This is my go to place for a haircut. Today I was getting off work late, and I called ahead of time because I was getting there at closing time. Kayla I believe was her name. She was able to fit me in at closing time and my haircut turned out great. She definitely deserves recognition. If you need a haircut this is the place to go.

I went to a new sports clips location for my usual haircut, I thoroughly enjoyed the cut and the MVP was done very well. I was recommended a product and even given a discount because the size I wanted was not in stock. Great location no doubt!

Great staff, good work. Would’ve been 5 stars but I feel $17 for a 4 year olds haircut that took under 10 minutes was a bit high. Haven’t really been to any other place or researched kids haircut prices, just personally felt high.

I called to make an appointment, and I was told to go online and check in there. I went online, found the shop, but wasnt actually able to use the online system because of a giant banner warning me that there is, in fact, a global virus affecting us all at the moment. Good to know. When I found a workaround by using F11, I was then led to a sign-up page, complete with my email, phone number, and a password. For a haircut. Good lord. So I filled it all out, and then, after all that run-around, their Sign Up (submit) button didnt actually work. It was a total waste of time, and I ended up just saying, screw it, Ill go somewhere else.

Wait times in the app vs. in store didnt line up but service was good and the first visit discount is always a bonus!

I had worked for sport clips in Viera over the summer of 2017. It was a wonderful experience for me. The management was very understanding. I have two children and they were very flexible and understanding with the hours that I was able to work. They took great care of me and they take exceptional care of their clientele. The stylist that work for sport clips in Viera are very skilled and really truly care for their customers. I highly recommend working for this company.

Fantastic service. Always check-in online and then drive there. I will always use a certain service provider whom I will not name online and will not go there unless I see she is working. I have had her cut my hair once around a month ago and my beard then and this morning. Give them your goal and keep with the same provider. They can be your hair doctor this way. The only ID information for my service provider was the one with a Superman shirt today instead of the usual SC uniform of black-logo shirt and black pants.

Have always had great service but is popular so you might encounter a little wait (pro tip, you can use the mobile site to check in early.. Ive yet to encounter a wait over a half hour and they do offer to have text alerts for when your spot is coming up so you can walk around Viera while you wait). Their MVP program is well worth the money for a mini-spa treatment with a hot towel treatment which can be upgraded to more treat-yo-self pampering for a few dollars more.. well worth it and their rewards/frequent cut program definitely is something to look into

Layla was fabulous and did a great job on my sons hair. She was patient and understanding with a lil 3 yr old. She made him feel at ease all while giving a quality cut. And....she listened to me! I would give the place 5 stars, but for a simple kid cut is was 16 bucks and they had politics on the tvs. I did not care for that. Sports clips should have sports on. Otherwise it was a great first visit!

Been coming here for months, all the stylist do an amazing job. Would recommend doing an online reservation especially on weekends. Recommend for men and boys wanting a fair priced haircut.

They always treat me very well. Its a little pricey if youre looking for a basic haircut but theres something about that hot towel on your face when youre getting shampooed. Its just great. I go there regularly.

Im not a haircut from a chain kind of guy. I would much prefer to go see a barber that I know, and can chat with about how his life is going since my last cut. I love those old-fashioned barber shops where they have a bunch of old baseball paraphernalia tacked on the wall, the chair is older than your grandfather, and so is that blue liquid they keep the combs in.But Sport Clips is consistent, dependable and cheap. I know that I can walk in there and get the SAME cut every time because they keep notes on what I like. I also know that I can walk in and get a cut within 20 minutes.

RUN AWAY FAST! If you want your hair cut with a chainsaw, by Jason or Michael Myers, then by all means, this is your place.. these folks would be better off grooming pets, then cutting hair for humans

Was told to go here by a friend who had a good experience here so I decided to give it a try. Since I am new to the area, I was happy to take a recommendation.I did not call ahead (mistake), but walked in instead since the signage upfront advertises that too. Lady up front was very nice, so no complaints there. She told me it would be about 30 minutes since they were pretty busy...no big deal Ill walk around and check out the surrounding stores. Had two nice conversations with the salesmen at the golf cart store next door...25 minutes. Walked back and was told it would be 15 more minutes...okay...walk to another store next door and bought a couple items for my office. Walk back and they still told me there are two people in front of me. So I sit down and wait.One stylist comes up to the front and chat with lady up front then leaves. A few minutes later another stylists does the same. All the while one or more customers come in and talk to the lady up front. Two more customers get their turn as expected, so I still wait. Then another and now I am really getting frustrated...then another goes. And the lady up front says you are up next, I promise as she has to be aware of my situation by this point. But it was pretty much too late...I was pretty pissed and had enough. I got up and walked out. As I am waiting for my wife and kids to come back and pick me up, the lady comes out and reassures me one more time that I am next, but I am done. At this point the 30 min estimate is well gone, the two in front of you was clearly not true, and you are up next I promise was completely unbelievable. And if you are so busy why did you let 2 stylists leave with a full lobby of customers??? This may be a great place if you are a VIP but dont walk up and expect quick service...I will never go back here!!!

Very overpriced compared to other barber shops. $18 for a mens cut compared to $12 at the barber shop I go to. They charged $16 for my 3 yr old son to sit in the chair for 5 minutes for a cut. Although the staff is very friendly and courteous, the quality of cut is hit or miss depending who you get. I only go here out of convenience when I cant make it to a real barber shop.

Ridiculous this place normally has a long wait time so they tell you to schedule ahead of time, I’m driving on I-95 so I call in - no can’t do that you have to go online to schedule! So I get there and all of the employees are standing around guess Sports Clips would rather have their employees stand around than good customer service and schedule an appointment on the phone. Needless to say I will be finding a friendlier place to do future business with. Maybe a place that does not expect you to put your life on the line and schedule an appointment while you are driving!

Looked good from the front but upon getting home and having wife look at the back she said it looked like somebody off the street took a weed whacker too it. Would not recommend.

So I worked for a corporate company called sportclips in viera 2017. I was given a schedule that was nothing to my needs so I constantly had to base my life around it. Was left with no time for myself or my son. Not only that but I was bullied, made fun of behind my back, teased, taken advantage of. Rather than showing consideration for my Fatal Heart Disease (long qt syndrome. Sudden death syndrome, which I have a pacemaker for, which is to help keep me alive during random cardiac arrest episodes), I was discriminated against and because I cant exert myself like everyone else my hours were cut for not being able to do at least 3 haircuts an hour. Which for one I find impossible being able to do three good quality haircuts an hour. I fixed numerous haircuts because some of the people had no compassion or care for their clients it was basically just in and out for them. I also didnt even feel like a hairdresser anymore and not even close to a barber I felt like a damn referee having to wear a sports outfit everyday I thought we were selling hair not Sports. I came in on days off to help I even stayed late to help I even didnt evacuate for the hurricane so that I could help shut down a salon that Im not even responsible for risking my own safety for a person who dropped off the supplies and left us to take care of everything for her. also after the hurricane I was confronted on my next shift that I didnt answer my phone and that the salon needed help when they reopened after the hurricane well unfortunately I didnt have power for 5 days and Im not privileged like everybody in Viera so I didnt have a phone to be contacted on nor did I have power or water to get myself ready for work. so because of all of this the company thought its slick to decrease my hours to 12 hours a week the only thought running through my mind was how the hell am I going to take care of me and my son on 12 hours a week. after seeing that schedule I decided to resign which to No Surprise no one in management contacted me which told me they wanted me gone. just because I dont look sick or ill or distressed on the outside doesnt mean I dont feel whats happening to my heart on the in side. I am so fortunate to have rejoined and reunited with a team I have worked for before who have consideration for peoples needs and disabilities. I was given a schedule that I wanted that works best for me so now I have more time with my son and I dont need to base my life around work. Im doing full-service again which is so much fun I forgot how awesome it is doing highlights and taking the time to pamper your client and connect rather than pushing them out the door. my body has emotionally and physically healed itself of the stresses from my last job. I wake up more energized and relaxed and positive. I can wear a professional comfortable outfit that doesnt make me look like a sports team member. overall Im happy I escaped that corporate hell hole. I felt like a robotic machine working for ungrateful discriminative inconsiderate superiors ( excluding the superiors I actually got along with which was only one of them). I had to get this off my chest and share how our corporate worlds are capable of treating people so horribly. I am so much happier than I have been this entire year. just sad that it took a year to figure out how screwed up corporate is for hairdressers.

This was my first visit based on the recommendation of a friend.Upon arrival I requested a specific stylist and was given a 30-40 minute wait time that I accepted.After waiting for an hour I visited the customer service counter and was told that I was up next. All the while other customers came, received service and left.After waiting for 75 minutes I simply walked away.At no time did I receive any updates regarding the timing of my requested service.Not good!
