If you’re looking for a nail shop that’s nice, clean professional and someone to do good nails, well Oui Nail Studio is the one! Rose and Jack have been doing my nails for 20 plus years. I’ve never been disappointed! They are consistent, professional and their work speaks for its self. You’ll get nail care not just another set of nails or fill-in or pedicure. My husband also goes here for his manicures and pedicures as well and never is disappointed.

I love this nail salon!! Rose is the best! She takes her time with me and my nails always come out perfect! They do get very busy so I suggest you make an appointment rather then walk in.

Lily gave me the best manicure and acrylic nails I’ve ever had. My nails are thin and shaped perfectly. Super meticulous! This is a no frills place. Very clean. My only complaint, I hate to say that, is their color selection for glittery fun colors is a limited. Not sure what they do with nail art. I have yet to try. I’m pretty conservative with art work. However If you like thin perfectly applied acrylic nails. Come here. You will not be disappointed

I hate to leave a negative review but this was the worst manicure experience I’ve had. I called ahead and they told us to come in, then we waited for a full hour. After waiting, they scolded us for choosing regular polish (????) even though their selection was terrible. I let her do my nails and did not complain. The experience was unfortunate in that my nails look terrible- normally I would just move on, however the woman scolded me endlessly for choosing regular nail polish in that it was going to come off. It’s a... nail salon? I’m literally paying you to paint my nails..... I never moved and the woman did a terrible job, missing so many parts of my nails, then YELLED at me for “touching stuff” when she actually just... never painted them? It was iconic and all three of my friends hated their experience and our nails look soooo bad. We’re in a wedding in Virginia Beach and plan to repaint our nails. I feel for these people in covid but why is their attitude so entitled?

Best nail place!!! Rose and her team are the nicest. They make sure you are getting exactly what you want. My cuticles havent been done this nice in forever.

It’s so frustrating I wish I could find a nail salon that cares! I got a pedicure and she totally skipped lotion and the massage - isn’t that one of the main reasons to get a pedicure for the relaxing part! It was really unfortunate idk how you can just completely skip the part of the massage and lotion but did I still pay for the full service pedicure sure did don’t skip that part.

Jack did a great job! He gave his professional opinion on what would be best for my nails & took his time to make sure they were shaped right, the edges were clean and that everything looked good. I wasnt rushed through even though I was the last customer of the night & the process went a little past closing. Reasonably priced too

I came in for full set with regular nail polish and a Mani which was as 15$ it was nice and clean and nice man he did well on my full set

This will forever be my favorite nail salon! The nice gentleman that works here is the best nail technician I’ve ever been to! He is professional and knowledgeable, and he even informed me of an allergy to acrylic that I didn’t know I had! I can tell a difference in the health of my nails and as a hairstylist that shampoos clients all day, my nails still look great after 3 weeks! They are the best I’ve been to in Virginia Beach and all of Hampton Roads.

I love me some Jack when it comes to my nails. He is patient and makes sure you truly love your nails throughout the process. He is so worth. Tiffany does my eyebrows now and it has been a great experience with her. I dont get my feet done so I cant tell you of my experience but everyone else who does that I know love it!!

Went for pedicure. I didn’t get the young lady’s name but she wears glasses. My tech was very friendly. She did an excellent job on my pedicure and polish. She didn’t rush thru the service. I live in Hampton however I will come here again.

Went and had a pedicure and nails done for me and my daughter. They have wonderful service. They take their time. Next time you want to get your nails done and pedi this is the place to go. Thanks

Jack is the best!! He is extremely gentle while doing my nails and ask threw out my service if I’m doing good. He is great at his job and I never leave unhappy. He is very detail oriented I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a nail tech.

Awesome Nails and Eyebrows!!I just started coming here and I’m impressed with Jack and Rose!!I had a Pedicure but the man doing it said he don’t care and to come to Walmart??Did a terrible job but Jack and Rose do quality work for reasonable cost!!I will be going back!!

Best. Nail. Salon. Periodt! Ive been to Deluxe, Hampton, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Oceanfront VB, you name it. All the big salons are hit or miss with their service for basic things like a gel mani/pedi. Elizabeth at Oui Nails exhibited superiorattention to detail, made pleasant conversation, didnt talk about the customers in Vietnamese, and didnt try to upsell me.

This nail salon used to be Wynn Nails and the customer service was much better. Went last night with my daughter for manicures. The woman I had was nice but the manicure just seemed rushed and was a pleasurable experience. The woman working with my daughter talked to her co-worker the whole time and stopped working with my daughter to start another customers full-set then came back to my daughter. While performing the manicure, she cut my daughters finger, then just said oops. Had I know before I paid that she cut my daughter, we would not have paid for the manicure at all. I will never go back there and dont recommend it to anyone.

I have a good experience every time I go here! Cant wait until my daughter is old enough for the princess pedicure. I get gel manicures and they last super long, they never chip. I wore mine just over two weeks and they didnt chip.

The nail tech was suppose to be doing a full but was drilling extra hard. My 1st visit was way better than this. It cant be this hard to get a decent nail salon.

Every time I come here there is always a problem. The owner Rose she doesn’t even know how to do nails with Dip or Acrylic and she’s so slow taking her time to completely make a mess in your nails. They’re service sucks I’ve tried to come in just to get a soak off and they had me wait thirty mins just to tell me they aren’t taking anymore customers. Service is so important and what I see is a couple of greedy people taking people money and doing a HORRIBLE JOB AT IT.

Terrible customer service and I mean terrible. Worst attitude if you don’t get gel or shellac. I swear this lady tried to up charge me for everything. For $25 for a full set, it should be my desired length which is the step after short... the tech started yelling $5 more... you pay more. Like I couldn’t have been more dissatisfied. I had to ask another tech to remove dried up polish and glue from around my nail bed and tips.

HORRIBLE!!!. Went there as a birthday treat and had the worse service. They sat myself and another lady at the pedicure bowls and had us waiting for 35 minutes before they came to assist us. Once she finally started she decided she needed to rush. The scrub was not good and the nail polish did not last out the door. She knew I was pissed and tried to make me feel better by insisting it was only 19.00 for service. I would have been better off letting my 1 year old niece do my pedicure. I do not advise anyone to go here if they want quality work. The attitudes were bad and this is not how you should run a business.
