I did schedule a call with them and uploaded all of the files before the scheduled time (days before). But they did not call at the scheduled time. I waited ~1 hour and even called the office and they said he will call, but he didnt. The next day they emailed me and without any explanation or apologies, asked me if we should reschedule. I told them sure, but please first tell me what happened to my previous schedule. I wanted to see if I can prevent wasting another hour for next schedule. But they didnt reply to that email at all. They even ignored my next two emails. After a week, they sent me an email confirming that they are going to delete my files on my request. This was extremely unprofessional. Specially so close to tax date. I know they are busy, but basic customer service is missing here.Update: They filed for extension without my knowledge, it created headache for me as two of my tries for extension failed and then I needed to find a way to pay the tax I owed without filing the full tax return.

When I was living in the bay area this was a hidden jewel when it comes to tax season. They make it so painless, easy, transparent, and VERY QUICK to process your taxes, I would definitely recommend! I made an online appointment (super easy) and got a follow up email telling me the information I should have available/with me during my appointment, that helped me a lot. When I showed up to my appointment they were very attentive.From beginning to end the whole process took 30 mins (my situation was simple) and I walked out of there knowing how much my refund was and when to expect it. The payment was reasonable, considering you could do your taxes on your own and miss something only to pay penalty fees later on.Keep up the great work Tax Care! :)

Tax Care is the best. I have been getting my taxes done here for years. The staff is so Professional and friendly. They have refreshments for you while you wait. Your taxes are put in a professional folder it goes straight in your hands to your file cabinet at home no hassle to look for a folder to put it in when you get home. I recommend when you get your taxes done here call in and make a appointment way in advance because they are very booked at tax time and they stay open late. I work in the financial services industry and I use Tax Care, Clayton office, for both my personal and business tax purposes, including payroll. I also refer my clients and friends to them. Fahim and the office team are great.

This is by far the worst place to get your taxes filed at! I am completely outraged over the whole ordeal that these incompetent people put my husband and I through! Not only, have we not received our tax return yet, after already waiting 2 weeks, but now on top of that time we have already patiently waited, we have been told that we are expected to wait about another 4-6 weeks for our tax return. We spent over $200 dollars for this horrible service! I dont understand how they have good reviews! We will never set foot into this place again! Not only did they fail to contact us to tell us that they made a mistake in spelling a three letter first name, so the IRS would not accept the tax files, which my husband found out only after calling them after waiting the 2 weeks, wondering where our tax return was, but they made the same spelling mistake a second time after asking my husband to send them a copy of my SS card so that they could fix the mistake and resend everything. How is that even possible? They failed to contact my husband to update him as they stated again. My husband had to call them to figure out that they messed up the second time again and they informed him that they would have to file everything via paper form now because of this and that we would be looking at waiting 4-6 weeks for our tax return. As of now, no updates have been made aware to us, and no follow up contact of any sort. No apologies have been made out to us verbally or otherwise! I am beyond disappointed especially when the reviews highly recommended them, I am wondering about these so called reviews now! I wouldnt be surprised if they are friends and family members leaving them good reviews! We were already upset at the fact that we had an appointment set up for 5 pm and were not even seen until an hour to an hour and a half later after I finally spoke up to raise concerns about our wait time! The receptionist ended up taking us into a room to get us started on the electronic filing process so we didnt have to wait any longer. Its one thing for the receptionist to make a mistake, even though she must type up paperwork regularly, so even that is off putting to me, but for the person who took over to possibly have been the one to make the mistake or not even catch the mistake is so unprofessional! You have our SS cards in front of you, in person, its a three letter first name, how do you mess that up? We paid you the ridiculous amount of money to file our taxes properly, what have you done for us except inconvenience us in such a horrible way! I rarely write reviews ever, unless I absolutely love a service or am extremely disappointed with a service, and this was the worst service I have ever received! I cant even begin to describe my feelings of complete dissatisfaction in this place! I hope no one else ever has to go through this horror! If I could give this place less than even a half of a star, believe me I would have! DO NOT GO TO THIS TEAM AND THIS PLACE! I wouldnt be surprised if this review will be flagged by this place as a not recommended review or if they are able to pay to get rid of this review, if possible, or if they delete this review, if they are allowed to delete this review at all! I am not super familiar with how google reviews work because I rarely leave reviews as stated previously, but I hope that this review stays up and is seen so that no one else and no other family goes through this!

They were able to fit me in after hours for my appointment. I have been going to Taxcare for about 7 plus years. They always take care of me. They ask if there are any more write offs or business expenses, they go down the list to do everything possible to help me out. So that I can claim all of my real estate and business expenses. Tahim is personable, knowledgeable and he even discussed options of incorporating and what the pros and cons are as he broke down the pricing and advised me on which direction to go was for my business. Thanks Tahim. He even told me that they can do my taxes by phone instead of having to come all the way to Clayton. How awesome is that.
