Nails 1st was a great place to get mani pedi. Value was great. Everyone was very kind and professional. On vacation decided to treat myself and would come back any time.

The prices are amazing.The staff was friendly. The services were great as well. The shop was nice and seemed to be clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

I visited for the first time with a friend from out of town. We were satisfied with the service, although it was a bit rushed, until the next day my GEL polish started to peel.The first time I went back to have them use a different polish because, apparently that Gel polish peeled and it should not have. Their solution was to put more layers of that same color on top of what had already peeled.Second trip back for the same issue. I asked to change the color because once again, apparently there’s something wrong with that bottle of “Gel” polish. Their solution, I was told that I would have to pay for color change and they would fix the peeled nail. My statement to them was that I would come back every time it peeled for them to fix it.Third time, more peeling!! I walked in and a nice gentleman (manager) said pick a different color and left the salon. I did just that. The ladies in the Salon would not wait on me, they said I just want my color changed and I will have to pay for the color change. Said the reason I’m coming back is because I want my color changed for free. I was calm, and I said no. You need to fix your issue. The gentleman before he left told me to pick a different color. The older lady called him in rage and he had to come back just to honor what he said!Little did they know, I could purchase the entire shopping center. I wanted them to fix their issue and give proper customer service not get a free color change. I could have gone to another salon for that for sure! I will not spend my money there ever again this is a message to those who spend their money for great customer service!Not your top notch salon, it was cheap. You pay for what you get, I guess! Seems like a lot of stereotyped behavior going on there as well. I watched how certain people received special treatment.

The young guy with the black bow cut was very rude. It was the quickest pedicure that I have experienced under 30 mins. They did not use any aroma beads for my pedicure. Everytime I ask for my toes down he snapped at me and when I looked at them he gave me a mean look. Ask me if I wanted to pay an extra 10 dollars for an extra 10 mins of massage which should come with the pedicure. Asked several times that if I would leave a tip but I said no because of poor service.One a positive note the nail salon was extremely clean. The woman was really nice. If I could leave a zero I would!

The staff was extremely nice and the pedicure I got was great by the nail tech rushed, didn’t file my nails completely, they were extremely crooked and messy. I’ll go back for a pedicure but never again acrylic nails.

To start off i walked in with a friend Abbas the separated us, they only had maybe 40 nail polish colors to choose from including gel, my nails were not filled down they were still lumpy and uneven the color was terrible i went home and changed it . The shape was not what I asked for and the very same week 2 of them cracked on the sides without me hitting them or anything . They left my cuticles dry and untamed . My pedicure felt rushed. They definitely want a $100 service will never go back again

I’ve been going to this nail salon for a while and every time it exceeds my expectations. The nails are always beautiful and perfect without any lumps and they are always shaped exactly how I want them. The staff is excellent and I felt extremely welcomed my entire visit. Highly recommend.

Every single one of my nails is a different length/ shape I notified the nail tech multiple times that she was cutting me and she continued to do so, my cuticles at the end of the appointment were cut up and bleeding. When I went to pay I left a $5 tip because even though I wasn’t satisfied with my nails I didn’t want to be rude and the nail tech says “that’s it for tip?”

I went in with long natural nails just wanting a replaced set and came out with nails that were ripped off instead of soaked off and She cut the skin under 2 nails from cutting my nails too low. This is my 2nd horrible visit shame on Me for coming back. Go literally anywhere else. They disregarded Me completely after bleeding and now having exposed nerves. They simply don’t know what They are doing. Clueless honestly.

I was charged $67 for a fill in and gel polish and a pedicure with gel polish. I called back to shop when I thought I had lost my wallet. The guy who did my nails said I had grabbed everything and I didnt tip and hung up. I said excuse me. I called back and told him that was unprofessional and I was looking for my wallet which I found. This was a Saturday. My nails started to chip on tips Monday. The ladies that work there laughed when he made the comment about not tipping.

My sister in law and I went to get a pedicure here today. They did not take their time doing our toes. They just seemed like they were trying to get us in and out. That was the fastest pedicure I have ever had. She even said for a 10 minute massage it would cost $10. I didn’t want that I just wanted her to actually do my toes and let my feet soak. They do not have a place to dry your feet. My sister in law had two toes that were already messed up when we left. She did not feel like going back. There are way better places. If you aren’t a repeat customer doesn’t seem like they take the time or care but are quick to ask for their money.

We were on vacation and my mom and I thought it would be a nice touch to get our nails done. We went in because of the good reviews we saw online and let me tell you. They are AMAZING! By far one of the best services we have received, we got two pedicures my mom got their deluxe one and I stuck to the regular one and paid a little more for a massage! Man oh man! They were so wonderful, the complimentary drinks were also a nice touch. The staff was lovely! Definitely coming back in the near future! The prices were reasonably priced for all they offered and did. Would recommend this place to anybody hands down! (:

Needed nails done, thought it would be nice and relaxing to go while on vacation in Virginia Beach. Found this salon and it was wonderful. The ladies were so friendly and did an awesome job. Place is very clean and even got a wax treatment on my feet. It was included in the price of pedicure. Never had it done before and it made my feet so soft. Prices were great! Not expensive at all. Would of paid more in my hometown for less pampering. I give this place 2 thumbs up!!

Made an appointment for a gel fill and pedicure for a trip out of town. I just moved to the area and this shop is within walking distance, but I will not be returning. The gel fill was horrible. I asked him to go back and fix the paint because you could still see the nail through the bright pink polish. The polish was also super messy as you can see in the picture. Then came the 10 minute pedicure. After a fast sub par pedicure they ask you if you would like a foot massage for 10 minutes for $10. Since I felt like he did absolutely nothing originally, I agreed. Thats how they get you. There are so few colors to chose from, gel or otherwise. The staff was nice, but this was one of the worst fills and pedicures I have ever had. They looked to have a lot of regulars in there that day, so maybe I just got a new technician.

I recently had my face and eyebrows waxed. They lady was so nice and friendly. She offered me a beverage. Its beautiful on the inside of the shop. Plus it was very clean. She took her time and educated me on improving my skin. I really enjoyed my visit. 😊

Very satisfied with how my nails came out. Need more color changing gel options. They were expecting a party of five so I was rushed into making a quick color choice and they seemed irritated when I asked for help in picking my design. More than one person worked on me which I dislike. But it ended up working out since I needed to get in and out quick. I would go back. Price was good too.

Walked in and greeted with a smile. Didnt wait too long. Music was low, but soothing. My technician was quick and thorough. Will definitely return!

I came to this nail salon because of google reviews and unfortunately, it wasnt what I expected. The staff wasnt as friendly and as far as my hands, my nails were not done right. A lot of spots were missed and it was fast service for $38. The only thing two things I can say positively is that it is clean environment and the man who did my pedicure did an amazing job. He was attentive, professional, friendly and focused. If you decide to go there for a pedicure, be sure to wait for the young man. From there, I suggest you look else where.

They are the nicest, respectful, professional,people person comfortable salon. I really enjoy their services they keep you laughing and make you feel at home. I will continue to come here whenever Im in town. I will be back in October! See you guys again soon! Luv you all!

In Virginia Beach for a short vacation and stopped in here for a mani/pedi. Joyce did a fantastic job on both and also got a 10 min chair massage (it cost extra). Very friendly staff and very clean facility. I highly recommended!!!

I just got my eyebrows waxed there and the lady who did them was in such a hurry to get to other customers that she only spent about 2 minutes on my eyebrows. She pulled about two hairs out. I just left and still have to go home and pluck my own eyebrows because she missed so much hair. Disappointed.

Me and my daughter just went there, and the professionals at nails first really made sure she was taken care of as I was getting my nails done as well.

My parents and I wanted to get pampered before my brothers wedding so I called to make a same day appointment. 3 pedicures and 2 manicures. When we got there they were servicing other people even though they booked our appointment. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and running a business.

I would definitely return to this salon when revisiting VA Beach again. The staff was very polite and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my friend for pedicures. We ended up calling 5 mins before they closed (not on purpose), inquiring about getting pedicures done. They stayed open after they closed just to take us which was beyond appreciated as we desperately needed some relaxation time and a foot massage after doing so much walking on the board walk. Both ladies who stayed and did our pedicures were extremely nice.In addition I thought the price was phenomenal for what was included. I paid $26 which included all the norm that typically comes with a pedicure plus a massage, hot towel, and a hot wax (which totally surprised me). Ive never gotten my feet dipped in hot wax before. Ive never had a salon offer this service to me before either. I really like the hot wax because my feet felt softer. Would definitely recommend. The service also comes with the option to get cool wax if you prefer that instead of hot. Also, they offer additional massage time if you want which is extra. We paid an additional $10 for 10 additional mins of massaging (bt this is optional).Thank you ladies for your great service and hospitality. So sorry I cant remember your names.

I loved it! I actually live in Chesapeake but was visiting my husband right around the corner from them and decided to treat my feet at the first nail place I came too. I did read some of the reviews before going in and read all good things. Bing Bing (I think thats the name I heard) did my pedi and mani and I feel like I have new feet! Oh my! Everyone was so nice and kind. I would travel from Chesapeake all the way to the beach just to have a mani and pediatric here again!!!

The lady who did my nails was rude.she told me what shape i had to get my nails i told her i wanted long nails and she got mad. She put 1 coat of nail polish on my uneven nails and spent most of the time staring out the windo while doing them. Then charged me 43 dollars i will never ever come back here and she was evwn ruder to the sweet older lady behind me

Okay so I dont normally write reviews, but I was visiting my bf in VA beach and decided to take my fake nails off (SNS). This place did a HORRIBLE job. The man who did my nails filed them down too much so the next week my nails were coming off my SKIN!!!!! This place is terrible and you should NOT go here, it was also $12 freaking dollars just to get my nails OFF! Ridiculous!!!!! I am very very confused on how this place has any stars let alone 5 stars I came here last Monday and it was the worst 40$ Ive spent!!! The best part of the situation was the woman assisting me was the freaking manger!!!!! I asked for coffin shaped nails and I was appalled at her interpretation of my request. The color selection specifically for people in the military is pathetic I had a selection of maybe 3 colors which I asked her to pick, which she also huffed and puffed about. She then continued with an eye brow wax and the area for waxing was so unsanitary. Best part of it all is 3 days later two nails cracked and I am pretty sure I received a nail infection from the place.
