This is my absolute favorite nail spot! They do an amazing job and really care about their clients. Service is amazing. I love the owner and have had a good experience with every tech in there theyve hired recently. They keep appointment times and take their time to get it right so you enjoy the experience too. Prices are consistent and they do a good job catering to men women and children. Nice privacy and atmosphere. I recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Really close to my house and good service. Never seen much of a wait here. Have only gotten gel nails done here, love the way they turn out. Nail technicians dont really converse much with you but they are every polite. Cute and quaint nail salon.

They are extremely thorough with the attention to detail. And I like the products they use.

After being told they were ready for us, we waited for 35 minutes before giving up and leaving.

I had a great morning at this spa. The insides are immaculate and the staff is super friendly. I had a mani and a pedi and Cindy took her time and was so pleasant. She did an amazing job on my nails.

10/10 I am coming here again! Before this place, I went to a competitor to get my nails done. They were cracked, smeared, and downright disgusting! The manager, and then owner, would not refund my money. I came in frustrated and crying, and they fixed my nails for less than half of the cost! The technician even gave me a nail design. LOVE the atmosphere, the friendliness, and how helpful the staff is.

My nail technician Ann was friendly and took great care with my pedicure. The facility was relaxing and very clean. Upon visiting Virginia Beach again, I will be sure to return and perhaps try another service that is offered.

So went in here because of the reviews being do high. The lady that did my nails cut me several times to where I bled, grinded and filed my nails so short that they might as well be regular nails they were so short. To top it off she couldnt do the design I asked for at first and told me to wait for someone else at which point I noticed my shirt was covered in bleach so she didnt even wipe the table down all.the way just sprayed it. I tried to tell the other lady what was wrong and the only thing she wanted to talk about was how i told her the cut on the nail was good which it was until she shaved half of that off by sculpting. I was accosted to the point of tears in front of others so I asked to leave. I will NEVER return and I highly suggest no one else does either. I WASTED MY TIME AND BLED SO YOU DONT HAVE TO❤

This was my first experience with Ava Nail Spa and it was great! We had a 10am appt. but they got a late start on me at 10:25 but it was ok, I wasn’t in a rush. Anna, Lana and Samantha were all really great and the services were really good; they were a little expensive but worth it! I would recommend Ava Nail Spa!

I drive all the way over here even though I don’t live anywhere close to it- I pass at least a dozen other nail places on my drive but it’s worth the trip- my manicures from here last longer than any other manicure I’ve ever gotten. I recently started dip powder instead of gel and I totally recommend it but the gel is also amazing here. I get tons of compliments.

I recently moved to the area. Was looking for a new salon near the house. It was clean and visually appealing inside and out. Also next to my favorite grocery store Harris Teeter. Got a Spa Pedicure and they were Excellent. The staff seemed to be having fun and there was great energy amongst everyone there. They had a wide variety of colors. Very organized. They were considerate of details for a persons comfort. ( water temperature, towel temps, mindful of not clipping or filing too much, etc. ) Great job overall. To top it off...I accidentally left my Really Expensive and favorite sunglasses there. Called the next day and they were honest to say they still had them for me. Thank you so much! Ill be back!

If I was asked within the first hour of my visit to rate this establishment I would have happily given this place a 5 star rating. Matter of fact I asked for an information brochure so I could plan my bridal parties spa day here. My attendant was WONDERFUL! The tropical spa pedicure and leg massage was heavenly!!

This was my first time coming here! It was great. Even tho I came a little late they still did my full set gel nails without rush. Cindy was so nice she made sure my nails were right and fixed all the little messed up details. I can say that this is the only nail salon to do my coffin shape right🤩. The place was neatly put together and they had water for customers. I think I found my new nail shop,I definitely recommend coming here. 😍I will come back for sure ❤️!

I love this place. Not only do I go here, but my sister and my niece do as well. Their pedicures are so relaxing and all the ladies are nice. The nail tech that I love the most who does my nails is Salina. She is not only quick, but her work is great!!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know.

What a wonderful nail spa!! The experience has always been a very relaxing and pleasant one. The Technicians are extremely professional, friendly and excellent at their craft. Ms Ann usually takes care of me, but when shes not available I have always been satisfied with the care provided by the other staff members. Salina runs a top notch establishment!!!!

Every time I go into Ava Nail Spa, Im always taken care of. They always have me feeling like a million dollars after. I would recommend customers to come here. It may be pricey, but definitely worth it!

I Waited 40 min just to get nails taken off and wanted a whole new set. Time management/organization was a factor and lacked. The client after me was serviced and done. I thought it was first come first served.

Salina has always done fantastic work. She was my tech at a previous shop and I missed her when she left there and was glad to have found her again. She pays great attention to detail and always knows what I want.Her shop is quiet and relaxing. Glad to be back with her!!!!

Poor time management. Decent job on pedicure and manicure.2 of us got both manicure and pedicure, ended up being there for 3.5 hours where most of our time was spent waiting in phases between each step- also charged $30 extra EACH for gel polish without 1. Asking my 13 year old daughter if she even wanted it and 2. Without advertising cost, so the total bill was $171.Technician also has me speak off my old nails while filing myself while waiting in between the pedicure phases and spilt acetone all over my lap.Never, ever will we return.

I had a horrible experience. The manicurist was extremely rough throughout the manicure, and I was in pain the entire time. The employees talked about my friends and I the entire time. It was very expensive. And my nails look horrible. I have never had such a horrible acrylic set in my life. If I could get them off, I would. They look worse than my nail-biting nails. I want a full refund.

Horrible place to go if you have anything else to do. They have no concept of time and way over priced. I will never go back

Nice and clean for a pedicure

This is my main nail spot, Salina and all employees make sure that you are taken care of in a timely manner, and the work is great. Also, I like the fact that you can make an appointment and dont have to go in and wait, they are all ready for you and make you feel very important. I love this Nail Salon. Also, they do individual lashes which they do an awesome Job! If looking for a new nail salon this is the place to go.

I highly recommend this nail shop. It is so relaxing and such a friendly shop. I go every two weeks to Salina. She does my nails better than anyone has ever done my nails. 5 stars is not enough!!

I love AVA nails. They do great nails. My fill-ins last a long time. Eye brow wax lasts also. Spa pedicures are amazing.

I came back to get a full set done because they did a great job on my feet. The lady that did my full set was so sweet and nice but the technique she used were questionable to say the least. She took a big dab of powder, put it on my nail and then took the excess powder that was falling off back on my nails, making it look bulky and ended up getting under my nails. The gel is all on my cuticles, 3 nails tips are crooked and the nail tips are lifting off my real nails. She was super nice but she did looked like she was in a big rush since there was only 3 workers there. I’m going only go there for my pedicure and get my nails done by someone else.

Probably one of the best pedicures I have ever gotten and it was only $23. My lady was so thorough. My feet are so smooth and look amazing!

Ive patronized this location for many years and welcomed the new faces at AVA Nail Spa. Selena is my preferred Technician, though I had not tried any others. Her nail care and beautification skills are exceptional and fast. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I always enjoy the relaxing environment.

Establishment is nice but watch your total at the end. Ive gone there 10+ times and just noticed that I have been over charged by $2-$3 each time on every visit. The price in the brochure says one price but Ive been charged over that amount. Plus I am a tipper and the technician was getting a tip. Had it not been for the fast service, ease of getting an appt and the stamp cards I would stop going. I have to rate this lower than I would like due to being overcharged/cheated.

Went there yesterday, got really great customer service! Was doing manicure and pedicure, just regular, no color, I was in a rush so a lady who greeted me said that it is no problem and they can do me both things simultaneously :) Also got spa service, and it was great and super relaxing!I advise everyone to visit this place!:)

Absolutely awful. My nails are so thick and krooked. My friend who came with me the paint is already peeling off and they didn’t do enough coats on the nail you can see right through them. Tech made her tip and pay before she painted and then did a god awful job(tipped 10$) . When I asked my nail tech to make my nails super square she got an attitude and started raising her voice towards her coworker. so disappointed.

The massage chair, omg, amazing! The establishment itself was very clean and relaxing. The other workers there also seem to be pleasant.
