The service was great! I felt pampered from start to finish. I was able to get a same day appointment for a pedicure and full set manicure. I didnt have to wait when I arrived.The pedicure was great. There is a wide variety of offerings. Everything was clean and COVID safe. I brought a picture of the manicure design I wanted and was pleased with the end result. I will definitely return for my next visit.

I walked in for a full set and they were able to take me right away. The shop is so clean and the staff is very friendly. Mike did my nails and they look amazing, plus it was the first time I got a full set without the nail tech hurting my fingers in some way. He took his time to make sure they came out perfect. Will definitely be back!

Pedicure was a great! Nails not so much the nail tech messed up my shape and my acrylic started to lift up after 3 days and its showing on the sides.Disppointment in the finish but will try a different nail tech and see if my experience is different.

Eddie was excellent! I did a jelly aloe vera pedicure, Let me just tell you how ahhhhmazing this felt and smelled on my feet!! The foot massage was perfect and lengthy, so needed! Super relaxing and not rushed. Then I had a manicure which was equally as great! The place was clean, bright, and superb. The atmosphere was eccentric, music upbeat and positive! I just went here for my first time this week and was thoroughly impressed. I made an appointment beforehand because I was getting some engagement photos taken and as soon as I walked in I was greated by name! The atmosphere is very sleek and clean. The owner took care of me and made the entire time fly by without rushing. I could tell he really cares about his craft and clientele. I am always nervous to try new shapes and designs but be was able to take an idea I had and offer amazing suggestions, and even referenced his previous work! Michael Michele Nail Spa is hands down the best nail spa I have ever been to in the Hampton Roads, and honestly altogether!

First of all, I love that there is plexiglass between the nail tech and client and between clients sitting beside each other. Today Mimi serviced me and it was great. Some nail techs struggle with the application of pressure during a pedicure massage. It’s either too much or not enough. Mimi’s pressure is just right. She is quiet which gives me freedom to sleep while I enjoy my pedicure in a relaxing environment. She’s also attentive and ensures that I am happy throughout the process by asking questions and anticipating my needs and concerns. I had a picture of the nail design I wanted and she nailed it!!!!The only downfall was the terribly rude customer who sat beside me. She was killing my vibe! The woman who serviced her was pregnant. That’s not to excuse her from doing good work, but people usually attempt to be nicer to women who are pregnant. The customer beside me was condescending the entire time. She never moved beyond the filing and buffing stage the whole time I was there because she kept complaining. I won’t repeat her comments, but suffice it to say, she was unnecessarily rude. You can and should be respectful even when you don’t like something. That was ridiculous! I don’t know the name of the nail tech who served her, but she was a champ! Kept her cool and remained respectful.Overall, great experience and I will return.

Clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff immediately greets you upon walk in and are personable yet professional.Angie was very professional and performed quality pedicure service. She made me feel comfortable and took extreme care of my feet. I will definitely see Angie regularly for my pedicure appointments.

I paid over a hundred dollars for an upgraded pedicure and gel manicure.Both look nice and were done to my satisfaction.Unfortunately the staff was rude and on their phone while doing my service.

Decided to try this place and was so disappointed. I had one broken nail and when I asked if I could get a tip glued on that one, I was told I would have to book a whole new appointment. I decided to just cut my nails shorter. The guy cute my nails all different lengths and some are different shapes. On top of that, the polish came out lumpy and instead of suggesting another color, they just caked on the lumps. Won’t come back here.

We had a party of 5 for pedicures then 3 of us also got manicures. We all enjoyed our experience from start to finish. We were taken on time, felt very comfortable and enjoyed talking with the staff. Full safety measures are in place with plexiglass and masks. Grace, Tina and T are outstanding as were requested for repeat service. We love the way our feet feel and nails look beautiful.

I have had the pleasure of having two pedicures at Michael Michele Nail Spa. Both of them were excellent, and the people who did them were very kind and skilled at their work.One or two days ago I called to make an appointment, knowing it is difficult to get one. I accepted a 6:45 appointment for 7.16.2021. As it turned out, I had to cancel my appointment due to changes in my schedule at that time. The lady who took my call told me that they have a same day policy (which I knew nothing about), and when I made my next appointment I would be automatically charged $10. I was quite surprised to hear that and told the receptionist (or one of the nail providers) that because of that I would not be returning.It is very sad to me to have this type of experience, especially when I had no idea about same day cancellations. I hope the customer service people will be more diligent to tell potential and regular clients about their same day cancellation policy.I just want everyone to be aware before they are disappointed about the uncharge for having to make a legitimate cancellation.With sadness,M. Love this place! I seel Michele and she has an incredible eye for detail. Very meticulous with shaping, filing, and painting the nails. It is a bit pricier than some other places, but youre paying for great quality.

If you havent already... Go make your appt. This place has got my nails back healthy. Theyre very clean & each station is sanitized after each person.

I never used to get my nails done regularly until I went to Michael Michele Nail Spa--now I cant live without my beautiful nails! The entire experience at Michael Michele is top-notch from start to finish! Their receptionist Jess is very sweet and welcoming, the decor is so calming and clean, and the nail technicians are very talented! Ive had my nails done by several of the nail techs and theyve all done amazing work, but Ive really clicked with Grace! Ive always wanted to find someone who was talented enough to give me really cool nail designs--and Ive finally found that person with Grace! I always receive a ton of compliments on my nails now, especially when I ask her to copy the nail design she has on her own nails onto mine (which I do often because shes so creative)! I work in the beauty industry, so I know that they are really clean and everything is properly sanitized at Michael Michele! Theyve also taken every safety precaution right now during COVID! They have every nail polish color of the rainbow, and every nail application technique you could want! And I know this may sound silly, but I love that they have a great music playlist instead of TVs--its so much more relaxing when I dont have to listen to commercials! I wont go anywhere else and HIGHLY recommend Michael Michele Nail Spa!

I am very picky when it comes to going to a Salon. I finally found the one I love. I have been communicating with them through instagram and even at late hours they care to reply which is a plus.Booking is soooo easy! What I love the most is that Grace Le, the nail tech did an awesome job with my nails! Jess is one of the frontdesk person and was welcoming as well!The place is clean, their tools are well packed for individual use. They are also following covid protocol, taking temps, making sure you have no s/sx of covid, and fiber glass are in place. They also wipe the seats after each person.Bathroom is clean. Overall it was a nice experience!

I had mimi for a basic pedicure and im pretty sure i had her a few months back when i had nails done for professional photos. Very nice, respectful and does her work thoroughly and very well. Now that i have officially moved here, ill be a regular customer with mimi!

I really enjoyed taking with Michael and Grace. Michael did an excellent job on my feet and Grace did an excellent job on my daughters feet. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

I went today to get a full set of acrylics. Bi Nyugen did them. she was very nice & caring however i am extremely disappointed with the service i got. first of all, all of my nails are different shapes. i asked for square and she was confident she could do it, but it doesn’t appear so because there are only two nails out of ten that are square. she took almost two hours, and usually this service takes one hour tops. she used the file drill machine to file down the acrylic and she did it for so long, and so fast around my cuticles that they are bright red and inflamed. they hurt and my nails are not worth what i paid. acrylics sets start at 30 & i was charged 40 because of length. i’ve never been charged 10$ for length, usually it’s 5$ but my nails are not long. i’ve had my nails done so many times here that were much much longer than this, and wasn’t charged extra so it seems they pick and choose when to add on extra fees. i’ve been disappointed the last few times but this was the last time i’ll be going here. also, almost every time i’ve been here i wait past the time my appt was for.

Beautiful salon. Friendly and follows COVID protocols. My husband and I had the most expensive pedicure and a manicure. We were out in 60 minutes for both services. Here is my concern. For $65 I hoped for more time exfoliating the dead skin from my feet. I go every two weeks for a pedicure and my feet were not smooth when I left. Also expected more of a massage for $65. My toe polish was not dry two hours later and smudged. My clear coat on my nails peeled off the next morning. Not sure why our experience was not 5 star. We will try again. Maybe it was an off day.

I relocated from Chicago to VB and needed to find a new nail spot for my pedicures and gel manicures. This place is amazing, it is in the head of town center and everyone is friendly. Kristina is my go to tech and I love her and our conversations. She makes me laugh and gives me a hard time for only picking purple nail polish. When I go on the weekends the owners daughters have been there, they are so polite and quick to help out. Love coming here!!

This is the best nail spa in the area, and probably the best nail salons I’ve ever been to. Everyone is super sweet and welcoming, which makes the experience that much better. I usually see Grace, but I would be happy with anybody there doing my nails because they are all super talented. They exceed my expectations every time and I tell everyone I know to go see them! I could seriously write a book praising this salon.

This is such a clean shop and they go to great lengths to protect their customers during these Covid times. They are friendly and offer great services. Im not a fan of pedicures but do them once a month out of need, they understand Im not comfortable with it, but go out of their way to take care of me.

My first appointment at this salon today and I am definitely making this Nail Spa my preferred location. Mike was very pleasant, professional, offered great conversation and my nails have never looked this good.

Ty was amazing! he saved my nails from 3 layers of hot mess. apparently the last salon I went to layered acrylic, dip powder and gel all in one and it basically took a sandsaw to get my nails right again but he completely transformed them and gave me gorgeous ombre nails!

Like many of the reviews Ive read on many different nail salons about going from to salon to salon looking for real quality, real attention to detail service, I believe I have FINALLY found that place. Christina took her time, and was completely meticulous about her craft. Ive been getting acrylic nails for over 20 years, up and down the east coast and she is definitely in my top three! Thats saying a lot, as Ive been to MANY nail salons (more rhan I care to count) and Im a real stickler when it comes to getting my nails done. Ive already scheduled my two week appointment with Christina. So, if youre looking for somewhere that is clean, on trend with colors, shapes, and techniques, and does an amazing job go here.

I recently walked into this new salon in Town Center and was very pleased. I was greeted with a smile was seated immediately. The salon is easy to get to, the décor is modern, and the music calming. T, my technician, was personable and efficient and gave me a great signature pedicure and application of gels. I also had my eyebrows waxed by Kim in a private room. She was careful and thorough. My visit was a success and I expect to make this my salon.

I enjoy this nails salon more then most. Other salons can be rude or make u feel uncomfortable or just straight up not do your nails right and then you feel awkward paying and leaving with something that you hate and having to deal with it for two weeks. I’ve been looking for a decent nail place for dip powder after having been to tons in the area that don’t meet basic expectations. So first, you can book online which is super convenient and there was plenty of available appointments for a Saturday. I got shown my ombré options and taken to my seat immediately (unlike waiting centuries even with an appointment and having the owner be rude when it was her own mess up- *cough* glamour nails). Everything is pristinely clean and prepped ahead (like the cotton to soak off your gel or dip is already soaking so they don’t have to drench your whole hand in acetone (cough- Anthony Vince). The environment is all neutral and calming and quiet. Kim was my tech and was very sweet and had great attention to detail. She checked with me about my shape to make sure I was happy a couple times. She compared my nail length to each other and to my other hand to make sure it all matched. (I walked out of Anthony Vince with each nail different and like I was looking at them through a fun house mirror). Everyone in there seemed upbeat and the people I saw leaving all seemed happy. My boyfriend got a pedicure and said it was the best of any he’s had before and they took their time on him. (he’s been to all the places around here with me) There is street parking right out front and cute shops near by. It’s not a cheap place, don’t be expecting a “nails plus” type of vibe. You get what you pay for and if you’re getting good service in the type of environment they are providing...cough it up and leave happy!
