I took my disabled mother to Allure and they were very accommodating. My mother suffered a knee injury and was not able to get into the massage chair for her pedicure. The tech sat right down on the floor and did my moms nails in her wheel chair, then wheeled her over to her work station and did her manicure. My sister and I also got our nails done. We enjoyed the massage chairs while our techs gave us the full treatment including orange slices and sugar scrub and milk and honey leg massage. Our feet were wrapped in hot wax and our necks with hot towels. Its a wonderful place. Cant wait to go back!

Good prep and finish but not great on repair

I came here and got dip nails with tips, the lady who did my nails was so rude. I asked for my tips to be shorter and she cut them but not to my liking. I asked her to shorten it and she said no, and that when its finished it will look shorter. Then she presided to put ONE layer of dip power on. Dip always manicures require up to multiple layer of powder. And to top that off there colors were very mislabeled. I was very disappointed with my experience and dont plan on coming back.

My sister brought me here the day before Thanksgiving to get a set of acrylics and I was really impressed. I didn’t get the persons name who did mine but the work she did was outstanding! And she was super sweet too! They also worked past closing time to finish us up and nobody rushed to get us out of there, really focusing on the quality which is always a good thing. The atmosphere was quite tranquil in there as well. I’ll definitely be going back soon!

Had an appointment for 5 pm, unfortunately they seemed to be busy and overbooked. The staff weren’t very communicative about when they would be able to get to me. I left after waiting for 20 mins past my appointment.

I literally just left there with my old polish haphazardly scraped off my nails after being manhandled by a “technician” that wanted me to get a new full set. I had one broken nail and when I tried to explain that I just wanted a fill, she got angry. I felt it was best for me to remove myself from the situation. I will not be returning.

Very nice people and they take time with you

I come here for eyebrow waxes all the time. I always call ahead of time. I called to make an appointment and when I came they were closed at 3pm. Unprofessional in my opinion I’ll be going to another location from now on.

I hate to leave this review but I’ve tried to rectify this situation twice now. I have been coming to this salon for about 3 months now since recently moving to the shore additionally I just had my nails done last week. Yesterday, I broke a nail and stopped in to have it fixed. They could not accommodate my request at the time and I understood that it was close to their closing time so I asked if I could return the following day or Monday- the earliest availability they gave me is Wednesday morning... for ONE nail. I then sent a message on Facebook, no response, then called to ask and still the same response- the family is on vacation and they’re short staffed. As a business owner myself, I totally understand being understaffed, however I am being told that currently there is no one there that does nails, so they are only doing foot services until Wednesday. Again, I was there last week and as a recently new “regular” received no notice that they would be unable to perform nail services this week. I just can’t fathom a business of this caliber leaving for days without being able to accommodate HAND SERVICES at a NAIL SALON. I asked nicely to be seen, with willingness to work around their availability and it just seems incredibly unprofessional to not be able to accommodate your customers for 4 days or longer. My profession requires neat and professional appearance and I would prefer not to have to go to another nail salon to have my nail fixed but unfortunately I have no other option at this point. I’m very disappointed in this place’s unwillingness to accommodate such a simple request.

The BEST pedicure I have ever gotten! I have had plenty and the honey and milk pedicure blew them all out of the water. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The nail technician took her time and my feet look fabulous!

I LOVE allure nails! An old co-worker of mine recommended this place, boy am I glad she did! Staff was friendly, my nails looked great. I loved it so much i tipped my nail tech appropriately and will be returning for my next set tomorrow. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing experience and friendly atmosphere ❤❤❤

Calming and relaxing. Place is clean and they take their time

My first time going to this salon was very pleasant. Staff were nice and efficient. My nail tech did a great job on my fill in and she shaped every nail to perfection. I did however have an issue with my gel polish chipping on one nail the very next day but i returned and it was fixed without issue. Definitely going back, its my new fave!

My first time there and I will definitely return! Such a relaxing experience. Quiet, efficient and reasonably priced. My first experience with a powder manicure. I have very thin nails, so hopefully this manicure will last longer than a few hours!

Good work not enough staff

Loooove this place! it’s a nice family run salon, very clean, staff is nice, and I’ve always gotten exactly what I want here. I feel comfortable asking for designs and they are able to execute them very nicely :)

Owner was very rude and was very rough with my nails and cuticles, making them bleed. The color I wanted was in use, evidently they only have one bottle of each, she said it was too expensive to have more than one, so I had to wait. Then she said she doubted the polish would last very long because I didnt get gel, and she was right - within two days, they were chipping and didnt last a week. The man was also bad, one of them did my hands and one my feet because they were in a hurry. The resulting sloppiness was unacceptable, nails were uneven and poorly shaped and my cuticles were butchered. The worst attitude and mani-pedi I have ever gotten. At Polished, my regular polish manicures last 2-3 weeks, pedicures last months and they are beautiful, and the staff treat you better.

I love this nail salon! It is so clean, the staff are very talented and work hard! Everyone is always very friendly, have great customer service, and most importantly my nails always look beautiful! I would definitely recommend this salon:)

Definitely recommend this place! Made the mistake of going somewhere else last time to get my nails done and am very disappointed, not waiting 2 weeks to get them done again, they are already breaking, and DEFINITELY going back to allure next time! They do a good job but when I called to get a price on a full set it was one price over the phone and then when you check out to pay they charge you something else.Prices shod be posted .That way customers will no what theyll be paying before they check out.The staff was great other than that

DO NOT GO!!!!The worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I walked in and asked for a gel manicure. They told me it was $35. Kim kept pushing that I get a pedicure too after I told her 5 times no. Then while she was doing my nails, she kept checking her phone in the middle of the service. She was using non sanitized tools and hurt almost every finger/made cuticles bleed. I did not get any massage treatment at her chair until checking out they tried to tell me the service was $40 instead of $35 and I complained because I didn’t even get a massage with my service (which should of been included). She then tried to give me the massage at the checkout. The place was too loud and dirty. Do NOT GO THERE!!!!!!! Kim was the worst nail tech.

My nails fell off in exactly one week after I got them done. They took forever to start my nails and were extremely rude. 10/10 do not recommend. Polished nails is way better.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The detroyed my full set of acrillic nails by forcefully ripping off almost all off, when I only came in for a fill in. They then tried to charge me $10 for the forced removal. I have been getting my nails done for years, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had in any nail salon. Dont waste your money.

I have had wonderful service at this family-run salon.

Literally had my nails done for 2 days and 2 broke off.. by the 4th day I had 3 broken nails, was refused a refund or to have nails fixed. Manager was unbearably rude, has a terrible attitude, free eye rolls included. For the amount of money that I paid and for the 2 hours I sat there to get one gel set... that was useless after 4 days is insane. The way I was treated after i presented my broken nails was even worse. I plan to never return. Save yourself a headache!And you must have me mistaken for another customer that was terribly unsatisfied. Clearly my name isnt ms wolfe

Visiting from out of state and needed a mani with dipping powder. I have been to 5 different places at home to find one that took excellent care of my nails and resulted in a perfect finish. Turns out the salon I frequent in Ohio is also called Allure! Allure Nails is Easton did not disappoint. Quiet, clean salon - gracious staff - and my mani was the best ever! Family owned and operated - I only wish I lived closer.

Seriously nice and relaxing place for a mani pedi. Large salon, lots of polish colors in regular, OPI gel and dipping powder.Everyone is very pleasant and my leg massage had the right amount of pressure to relax those tired muscles.Located next to Harris Teeter grocery store with a generous amount of parking. Easy to get in and out.

I went her to get my nails filled. They made my hands bleed and were very harsh. I also asked if they could put dots on my nails and they said it was to hard. I got what looked like yellow teeth when all u wanted was white nails with pink dots.

There is no better place to go for your nails in Easton. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service was just amazing.

Poor customer service and wait times were way too long. If you mess up on nails that I just paid good money for, you should fix the product.
