This used to be a good spot for inspections.. But lately the staff does not know what they are talking about.. They said they could not do my inspection because I was missing a plastic bumper. North Carolina statue does not say you have to have a plastic bumper. And then they also said that my tint was too dark. Tint is factory and they pass it last time. This is without a test They are making this claim

Paid $102 for the oil change they have on the paperwork/receipt on it shows they reset the computer (oil change light) it came on a week later I went back to them and have it turned off and said we dont reset the change oil light... now I have to go somewhere else to have the light turned off... I will never come back to this place nor will I ever recommend it again... DONT GO THERE!!!

Needed a little maintenance on the company van. They was aware it was a fleet vehicle and they told me no problem and to relax. They called it in, noticed I need tires, great because they were taking care of it.Get it all done, first I noticed that the low pressure warning is lit. Tells me it will go off after a bit of driving. Drive home about five miles and still on. Looked at the PSI of each and numbers are set differently on each wheel and only one set correctly. One wheel is not giving me anything. I got my pump out and put them all the same. The error for the one wheel still missing. They did something to the sensor which is about a hundred dollar repair. I further found out the wheel coverings were loose, one almost off and could have been lost.Be cautious about the company you trust your vehicle. If they were on the fence about doing tires, then dont touch. It could cost you more money than you save.

I absolutely had a wonderful experience here. All the employees were awesome Kenfolk, Rochelle, and Whitey helped me fiqure out everything I needed for my vehicles and got the job done while making me feel very at home they jad wonderful attitudes and greeted me with nothing but smiles. I would definitely recommend this particular Jiffy Lube its the best I have been to get.

The staff was deliberate, on the job immediately and friendly. They took great care of my car even though it is an older model with a few dings in the body. A thorough state inspection as well.

Take your money to Firestone or somewhere else even if you have to wait a bit longer. I rather wait a bit to get things done right the first time with profesional employees.

Service was great and fast. No other customers at noonish when I was there, so I got everyone assisting. My car required the pricer of oil choices bc thats what the OEM says, so thats what it gets. Friendly staff, clean shop considering the services offered, and price for wipers, oil change and air filter was reasonable at $160ish.

Thank God for this jiffy!!!! After being to several tire shops in the area and miles away from family...this shop was the ONLY hope and almost only tire shop open on Sunday here. Thank you so much Curtis for your professional help and southern hospitality.

Quick service, which is why I went here. I forgot who the tire tech was, but they should be fired immediately. Told them about the issue upon arriving, but nothing was done. I will spend my entire morning waiting the probably two hours at precision than come here again.

Went in for a state inspection today- did not disappoint!!!With everything going on with COVID right now, I was beyond impressed when the ONLY thing I had to touch was the pin pan to pay! They opened my door for me to get out of my car, escorted me inside (opening the door), I sat in the lobby (greatly entertained by the employees conversations 😂), paid for services, was escorted out with door being held, and they opened the door to my car for me to get in. Thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my visit!GREAT job, y’all. You have my business!

This jiffy lube probably has the most genuine people out of any jiffy lube Ive been to. They are all extremely helpful. Mandy, especially for me, has gone over and above multiple times to make sure I was well informed enough to make the right decisions for my car.

Arrived to get inspection. Was told I should wait in my vehicle even though several people were there. They wouldn’t open until 10:00. And it was only 9:59. Time to go somewhere else.

I just needed brake light bulb replaced. The staff is very friendly. I wish Id gotten the name of the employee who changed the bulb. He was very patient in dealing with the Honda trunk configuration. He even opened my driver side door as got ready to leave. THANK YOU!

Great service. Only place in Wilson that could get me in and out in no time and not make me wait over 2 hours to start. Let me know about a nail in my tire, and when I asked what the price to fix was, they didnt pressure me because I stated Id rather do it myself. This if the first real vehicle place Ive had an interaction with since I moved to Wilson, and theyll be seeing me a lot more often.

Ive been using this Jiffy Lube for several years but I WILL NOT use them again! I debated even coming back after the last 2 visits for oil changes and other services but decided to give them another chance. The last 3 visits Ive left angry due to the grease that is smeared on my steering wheel door panel, foot side panel and floor mat! When I go back in and complain someone comes out with a paper towel and some spray that is useless for cleaning up the grease. I have light interior so its easy to see but thats beside the point!

I have been a Jiffy lube customer since 2016 ..There used to be an awesome team and excellent customer service..But, lately the new team is not cooperative and they never do what theyre supposed to do to satisfy Jiffy Lube customers...Furthermore the last time I was there to change my car oil, after I had me car oil changed, they gave me an estimate paperInstead of the actual receipt and they were trying hard to convince me to take it as a receipt but I insisted on taking a real receipt until they printed a receipt and handed to me after they snatched the estimate paper they have given me before .with these kind of workers, Jiffy lube is getting down 👎👎👎👎

My wife, little girl, and myself drove up to Wilson Tuesday April 21st on a small day trip to get some barbeque from Parkers. I needed an oil change for our VW Golf. We stopped and were met by Craig. He helped and his crew took care of us quickly and with high professionalism. Im glad we chose to go there.

Unbelievable to charge $76.99 for an oil change on a 2017 car with 30k miles. The dealerships dont even charge that much and I can drive TWICE the amount of miles after an oil change. Will never be doing business here again!

This Jiffy Lube Location was the best one Ive ever been to!! I went in on my lunch break and was in and out in under 30 minutes!! The staff was AMAZING and very welcoming, they met me at my car as soon as I pulled in and then walked me inside. When I was done another young man held the door as I walked out and I was given a coupon for my next visit!! Ive been to several places to have my inspections done but I will ONLY GO BACK TO THIS JIFFY LUBE ON FOREST HILLS ROAD IN WILSON FROM NOW ON!!! This staff was soo friendly and helpful and very professional as well. I highly recommend this location!!

Looked like in the 1st bay they were working on personal vehicle(bodys parts laying everywhere). Then over an hr wait for an oil change.

I appreciate their service on the inspection, however disappointing when they do not complete all they promise at entry. They said they would fix my rear tail light and check my oil and filter. They did inspection and brought car out would not tell me they were finished so I sat there waiting and did not fix tail light because they forgot they did not have tools to do it and refused to check my oil and filter. They need to brush up on true customer service communication.

I have always been overly particular of who works on my car because my father owns a body shop and I’ve heard horror stories. Today I decided to take a chance and try jiffy lube for the first time. I was in and out on a Saturday within 15 minutes. Everyone was so sweet! Thomas walked me to the front door, offered coffee or water, showed me my air filter as well as everything they replaced, and if it wasn’t for him I would have left my pocketbook in the lobby. This was by far the best oil change experience I have ever had in 30 years! I will definitely be a regular from now on! If I could give 10 stars I would, I highly recommend the Wilson location!

8/27/19 I brought my truck in for a inspection and i was inspected by a women ........ she came and told me since I had a broken turn signal cover I didnt know that would cause me to fail she was very professional and gave me the options. I said I would get it fixed and would come tommorow and I did and I was inspected by another man on 8/28/19 he said the tires in the rear need to be replaced and that would cause me to fell and then the man said slide me 20$ and I will pass you I then spoke with the person who had inspected me the day before and she said I was fine and gave me my receipt and I paid how can i trust someone if they wanted me to bribe them so they can pass my inspection and then pay the amount for the bill

Paid $130 for oil change and rotate tires and they didnt even know how to reset my service light.

A couple of days ago i went here to get an oil change it took about 10 mons but when i got my bill it was about 3 times more than i thought it was gonna be my bill was 80 dollars and now my car smells like burning oil even though i just got an oil change i changed my rating from a 1 to a 2 star the customer seevice person contacted me and i swear to you guys it took them 4 days through email to get back with me they sent me one email a day twlling me they couldnt find my invoice and all thats not even a surprise but they finally found it 4 days later they finally dis something they gave me a refund of 28 dollars when my total was 80 so i actually paid 60 which is still double wjat ibusually pay for a full service oil change and tirw rotation fluid check and all that 25.95 meniki

Purchased Groupon service, but since my truck needed 2.5 extra quarts of oil i was charged ~$36 extra dollars. I didnt need a tire rotation so it was a waste of money. No vacuum and no window treatment

We were driving from massachusetts and we even called this place after everyone else was closed and asked them if we came at 6:30 if they would take us for there at 6:30 and they close at 7 and they turned us away because they said it was only first come first serve and it was still only 6:35 when they came to talk to us. Like they couldnt have accommodated us considering were 700 miles away and needing an oil change and it still wasnt 7 pm

They Wouldn’t take my Groupon because they insisted my car only takes synthetic oil. I have never had synthetic oil put in my car for the 5 years I’ve owned it. Charge a whopping $75 for an oil change due to insisting my car only uses synthetic. I desperately needed the oil changed today so I went ahead and let them do it. I called both the Honda dealership, and another local mechanic after I left, just to verify what oil they’ve used for my car in the past, they said I do NOT have to use synthetic oil unless I choose to do so...so I was duped today. I appreciate the $10 off after I complained, but for that $75, they didn’t even put the oil cap back on which I realized otw home on hwy 264 when I heard it rattling around under the hood...won’t be back.

I don’t understand how an oil change is 85$? didn’t ask for anything fancy, also asked to go ahead and pay for it ahead of time and the scumbag literally said “pay after” and that was it. How rude could you possibly be? Absolutely insane. Will not return.

Called about having an uber inspection done, read on uber website that Jiffy Lube will do them. Called amd I think his name was Mike? Was certainly a white guy with semi southern accent. I asked and he said they did them. When i asked how much he said just throw me a tip and youre good. Thats a red flag to me. How will i know its legit? Is that illegal? Wouldnt he be technically stealing from jiffy lube and making me an accomplice? No thanks. Ill take it to an honest facility with honest employees

Second time I have gotten oil change done from here. 1st time no issues. 2nd time got oil change and tire rotation done. felt a vibration as soon as i left, figured it needed to be balanced (which they dont do) so I brought it to a different store. they took the tire off and immediately called me in to show me my tread was splitting, and almost positive it was the reason it was vibrating. Also mentioned to me, that the pressure was 39psi, 5 higher than it should have been, max is 34. When talked to the manager, he said their gauges were off and he calibrated them when i called and confronted them. his resolution was to give me a coupon for 50% off next oil change. The coupon anyone can get from a flyer. now I have to buy a new tire due to their lack of noticing tire pressure. and if it was torn prior, they should have noticed it when they rotated it.

I tried doing my own oil change only to strip my drain plug with the wrong wrench. First one on my new used Volvo. Id already bought the filter and oil, and installed the filter at home. Jiffy Lube said theyd have to charge $25 just to drain and refill my oil and put on the new plug i got from Napa. Valvoline said theyd only charge 10
