I don’t normally write reviews but this place is sooooo good that I had to. Shout out to Angie!! She fleeeeeeked my nails up and she was so cool, kind, and funny!! This will now be my go to spot. She did even better than the picture I showed her.

I hate giving businesses bad reviews, but I was just so disappointed. They didn’t even file or cut my nails and my paint job is worse than I can do myself. Paint missing in areas of my nails and uneven ends of my nails.I also didn’t get my feet massaged at all..the tops got a light brief massage, but the bottoms of my feet weren’t even touched other than with the pumice sponge. She spent the whole time massaging my legs so I thought for sure a good foot massage was coming up, but then she just started painting my nails and I was so shocked. They didn’t use any other tool to smooth the heels either. I even requested a good massage before she started. It’s so confusing because the word “Foot Massage” is in their name and on their sign..They were very sweet and had good customer service, just a horrible pedicure place. I was really rooting for this place to be our new go to.

I love the Mani/pedis!!! The extras they use added the moisture and smoothness to my skin that Ive never experienced at any other nail salon. Amy is amazing!!!

I love my nails, prices are great. I go to Yen exclusively now. She gives me what I ask for and despite working with my hands in water and gloves everyday, not a single nail has lifted! Outstanding.

Lily was great. I did a dip manicure with tips and the picture shows its still looking great 1 week later. Lily frequently asked if I liked her work to ensure she could make any adjustments as she worked. I will be back to see her for sure.

The are extremely overpriced and I was not impressed with the service that was provided. It looked like my daughter painted my toes. It just didnt look like a professional job. Also, they quoted me $45 for my 7 year old daughter to get her nails and toes painted with gel. They were extremely packed which wasnt their fault, but, they mis-quote times for wait. I wont be back.

Been going here for awhile! Hit and miss honestly. When you make an appointment they may take you at that time or you have to wait. My gel manicure turned out nice, but my mom got acrylics and they were really stubby. Good for the price I guess!

They took me right back and had me pick out my color nail polish and then sat me down in the chair. Cody was very nice and polite. He did a great job. I will definitely be going back. He took his time and never rushed the process. The place is clean and inviting and the other staff members were also friendly and polite. I had a very positive experience with them.

If i could give 0 stars I would. My nails have a bunch of lumps and bumps. My pedicure is just as terrible! Please don’t waste your money here

Disrespectful didn’t want to change my nails when i didn’t like the polish, wasn’t gel and claim they’ve already started so couldn’t go back even tho they’ve painted 2 nails, hung up in my face,

I just moved to the area and went here and wasn’t pleased. First they took the nails out of my hand and gave me a book that was even worse to look at. I paid $54 for a full set and a solid color. I never ever paid that much, one of the workers washed their hands and grabbed a dirty towel of the dirty towel trash next to sink and dried his hands instead of using a clean one in the basket right next to the sink. Will gladly save my money and go else where.

1 week update: my nails literally snapped offI received a Nail Pro gift card for my birthday and finally decided to use it. I was greeted and ultimately serviced by Yen. I was clear about what I wanted which was a basic fill and clear top coat. Yen was very calm and gentle and tried to engage in small talk. However, throughout the service she haggled me about other services, nail designs and gel polish. Even after I decided to get a design with regular polish she used gel and dip powder. I guess the frustration with her and other salons like this one is that they do not consider the customer. I had not planned to spend $40 for a fill-in.

Dave is the best!! He is very particular so your nails always look perfect! Very professional and friendly. Other nail professionals can’t compete. Five stars all the way

So I wanted to get a full set and I looked up nail salons near me in my area and I called to make sure that I can go get my nails done, And let me tell you they were friendly, courteous professional, very clean following COVID-19 restrictions and my nail tech name is Angie let me tell you she did my nails exactly the way I ask her to and totally exceeded my expectations I would totally recommend this nail salon. This will be my forever nail salon

I have been going here for 4 years religiously. They are the best! Fast, skilled, and very reasonably priced. I have become friends with the owner and request him every time because he is the best technician I have found! I tell everyone I know to use them.

I gave a 3 because i wasn’t completely happy. i went in 5 days ago with a friend. her and i got a madi/pedi... with the pedi we got the SAME thing but the product that was used on me wasn’t used on my friend. Then went to get my nails done. Nails came out wonderful BUT the owner told me in a week i should use a clear coat to keep the rhinestone on my nails. i was a bit confused but okay not even 2 day later 3 of the rhinestone popped off and now we are on day 5 and all the stone on my index came off.

Very good customer service. I really like the vibe in here. Positive vibes. Anthony was excellent and funny. Mimi was funny and very nice. She did a great job on my feet. Definitely coming back.

Nice people, a bit dark,.tThe gentleman who did my pedicure was looking at his phone all the time. they did a manicure right afterwords, and it was a bit rough. I was not please when my polish on my hands started chipping the next day. My toe nails grew out before the polish started to come off. I will not be back.

Best nail place I’ve been to totally professional and Anthony did an amazing job!!! Shape was perfect gave me advice on my nail type as well asking loads of questions to really understand what I want 10/10 will definitely be going back!!!

I absolutely love Anthony and Yen. They always take care of me and do such a great job. I travel from Norfolk every 2-3weeks for nail/wax maintenance because I know how hard it is to find reliable and CONSISTENT service. And this place definitely has that. They always have a smile and a kind word or suggestion if you’re having a hard day and I will always love them.

I cant understand how this place has 4 1/2 stars. The customer service was horrible. Another customer arrived after me and began to be serviced before me. She objected as she knew I had been there waiting to which they simply said she is getting another service. Finally I was told to go to the back for a pedicure and the bowl was filthy. No one was making any effort to clean it prior to attempting to start my pedicure. I could run the dirt with a swipe of my finger it was so disgusting. I just got up and walked out. There was no way I was going to pay for that type of service despite the reviews I had read here. Be serviced at your own risk.

I am very satisfied with my service. Anthony did my nails perfectly. The customer service and hospitality was excellent. I do not get service like this in Richmond. I definitely will be coming back. Thank you!!!!

Went to see Anthony at Nail Pro yesterday evening. He was amazing! Did my nails in about 15 minutes, and they were perfect! I am a very picky person when it comes to customer service and the quality of the work but this nail salon nailed it. I will definitely be going back in 2 weeks :)

Ive been coming here for years to get pedicures but last time I came in i had a hard time relaxing because the guy was so rough with the massage it was like he was rushing and it seemed like he didnt want to do my nails, but all the other nail techs in there werent rushing like he was, also I was getting a color that was a little sheer and when they are like that I like to get 3 coats, when I asked for a 3rd coat he got an attitude with me, and when I got home I had to fix my top coat on my toes because he was rushing so much it was all streaky I wasnt happy with my last pedicure

My nails look absolutely terrible, and are lumpy and rough. There are obvious dips in the acrylic, and is basically a large lump of acrylic without any blending near the bottom. The paint is absolutely terrible, it falls into my cuticles and he filed them for even after painting them so the paint is already chipping off. Some parts where I needed a fill he did not fill in and instead just painted over, making them look terrible. I do NOT recommend, and had a very terrible experience.

Yen was very pleasant and took her time to do my nails. Initially I did not know what I wanted, but she was very helpful by pulling out a nail color book, so I could decide.

I come to Nail Pro at least once a month and Dave is absolutely amazing! I love being able to come in,read by school books and just enjoy the pedicure. I will admit that I have left if Dave isnt available or isnt there. Ive had other techs aswell but he really cares and wants you to relax. Gives you what you ask for and doesnt try to upsale you. If you come ask for him! Linda is also amazing!!! They are by far the best!

Just had the BEST pedicure EVER by this very sweet well spoken young lady that has some amazing STRENGTH...WOW MASSAGE ROCKED!!! LILY is the one you want ...got gel toes and she matched color I wanted perfectly. Quick and I couldnt mess them up...lol JUST REMEMBER to BRING CASH for TIP.

Stopped here today and got the number 2 pedicure. It was amazing. Yen and dave were amazing and my feet have never felt so good. Ill be coming here from now on.

I like this place so much I almost don’t want to write a review in fear it will become too popular! My bridal party came with me, Yen did a fantastic job and the consensus amongst my bridesmaids was they wished they lived close enough to make this their go to nail spot!

I have been here before with fantastic service. I recently went with my daughter and was more than disappointed. We both had #5 pedicures that both nail techs had to read how to do before each package was opened. And we were HOUNDED about additional services. We then had manicures - with polish for my daughter and I had dip nail for myself. it lasted 1 day before it chipped. I liked this place, from previous appointments - but paying $175.00 for an experience like this and with both toes and nails chipping within a day or two is ridiculous!

I went there with my best friend to get a mani pedi for my birthday, and they did a wonderful job! They were very patient with us (we took a LONG time choosing gel colors). The colors I chose were a little off from the chart, but not too much to not like them. I got a sparkly coral for my toes and a chrome blue to purple for my hands. The only complaint I have is when they were doing my manicure, the guy cut both my middle fingers when he was cleaning the cuticles at the sides of my fingers. Of course this happens a lot when dealing with cuticles, and he did use antiseptic to clean the wound right after it happened, but now I have an infection in both fingers. I dont know if this is because of dirty tools or if something I previously had on my hands got into the cuts caused it, but Im a tiny bit skeptical of the tools now. I will definitely be going back to this nail salon though. Accidents happen and Im sure they didnt think this would be the outcome. Wonderful service overall.

For starters they were very busy and I was a walk in. He asked me to wait a couple of moments, and the wait wasnt long at all. I told the nail technician exactly what I wanted as soon as I sat down in the chair. He did none of what I asked him to. I asked him to not make them too long, too thick, and to square them. My nails are so round they look like pumpkins. They are very thick and have no definition, they look almost flat and dont curve with my natural nail. If that wasnt enough he wasnt paying attention as he was filing my nails he was rushing and watching TV all at the same time. On the left side of my nails on my right hand they are filed to much to the right and the same on the other hand, so they are very crooked. If Im going to pay close to 40 dollars to get my nails done I like to have them done right. I would have been happy to make an appointment and return if that ment I would have gotten better service. I wont ever go back there again.

I have been going for years. Anthony the owner is great. He us fast takes his time with you and makes sure you are happy. He trues to fix ny problems that happen. He also likes to joke with his vluents. If you don not have a sense of humor then this place is not for you. They are friendly and funny and a great group of people to be as round. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!My mom re cfg uses to go anywhere else. She loves them as well.

So my daughter Brandie took me there ! I must say She was right ! I Loved My nails Great Place to Go and I will be going back very reasonably priced !!!! As long as you do not want a design ..design was 4.00 a nail so add 8.00 for your ring finger to look really nice and stand out .But They did them to exactly the way I wanted them !!! It was a horrible experience, I called prior to coming and was inquiring about a pedicure, they said it was no wait so I drove there which took only 15 minutes. Arriving, the man who worked there told me that they couldnt take me because there was full and I couldnt wait there. He was loud and rude and caused an uncomfortable seem, I was there to help contribute to their business, not to be treated like my presence wasnt wanted or appreciated. Will not go back there again.

Well I recently went to get my nails done as a relaxing time. The serviced I received was horrible my nails were rushed, the owner Anthony was rushing me, and even told me the color I picked for my nails was to light. This is my second time dealing with my nails being rushed and looked completely horrible. I will not be returning

Tim took my short, nailbitten, ugly nails and turned them into something beautiful. I will go back here for the rest of my time in Virginia. Very satisfied.

My mom and I have been coming here for years now. We recently went in for pedicures. The little girl did ok with mine except she cut all my toenails crooked. The man that did my moms pedicure was terrible. He was in such a hurry he cut my mom. She told him he was hurting her his response was hurt now feel good later. Rushed to get her flip flop back on that he messed up the paint didnt offer to fix it. Told her to go sit under dryer. I ended up going back and getting the polish and fixing what he messed up. Ive had the same man do my nails before and they were terrible. He is in too much of a rush! Customer service is seriously lacking here and wont be going back. Since when is it ok to physically hurt your customers when it should have been a relaxing time!?
