Mimi is amazing! I’ve heard of this place through a friend and hands-down it’s the best nail salon I’ve been here in Hampton Roads!!! The place is super clean, and she is super professional and very careful. Completely satisfied 10 out of 10!

It is the go to place for a pick me up with my friends. Not only do they give great pedis that last forever, but Mimi never fails to go above and beyond when she fancies up my big toe with a design. Love all the team there. They make you feel so welcome!!

I went to this location on July 3rd. The lady informed me that with gel polish, the paint would last 3-4 weeks. I paid 70$ for my nail and not even a week and a half later and my nails are already chipping. The lady said she could “fix” them for me, but I don’t trust her to do them correctly the second time around if she couldn’t the first time around. Will be speaking with BBB.

This place illustrated racist behavior. First me and my co worker went there to get our nails spruced up. They said they were not taking credit cards. Then we went to get cash and returned and they asked if we had masks. My co worker had her mask but I had to run to my car to get mine. By the time I returned to the salon, they claimed to have appointments excelled within a half an hour (which was enough time to provide the service that we asked for. Then I thought about whats going on and determined that they were probably making the determination because Im an African American women.

I love Mimi and vo both are very friendly and professional ... Mimi does amazing artwork. I come from greenbrier in Chesapeake for Mimi’s wonderful service. She is so creative when it comes to nail art and different designs. You won’t regret the service I promise and it’s worth the drive. Vo does amazing pedicures and is very knowledgeable of each and everyone of his customers.

I love One Touch Nails! The staff is always very courteous and my nails always look beautiful! I have been going to One Touch for over 4years and I have never left there disappointed!!! I also take my granddaughters on their birthdays every year and the staff always make them feel special!! Thank you One Touch you all are amazing!!!!

I agree, Mimi is awesome. I moved here a year ago and chose One Touch after trying 3 other salons that just couldn’t match the service and friendliness. If I can figure out how to post some photos, I will. It never fails...I get weekly compliments on my nails from grocery cashiers, restaurant wait staff, and bank tellers. And often times when I am past due for for another mani! And that is when you know the work is really good. Thanks!

I like this salon very much, It is clean and the artist are talented. My nails are very long and I think KIM does very good work.in helping me to keep them attractive.

Absolutely terrible. It used to be my favorite place but after the last 3 times Ive been in there, they struck out. They have been understaffed for a while and they used to have you sit and wait in the massage chairs as if you would be the next person to go; we had to wait in the massage chairs while our feet soaked for over an hour last time before they got around to us. I gave them one last shot today after finding out that they had increased their staff size. Unfortunately they brought on a very sweet lady that had no idea what she was doing. I knew it wasnt a great job but didnt realize how terrible it looked until I stepped outside when my 6 year old daughter asked me what happened to my toes. When I went back inside to tell them about it, I was told that it was my fault for not speaking up before having paid, never mind you that the manicurist did an awful job. When I was told that Id be given a refund, it wasnt even a full refund. Though Eric kindly offered to fix the color (hes so wonderful and it kills me to have to write this), he stopped mid-manicure with another patron and would have had to start from scratch. I didnt have time to stick around nor did I want to inconvenience another patron. Terrible. Dont waste your time or money. They are so sweet, but their kindness cannot account for the lack in quality services.

Got my nails done, thought they looked great! But only two days later one nail broke & two more days later another chipped. Realized the lady who did my nails forgot to put the base powder before the color so my nails are breaking & awful. I have gotten dip for a over a year elsewhere & they’ve never broken! & this was my first time here. Went back to get them fixed but they told me I’d have to pay if someone new fixed them so I had to come back for the girl who messed them up to fix them for free. That is AWFUL customer service. It shouldn’t matter who fixes my nails, they should be fixed because they were done wrong. I will not come back. Customer service is everything.

Great nail salon! The staff is always friendly and do a great job.

I went for my first time yesterday. I got a fill and a gel polish. It looks like my 7 year old painted my nails. The edges around my nails were painted and not cleaned, even when I asked her to. I definitely will not be returning.

Always friendly. Always offers a drink. Always has mints. Very Talented Nail artists and very giving in customer service.

Do not go to this place. I am rather disappointed because i have been going here for years on and off and today really upset me. I walked in and they told me that there was a 20 minute wait and asked me to leave the establishment rather than have a seat. In the past they allowed me to wait in the shop but I am not sure as to why this time they wanted me to leave. Could it be that because i changed my hairstyle to dreadlocks that they didnt want me hanging around any more? I wonder. But its quite rude to send your customers away over a 20 minute wait with no one else ahead of them. I will no longer give these people my service !!

Went to One Touch Nail yesterday and my experience is one l did not expect. Let just say I am not happy, and will not used that nail tech again. Miss you Eric, Kelly, and Tira. Please take the time and practice on one another, it will help you keep your customers.

Kim always does my nails and she ALWAYS does an excellent job. Ive never walked out of One Touch Nails unhappy. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Dont waste your time making an appointment. They wont honor it. We made an appointment for 3 people at 2:00pm. We even made the appointment a day ahead of time in the store. They started 2 of us at 2:00 and wanted to start mine at 3:00!!! And other technician skipped me and went to someone else. Needless to say I didnt wait.

Ruined my nails with the dremmel tool, drilled too hard and deep on a few of my nails and have a deep indent now from it! Shouldnt have paid for it, never going back.

I have been going here for years and I always get the best service.
