Two stars for kindness. Really wanted to love this place for the convenience of its location. Recently moved back to the area. Went in for the first time as a “happy birthday to me” gift for a gel manicure and their most expensive pedicure (something to do with herbs and a 20 minute hot stone massage). After all, it was my birthday treat, right? First issue was the hot stone massage actually only lasted about 7-8 minutes total (not the 20 minutes as advertised) and she stopped three times during that massage to go somewhere else (in the back, brought more stones, to talk to a fellow coworker). That was slightly annoying, especially since I could have just paid for a basic $30 pedicure, instead of the $50 or $55 one. Can’t remember the separate totals for the mani/pedi, but the total for it all was $95, not including tip. Next, I go on to the manicure, which was fine; no complaints that day. However, the very next day, my pointer finger started to chip! Small chip, not too noticeable, so I left it alone. By day 2, you could definitely notice it (see pic for reference). Day 3, the gel started pulling up at the cuticles on my other hand, getting snagged in the shower every time I wash my hair. Cool. By day 6, you see where it completely just pulled off on my middle finger. So $110 and less than a week later, this is how I’m looking. I will keep looking for my new nail salon “home.”

The nicest staff!! They don’t make getting a pedicure awkward. I’m a newer customer of theirs, but they have won me over for good!

Went to another nail salon, and lady at the front couldnt tell me when her employees came in super unorganized left and came to KP and i am sooo happy i did although i asked for specific person and thats not who did my nails but it dont matter he did an amazing job thanks TY

I went here recently for the first time and everything was absolutely phenomenal. After moving back to the area I had yet to find some here that was reliable and I am so happy to find an amazing place! The salon was so clean and nice and I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. I wanted designs and fills on my acrylics and he gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. Which never happens! My nails have never looked better.

I’ve been a customer for many years. The staff is friendly and happy to see me, the shop is clean, and with an appointment, I don’t have to wait. Ty, the owner, is exceptional and the nail dipping powder is professionally done. Prices are affordable and competitive with other local nail salons. I highly recommend this salon for your personal needs.

Today I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish at KP Nails Plus. I have never been here before, and I was amazed by the service. My nail tech was nice and very professional. He took his time and was very detailed to ensure that I walked away with the best nails possible. Not only did he do a good job of helping replicate the picture I showed him, but he gave suggestions as well to help get my desired look. The price was very fair for the quality of work that was produced. I highly recommend going here to get your nails done.

Ive only been to this salon twice- I came back because Ethan and Blue did such a good job on my acrylic full set back in October! This time I got another powder full set and Im literally so in love with my nails- theyre my favorite set Ive ever gotten! Im an artist too and so perfection is important to me yet after closely inspecting my nails after they were done I couldnt find any imperfections! A huge shoutout to both Ethan and Blue, they once again impressed me!

I had my nails done by Ty who was phenomenal. He took his time and made sure my nails looked amazing. This was my first time going to this nail salon. I called them by accident and decided to give them a try. I will definitely be going back!! I have received so many compliments on my nails. Great job Ty!!

Had a great girls day of getting a mani/Pedi! My nails look wonderful and the staff was super friendly especially the young lady that did my 7 yr old nieces nails.

Blue was incredibly detailed, pleasant and very professional. The entire staff work so well. Blue definitely has me wanting to return back just to get my nails done.

If I could I would give them no starts....HORRIBLE customer service!!! I called a week in advance to make an appointment for 2pm the next Saturday. I go to my appointment and was a little early by a few minutes and the lady thats suppose to do my nails just barley started to work on someone else!!!! This is just straight RUDE and horrible customer service. You could have had just made a call to say that hey Im running a little behind versus me sitting there for well over 30 minutes and waisting my time!!! I paid for a baby sitter to watch my kids just for me to get my nails done and it was a waist of my time and money!!!! I recommend NO ONE to go to this place!!!

100% recommend! Ty did my nails and he is the absolute best! He never fails to amaze me. Ive seen the others work as well and theyre ALL the best artists in the 757. Definitely go here to get pampered and to feel beautiful!

Favorite place to get my nails done

I recently went to KP nails after a long absence. I was very happy to discover that it is under new ownership. Minh is the new owner and I was very happy with how clean the salon is with new furnishings. It has a very welcoming and relaxed atmoshere. I had a manicure and pedicure which was great. There were a lot of great nail colors to choose from even though Cajun Shrimp is my favorite. I definitely recommend the new KP Nails.

They do trending designs!! Ladies if you’re struggling looking for somewhere that does that pretty design you found on pintrist then struggle no more! I have brought so many different designs in and they have never turned me down because “they don’t do that” and their prices are amazing. They are FAST with a perfect touch. I highly recommend you try them, they do such an amazing job. Shape 10/10. Color and design options 10/10. Cleanliness 10/10. Customer service 15/10. I have NEVER left unhappy. I’ve even walked in with a design and they have taken me no problem. Best nail place I have been to!

AMAZING IN EVERY WAY!I came in to get a fill and to fix all the problems with my previous set from another shop and they exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped in I felt welcomed and the overall service I received was amazing. I walked out with one of the nicest sets Ive ever gotten. My first time here and Ty was very good! I needed a set taken off done by a previous salon and then had dip put on with tips. I love it! He took his time, I felt relaxed. Great work!

My first time here and Ty did my nails. He made my nails look so natural and not thick or bulky like my previous nails were. Also being military he made sure my measurements and color were right. The salon is clean and has great customer service. They also guarantee your nails meaning that if it chips or the something happens to the color they will fix it for free. I highly recommend this nail salon. I have been to many and this one is #1 on my list to come back to.

When my nail tech isnt able to squeeze me in, I come to this location. I really never have anyone that I would just be like go to them at this location, until today.Julie was very helpful in making sure that the gel came off my nails. They had me soak off my old polish. When Julie started, she sprung up conversation which was really nice. She was very focused on detail and making sure that everything was okay to my standards.A regular gel cost $30. That includes a manicure with your gel color. Also, the nice soft wax they put over your hands.I recommend this location.

This use to be my favorite nail salon. Before it was very relaxing and they provided quality work. I understand the hassle of changing management but it is losing integrity. Since the change over...depending on who is doing your nails the person rushes and the nails lose quality look. Today alone I was quoted different prices..i was not offered the packaged price the person sitting next to me received. I did have a couple of added needs that should have cost me $6 more than the other person but I paid $14 more. They finished my nails while doing my pedicure..it was busy and chaotic. I was stressed and could not relax. The person next to me received a pillow to put their hands on while finishing nails,while getting pedicure also. I was given a magazine to place my hands on. I wish I could post a picture of my nails. You would be able to see the two tone of pink because it was not applied evenly and they have me move my hand before the UV time is up. The price can be good but not at the cost of integrity...looking for a new shop. I miss Hanna and crew😥

This is where I get my pedicures every couple of weeks. Intimate shop, very serene and relaxing. No loud music,no tvs blaring. Low lights, excellent pedicure--their specialty. Massage services are also available in the same shop

Finally Id found KP Nails Plus after several to try many shops. Theyre so nice and sweetest. After a few weeks, my nails are long and healthy. Will definitely make this my regular spot.

I love getting my nails done here! Whenever I get my nails done here they come out over my expectations. The people there know what they are doing, are kind, patient, and very helpful. The prices are very affordable but with an exceptional outcome. If you ever need your nails fixed they are happy to do so. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been doing Dip/SNS nails for past year and not found a consistent salon. Some take 2 or more hours and others only and hour or so but quality not so good. Think this is the place! Tea was the best tech I’ve ever had!! Nails looked so natural yet Tea spent a decent amount of time ensuring great quality. Wonderful massage too! Definitely will return!

I love this place because they truly do care about the customers satisfaction. Service is amazing. The staffs are gentle and accommodating. This is a review by the Mrs. Very happy with this salon. Stopped by on Saturday to have 1 nail fixed that broke about half way down on the nail bed. Ty the manager took care of me and didnt even charge anything. Super nice and friendly. Definitely my go to salon.

Absolutely awful nail job. Asked for acrylics and was told that I would be “too sensitive” to wear them. I asked for them anyways and the lady said I could try it one time, but she didn’t end up doing it anyways. Two of my fingers bled and were covered up with nail polish - now it just burns. After all of this and getting nail polish all over the skin of my fingers, I was charged THIRTY DOLLARS for a simple nail paint. Thirty dollars, when my acrylics should’ve been $25. Didn’t tip and it was absolutely ridiculous to be charged so much for such a terrible job. Very disappointed, never ever go here unless you want to waste your money. (P.S. you will be talked about in a foreign language) Wish I could give less than one star.

I hate to give small businesses bad reviews. But KP nails plus has earned theirs. I had a gel manicure done on Thursday by Monday 5 nails had chipped. When I went back another tech redid the chipped nails. She did not ask me my name or anything else. Her first question: did she have to do the nails that were chipped? Huh?! That is the reason I returned. And so this is how it went. The technicians--all four-- treated me as if somehow I was responsible for the chipping. Second question asked: did I wash my hands with soap when asked to rinse my hands on when I got the manicure ? No. Then I was asked where did I go after the manicure since I was in such a hurry? I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes at this salon. More important, the gel manicure was dry.Mind now no one greeted with any cordialness. I am so disappointed. I really do think everybody deserves a second chance. KP nails plus technicians got their second chance and blew it. I hope no one else has the experience that I had. I will not be returning.

After reading the reviews on this place I decided to give it a try. They have so many colors that it was so hard for me to choose which one I wanted but I ended up getting gel. Price was very fair, especially for all the time and attention they gave to us. I definitely plan on coming back!

Been here twice and been pleased. First time was pedi and nails just painted, now this time acrylic nails and pedi.

Terrible experience.My sister and I came in for acrylic sets for $25 each. I asked for black acrylic nails, and I got a mood color changing set, which was not explained to me. The guy who did my nails did not speak a lick of English, and he did a terrible job. He left nail polish all over my skin surrounding the nails. If I wanted a crappy nail job, I would have done it myself!!The woman doing my sisters nails would not allow her to get what she wanted: acrylic nails as well. She argued that my sister would not want them, although she did. Then she went against her wishes and simply just painted her nails.The set was supposed to be $25, but i was charged $30. $25 was the price for acrylics, so I find it odd that I was charged more for less.Never coming back here, and recommending people to NEVER COME HERE. Despicable.

Absolutely the WORST job ever. My nails are so thick, you can see a difference between my last fill and the one they did, the polish is bubbly and the nails feel rough. I now have to remove the polish and file my nails down so they are not so thick and polish them again. WORST WORST WORST salon I have ever been to in my life. The review wont post if I dont give them at least one star but trust me when I say, they dont deserve even half a star.

Came in to get a polish change on my toes and my eyebrows waxed. The lady who did the wax was amazing I think her name was Tina. The polish change took all of an hour and the paint looked ridiculous. After drying and paying I had to have them redo my polish bc it looked so bad. Im really annoyed with the amount of time this has taken bc there was only a 10-15 minute wait but the rest of it is chsnging color on toes and brows.

Not one person acknowledged or greeted me when I entered, signed in or Sat sat down for 5 minutes. Needless to say, I will not be back.

I will never go back. My pedicure was actually amazing, the lady was nice and patient. My fill on the other hand- Ive never met someone who complained more. She was rude and impatient. I have fibromyalgia so my body actually shakes involuntarily, she ridiculed me the whole time. She complained I was moving. I went with a friend and asked to be put next to her so we could talk. They put us across the salon from each other. They complained that we were talking to each other. Actually complained any time we talked at all. I was so mad I left without really checking my nails. My nails are heavy and it looks like I have puffy paint on them. There is no integration into my cuticle, literally looks like a glob on my nail. Ill have to go get them fixed soon. Probably my worst salon experience.

I went there for about 3 months to get my nails done. I got acrylic. Well I guess it was time for a new set because all my nails fell off. So I got a new set put on and with in 2.5 weeks they had all fallen off!! I paid like $80, always have left a VERY GENERIOUS tip!
