and not very relaxing. The polish was applied poorly. She did not care. From walking to walking out took 30 minutes, tops. I felt it was very rushed and very poorly done. I could understand, a little, if they were very busy or about to close, but neither of those was the case. She just didnt want to do it. Needless to say, after all this, I will not be going back and I will definitely not be recommending them.

I was planning on giving only one star but the rest of the staff seemed nice enough. Hannah, on the other hand, did an absolutely terrible job and even charged me more than what I had agreed on paying for it. She gave me the menu to choose from and I told her I wanted just the basic $25 pedicure and nothing else. At the end she charged me an extra $5 because she threw in a callus remover that she DID NOT ask me about at all and told me that I had to pay that extra money. That just seems plain greedy to me and I dont know about the other staff ladies but don’t go to Hannah!

Very friendly, helpful staff! You never have to worry about sanitation because everything is so clean. Always do a wonderful job!

Every time I visit regal I get fabulous results from my nail techs Helen & Mimi I wouldn’t trade them for the world even when I relocate I’m driving back for appts... I love the ladies there their all sweet!!!

Mimi is an amazing nail tech and her work is incredible. She is a perfectionist and wont settle for anything less than what you came for. The salon is very clean and all the nail techs are very kind and friendly.

Mimi is the best nail tech that I’ve ever had......I get my nails done every two weeks and I’ve been going to her for the last couple years and there is never a bad set of nails from her. She’s very creative and very talented....I love this place

STORY TIME! In a world full of nail shops, i firmly believe nail technicians take for granted when customers decide to choose their seat to sit in, trusting them with his or her nails. It was my second time here when I was on a strict schedule needing to head to Atlanta for a conference the next day and had to make a drive to Dallas. Peter handled me and did the worst job, almost one whole hand of my nails fell off within 1 week when they’re supposed to last two. The nails fell apart like tender chicken. Ridiculous. It was no time for me to speak up in between the service nor after because i planned my day and had to go to Dallas. After the conference, i placed an order via Walmart Grocery Pickup, I went inside to then handle the matter, explained my situation to the nail technicians and one of them offered for me to get them redone for free. Well when “Tiffany” jumped in so eager to do em I assumed she was the manager, so she scheduled me an appointment. That following weekend when I showed up for my appointment, i was embarrassed because somehow there was a miscommunication that i was going to pay for a job the second time and MORE then the last time for a job that should’ve been done right THE FIRST TIME! and when I clearly pointed out to Tiffany the women who informedme i could get them done with no charge Tiffany said she had no idea and they proceeded to speak in their first language! If your whole hand of nails fell off in one week, would you pay for that service to be rectified again ! I don’t think so thats just common sense. Tiffany did a great job, I won’t take that from her. However, she made me bleed in two places on one hand and wasn’t going to tend to them until i said something. She could’ve gave me an infection just running over the blood like it was nothing AND she was rough with me. After the services were rendered, i was shooed out of the store!!!! WORST STORE EVER! And you can believe I’m reporting them to TDLR as we speak

They talked me into doing the dipped nails for 35.00 and told me it would last for one month. Within 2 weeks they started chipping and cracking, really disappointed. Never going back there again

Total lack of professionalism and bad attitude! Had my nails done by Kim and she was constantly making a face at my feet and would loudly say something in Vietnamese to another worker who’d also look over at my feet and comment.

Shout out to Yen she’s the best I love her work and her customer skills there’s never a dual moment when I’m there ....... also shout out to MeMe girl u are a beast at those nails keep doing what u do I love you both ....

Super unprofessional (and unlawful I think?). The older lady Hannah did my pedicure and also waxed my eyebrows for me. First off, she did a terrible job on the pedicure and I got charged an extra five dollars for her to scrub my feet painfully. it felt like she was trying to remove my actual skin instead of my dead skin which I barely had any to get rid of. Then she waxed my eyebrows too thin even though I told her not to. It was an overall bad experience and when I told my friends about it one of them whos been there before said that her license is only for a manicurist and doesnt actually allow her to wax eyebrows so why was she allowed to do mines?

Very unprofessional!! I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! Myself and two other ladies had the worst experience there! None of us were satisfied with our nails. I personally went up to the manager and asked her politely to fix one of my nails. She was huffing the whole time while she was fixing my one nail and started talking to her fellow coworkers in a different language which I am pretty sure it was about me.

Very unprofessional. My daughter went to get her nails done, every nail was a different length, and they were extremely thick. She expressed her unhappiness repeatedly and they refused to fix them. They finally took them off and kept all of her money. The staff is rude and this was a horrible experience. We will never go back.
