Far exceeded expectations!! It’s kind of weird to find. When you use google maps, it might take you to the front of Burlington coat factory. Just turn right and follow the building. It’s tucked in a corner across from the entrance to BJ’s. I went in, showed a picture of what I wanted and my nail technician, Luna, expertly delivered. She was precise and meticulous- a true professional. And very patient with all my questions and requests. I definitely will be back!

These guys used to be awesome, I would refer anyone to them. Over the past several months the quality and cleanliness has gone down hill, but they keep raising their prices. They are not honest with the wait time. 15min. ends up being over an hour.

On the pricier side, but they do good work. It is hard to find- the entrance is by BJs, but Google maps does not lead you to the store front, instead it takes you across the parking lot near Burlington.

If you want to just to try relax and get pampered then this is the place to come to for sure!! My mom and i got a pedicures, and was just melting in my chair, which was a message chair. Very Nice! The pedicure technician was not only friendly, but very thorough in taking care of my feet, messaging my calves and feet.I loved it & will return.

Everything was nice and its pretty good when you go in there with terrible feet and they make you feel and look better.

They are the most honest and extremely nice. The shop is clean. No shortage of colors for any of the latest trends. They don’t overcharge and they are always focused on quality.

Had an amazing experience with LUNA! I walked in 40 minutes before close and was told it would be a bit of wait. She didn’t start my nails until 8:30,30 minutes after they officially closed. Luna was outstanding. She was personable, polite and never had an attitude at all. I even asked to get my eyebrows done at the very end and she still did it with a smile on her face. Customer service was excellent and i will most definitely be returning. Aside from all that, she also did an amazing job on my nails. They are to perfection! You go Luna, we need more nail reps like you.

This is what my nails look like after one day. I got 2 medi/pedicures, 2 eyebrow sharing. I spent $115 and my sister have them a $20 tip!! And when I called today expecting some accommodation for my time lost and just as General Customer Service. I wanted to be given a free acrylics an a free Mani for my sister. This owner told me no... What?? Do you not hear me..

The lady cut my cuticles. IT HURT. She was very rough.

I first went in to see if they could do the design I wanted. Was told yes. I go in to get it done the guy then says no can do, I asked can you do something similar to the best of your ability he says how bout black. Black real nice. I asked 3 times for him to at least do something similar and each time he ranted about how he hated designs. My nails arent even great with just straight black they are messy and bubbled. Not pleased. The quoted price was 45 it ended up being 50 which is still reasonable but high for just one straight colour.

Good service and nice staff! They were welcoming even when we called to ask if we could come 40 minutes before close. It seems like they have a lot of regulars so that is a testament to their good service. I got a pedicure and the massage chair was awesome. Neat and clean place. Would definitely recommend.

I wish I could give more stars. I really do. I went and got my nails done with the pink and white. The lady was extra stingy with the top coat and left sections on every nail without top coat. I went back on two separate occasions attempting to get it fixed. I sat for an hour each time. She said she would be with me in a few minutes each time. The first time, she finished the client she was working on and started another full set for somebody else. Without acknowledging me. The second time, she told me she would be with me in a few minutes. She was doing two peoples nails at the same time. Another nail tech had no client. She ate a snack, smoked a cigarette and sat talking on the phone on the couch in the waiting area. Instead of offering to help. I continued to wait as I had time to kill. The original tech finally sat me at her station and then disappeared. So I left again. I gave two chances for her to fix my nails. She messed up. Not me. And I was left continuing to wait. Terrible service.

This place is great! A hidden gem for the price! 💎I usually just get the gel and Miaria does an amazing job! She’s very skilled and doesn’t file too much like other places. The rest of the crew here are very nice and friendly as well. I recommend this place to my family and friends

Dont get your eyebrows done here, lesson learned. The woman completely removed basically all the hair I had, then tried to cover it up by drawing on my eyebrows. The minute I took it off, oh god it was bad.

Came in for nails which was 30 dollars sat and waited for an hour before someone even talked to me then and come to find out they charge for color shape and length after they do your nails So spend 50 on nails that aren’t worth that. Don’t go

I love this place! Ive been coming for 7 years now, and never had a bad experience. Johnny, Jenny and Luna are the best!!

I find this place is hit or miss. Sometimes I am very happy with the outcome and sometimes Im just not. Unfortunately its been more miss than hit lately. For instance I think that the best part of a pedicure is the foot massage and they really dont do that much anymore. If I get three or four minutes on each foot Im lucky. Its very important that all my nails are the same length and evenly shaped but lately thats not happening. I have been going there for a long time but am now looking for a new nail salon.

They cut me several time and i was bleeding. no apologies! she kept spraying alcohol over and over again on the cuts.

Horrible experience. The woman doing my nails cut me at least five times with the drill. Then when one of her regulars came in she began to rush through my nails (even though I scheduled an appointment) leaving some uneven and I had to continually tell her to fix them which is something I hate doing. I do not recommend and if you still decide to go bring your own nail Polish because the Polish selection is limited!

Horrible fills. Awful technique. Had an appointment that should have taken no more than an hour take 2 hours. Do not come here unless you want your nails jacked up.

Took two hours and walked out unimpressed. Short nails AGAIN toe left unfixed. Second bad experience definitely learned my lesson. Never come back here again.

Had a 11:30 appt, didnt leave until 2:05Went for a pedicure and fill in, the service i received for the pedicure was great (done by another technician)but when it came to the fill in, the technician LUNA was HORRIBLE... her work technic was sloppy, and she didnt listen to what i was asking nor saying.Will never patronize this place again

The only thing I get done is a pedicure, and Yan is the only person that does it. She takes her time and its always a great experience!

Do not go here!! I have gone here several times in the past and do to me questioning the instruments they have used I have taken my girls and gone somewhere else however today being in a rush I went back here. The instruments are dirty!!! I’m in the medical field and have to clean my instruments after every use! Today I saw a instrument that was taken from a pedicure chair which had dead skin on it that she attempted to use on me. I asked for clean instruments and they showed me a autoclave bag that had not been sterilized. The instruments in the bag was not sealed nor run through the autoclave. She said it was clean which I knew was not according to the water colors on the bag of instruments so I got up and walked out. I have called the board and have filed a complaint. Please be careful you can get easy infections that can spread to you blood. This is not a safe place. If you go there make sure your instruments come out of a sealed autoclaved bag if not leave. The one I not go to everything gets thrown away except the bag of instruments that were autoclaved. These places have to be shut down as they will cause tons of infections and are charging you money for poor service. What’s more important your fingers and toes looking cute or a safe environment that does amazing work.
