My girlfriend absolutely loves this place.Ever since we went here the first time we haven’t stoped coming here! She said this was this first time she came to a place and they got it right. The lady in there said after doing the eyebrows amazingly that she could do her whole face for just 20$ more!So of course we did that! Would definitely recommend coming here. Also this is now the only place my girl will let me take her.

I just left this place. Completely nasty. They don’t use plastic bags in the pedicure bowls. They don’t wash their hands between clients. The tools that were used on my feet were just rinsed off and put back in the caddy. The overall cleanliness of the place is very poor. I will not be back.

First time here. Went with a friend who saw that they had over 4.5 stars. The salon is FAR from clean. The person giving me my pedicure cut the skin on the side of my big toe. Did not get all the dead skin off my feet. Did not get the cuticles cleaned up and I didnt see any lining in the rub. clean. Line ~ I would never go back here and I would never recommend it to anyone else.

Been coming here for over 10 years off and on. Im.not pleased with the services here.... all the time. I feel the techs arent tentative to theor w im vurrently not satisfied with my nails i had done today. Shapes uneven.color be applied sloppy. Etc.... ugh. Its a hit and miss sometimes.

Horrible I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up not thinned out and when I said something she rolled her eyes . Very rude. I left with pencil thin brows and I have an event . Her comment was they will grow back. Dont go here!!!

I’d rate this place 0 stars if i could. I waited about 40 minutes in the chair for the nail tech to start on my nails, about time she got to me my water was COLD! While doing my pedicure another nail tech was rushing as she was drilling off my gel polish. The drill power was so high that she left dents in my natural nail bed that caused redness/pain. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend this place.

I have been coming here for several years. The quality of work is outstanding. The shop owner is the nicest person, she understands and provides beautiful work. You will always be pleased with your beautiful nails.

I see that my mom worked so hard on this beautiful nails and pedicure, all customers that I visited there are friendly and nice. I really appreciate that the most friendly service in virginia beach. I hope you guys come and see!
