I used to really love this place, its just hard to get past the front desk. Once you do its great service. The front desk manager is awesome!!! But all it takes is one person to kill the great vibes

I called in to see if they were taking new patients at 3:00. Ive had a tooth ache for a while. They not only fit me in for an exam, they managed to start on a plan to get my teeth fixed. Everyone from the front staff, bookkeeping, assistants, and dentist were extremely friendly. This took the stress away from the pain. Thank all of you at Red Rock Dental.

My husband went there for a cleaning. He said the dentist seemed to be in a rush, didnt listen to his complaints about pain, before being seen he had waited for quite sometime, and equipment wasnt working well. He will not return again and doesnt recommend.

UPDATE unfortunately I have to change my review. While all staff is friendly and nice and have a good bedside manner I had a chip fixed which fell off the next day and my front tooth now has more damage than when I went in .I have ve waited to post anything, to calm down,so disappointed Dr J really let me down.New Patient everyone friendly, even for a Monday morning . Perhaps more explanation, if you havent been to the dentist before or it has been awhile. Thank you so much for all you do I wont worry about my next visit I know Im in good hands 😊

Red Rock dental does an A-1 job for their patients. They are caring, friendly and courteous. My family has been with this dental providers for nine years and weve always been happy with the services.

We have taken our kids here for years. They have really great and super nice staff. The dentists do a good job. The kids are always comfortable and not scared to go.I reccomend them.

Every appointment I’ve had they are always me calling me days prior to reschedule for a different time and day due to a “schedule conflicts”. If it doesn’t work with your schedule, most likely to be schedule in the next month. It’s become inconvenient to deal with them.

I was extremely nervous for my appointment. Despite me being afraid and a bit moody (due to my phobia), they were patient, kind, and understanding. I thought it was better than what I initially expected. Dr. Jiten Solanki is a very kind, patient, and professional person. He made me feel safe and comfortable. My daughter also comes here for her services and they always talk to her and explain to her whats going on which is awesome! Everyone was real polite, the doc came up with a great plan to fix my teeth even though I originally just went in for a toothache he came up with a good plan to fix teeth I didnt think I could fix because of insurance restrictions but he figured it out snd were gonna hopefully get it all fixed up great office great dentist plus they got me in as a new patient way sooner than any of the other places I called

The staff here are kind, friendly, and very attentive to strict hygeine practices, especially during the times we are in. My teeth look and feel great, thanks Kyler. Dr. Gee has very gentle hands. I appreciate the care they take to make sure my needs are taken care of. (They take Medicaid too.)

Cleaning done by Dr W. Was very painful and rough. Never experienced this before. Definitely will ask for a hygienist next time.

Dentist and assistant did a great job with very minimal discomfort. They provided guidance if I have any discomfort after numbing wears off. Office staff is great and always provides information on anything my insurance did not pay. Highly recommend this office.

My experience with Red Rock Dental today went beyond my expectations. I thought I was going in for a check-up, but Dr. Williams ended up improving a cosmetic issue that I have had my entire life. I just got back from my second visit to Red Rock with my 2 sons. We couldnt be happier with the level of service provided here. My kiddos are a little nervous about dental work and Dr. Owens and his staff made our visit relaxed and fun. My boys actually asked when they might be able to go back! They offered flexible treatment options and scheduling was a breeze. 5 Stars!

Emergency scheduling was good. Admittance and x rays good. However waiting for dentist took too long, 30 minutes or more. Extraction of tooth took too long and painful

Absolutely amazing!I had shared past (bad) experiences with dentists’ offices and my dentist here made sure I was comfortable. Big turn around for me. The front staff is really nice and helpful. Not one bad thing to say. They seem flexible with financial situations as well. I definitely recommend giving Red Rock Dental a thought when looking for dental care.

Efficient as usual, high quality of work

Almost perfect. Id grade 90%. Went in, was greeted. Didnt have to wait longer than three minutes. Everyone was polite. All my concerns were addressed. I was encouraged to take care of my teeth, but not nagged. Cheerful small talk. I had my teeth cleaned, polished, and sanded without pain. I was out the door within a half hour.

Very professional and fast. Pain was at a minimum, not a problem.

Professional and Friendly office and dental staff. They were able to see all four of my kids in one office visit. I have been taking my kids here for a few years and we have not once had a bad experience. I highly recommend this place.

This is absolutely the worst dentist office in the area. They have fraudulently charged Medicaid without providing the goods that the state paid for.

Friendly, and informative also good with kids. Wait wasnt that bad. And they accept AHCCCS (for kids).

Waited three months for my appointment. Arrived on time and I was told my appointment was canceled due to not doing a health screen, which was never discussed in the beginning. So disappointed with this place.

Had three visits with three children. The first visit took almost two hours(way too long)! Then the other two visits, the women in the front were not very friendly and became rude when questioned about their timeliness. The waiting room in front smelled absolutely horrendous! Yuck! On another note the Dentist was nice and professional.

The first time I went I was actually happy and got in like nothing. But this time, I Keep calling to make an appointment and doing it online is great. But no one is answering the phones or even responding back. Guess I gotta find a new place.

I am able to get appointments after school, which is great for me and my family. We do not have to leave school or work early! They take our insurance and cleanings are fully covered:) Quick and courteous service. Thanks!

Well for being a first time and new patient at the office I was super excited to meet the team of Red Rock Dental and that they were willing to work with me and gave me reasonable options to stay and I will continue under their office, plus everyone had a smile on their face and enjoyed seeing patients and I had the best experience there and got to know some of the staff and Dr Owens himself great dentist to be around and everyone always made sure I was doing great and I pretty much enjoyed myself being at their office so I would recommend becoming a new patient at their office. Dr Owens and Ashley made my dental experience excellent. They were very helpful with my teeth situations and they were very knowledgeable in what they do. I walked into the office not knowing what would happen but they made my experience there pleasant and other staff were very helpful as well. I would definitely recommend RedRocks Dental to others.

Went to redrock after a bad experience at another dental office and constant tooth pain. Dr G and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Im not a good dental patient but Dr.Lim put me more at ease then any other dentist has. I only needed one tooth fixed and he did an excellent job. First time I never felt the needle when the anesthetic was used.

I absolutely hate visiting the dentist! However, the staff at this office make the experince as pleasant as it can be. Everyone is friendly and professional. Dr. Owens is great. He explains everything clearly and offers great advice. Your oral health is their main priority.

Awesome friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got us in same day for sons jaw pain. Found out his wisdom teeth were cause of the pain. Made all the required referrals and we are now setup to have those removed. Treated us very well and made my son feel at ease. Would definitely recommend!
