Asked the sales lady twice about the $49.99 Super Interior Clean package advertised on their website. Told her that, in the interest of time, I wasnt concerned about exterior wash. I just wanted the interior clean portion of the $49.99 package. Immediately, she gave me the impression she was in a rush. She deflected from my requests and pushed three $25 interior detail services for a total of $75. Feeling hurried and pressured, I acquiesced. She then radioed another employee about the wait then informed me it would be 1-2 hours.For approx one hour, the bay for interior cleanings was entirely full. The gentleman cleaning my car would stop working on my car and disappear to work on other cars. Eventually, the bay thinned down to three cars, including mine. Yet, my car continued to sit there with no work being done. Even the staff at the register commented on how long it sat there unattended. Thats when I expressed my displeasure to the young lady at the register. She radioed someone and got the gentleman to return to my car and continue working.Eventually, my car was ready after two hours. However, due to the significant drop in the number of cars in the bay, it should have been left unattended for so long and completed in less than two hours.Upon completion, the gentleman who cleaned my car inappropriately asked if I left a tip and how much.The work was pretty good, but its overshadowed by pushy sales tactics and length of time my car sat in the bay unattended. Will not return.

Dont bother trying to get your car completely cleaned. They only do what they have to and will not a serious attempt. Nothing will be done to make you feel like the cost and tip were worth it.

This place has definitely changed since I was here last. I have used this place for years, the service has always been satisfactory, sometimes better than others but on average acceptable. Recently I took my new truck here and as I watched it going through the wash I noticed a missing wiper and they were running. I told the manager in charge and the reply was I should have made sure my auto wipers were not on. Not even a little bit apologetic. I asked shouldnt that be a check for your staff and he just ignored me. I had to but one there, they put it on. After it came out I checked the wipers and it had bent the other on also, They made me purchase 2 wipers and made it like it was my fault. I didnt even have the auto wipers on that I could remember.So long story short, last time I will ever go here. The attitude of the managers on the floor and behind the desk was inappropriate.

Came in today to have my car washed. I have had the Platinum club package for about a year maybe a little less. When I got the club member ship package I was told all detail would be half off. Well today I was up sold by the manager quoted a higher price. When I asked the front desk person called the manager and gave me the same quote. I then went out side and acted as a new customer and she quoted me a different price. I walked back into the store and the manager was very rude. I canceled my club membership I will drive to Tucson from now on. Bad service from management.

I used to go here all the time, but everyone is right - it has changed, for the worse. I took my car to get dog hair vacuumed out and an exterior wash. I was told by the manager that he’s “going to have to charge me” an extra $25 for taking a pumice stone to get the dog hair out - when that didn’t even happen. I watched the entire time. He made me feel as though it was a requirement when all they did was vacuum. Not to mention, didn’t even clean my back windows that had dog slobber on them, when I asked if they could take care of that. So I paid almost $60 for NOTHING. 3 cars were taken ahead of mine, didn’t even tell me my car was done (as they left it parked in the detail bay as opposed to pulling it out and parking it like they used to), there are horrible streaks on the whole hood of my car like someone sprayed cleaner and didn’t even bother to wipe it off, hand prints everywhere and OH still dog hair :). Called the manager and told him I can come back on Monday because I will be out of town. Took pictures and videos to show him and he didn’t even apologize. Just said “bring it in Monday and we’ll go back over it for you.” No sir, I will be back in Monday, for a full refund - because I am not letting anyone else touch my car there again.

We just paid $170 to get the full deep clean on our vehicle after a road trip. It was horribly done. We called the employees back twice to remove the bugs from the grill and then to wipe a door that had candy streaks on the outside. Then I saw the inside middle console covered in filth. The backseats had crumbs under them and the doors were not wiped either. Do not come here. A complete waste of money.

The folks were friendly. My car was cleaned really good inside and out.

Oh my gosh what a horrible car wash. The cup holders were dirty, they barely vacuumed the car, the two back doors were not wiped down. I wont be going back!

This place has disappointed me time and time again. They leave a mess of a car and cant even rinse off wheels. The dash is full of streaks and the fenders are still dry because they never washed them. The headlights are still full of bugs and the back window was never touched. This was suppose to be a handwash and my 5yr old and 12yr old have done a better job at home. Save your money and go through a drive through at a gas station.

Within the last week I took both my wifes car and my Chev CO pickup in 2 days apart and, as usual, received competent and polite service. This is a very good and very well run business.

As always very nice and helpful here. Wish theyd do the half price Tuesday and Thursday deal like Valencia but it still works out for a nice car wash. My car looks pretty when they are done.

I was not impressed with my car wash. Before I walked away I wiped down The dripping water that had not been dried off. The interior is still dusty and dirty. My windshield has streaks and smudges. Still needs vacuuming under the seats. I paid for the platinum wash.

Got the $12.99 wash and vac and service was fast, courteous and professional. Great value and great job! Will definitely be back!!!

I wanted interior washed, vacuumed, shampooed, two front seat washed, windows done inside and out, outside washed and waxed. At 1 3/4 hours (they told me at most. 1 1/2 hrs) I was told it was done. I looked and they hadnt vacuumed and washed entire inside back of van (the van is fairly new and mildly dirty), had not washed cup holders or most other plastic places to put things, the front seat was dirty on side, the mats looked as dirty as when I brought in the van, places were partially wiped, and the front seats looked the same as when I brought it in.They then vacuumed and washed back and did some of the interior plastic holder areas, but that was it. I gave up and I thought $120 was a lot for that. I had noticed that there were about 4 young people standing around my van, doing a little bit here and there, but mostly talking with each other. It took 2 hours and ten minutes to get that done. I have may car detailed before and this was terrible! The van was fairly clean but I dont think they washed any carpets.

I called before I took my car to be detailed for interior cleaning and they told me to bring in my car that same day. When I got there, I noticed that they were a bit busy but I left my car there anyways. I had asked if they could clean my trunk because I had some residue of dirt and the gentlemen attending me stated that he would be able to do that. I left feeling confident that they were going to do exactly what was discussed. A couple of hours passed and I hadn’t had anyone call me so I called and they had lost my number and told me that the car was ready for pick up. When I got there the trunk had not been cleaned, the interior looked like they got a rag and carelessly wiped the dash and radio area. There was still dirt on the finer areas around the radio and the car had water marks on the areas around the ac vents... it looked so blotchy on the leather areas of the car as if they sprayed cleaning solution and didn’t wipe right. My mats were still wet and they never gave me directions on whether I should let my mats air dry so the second day after I got my car cleaned my mats smelled like water that had been trapped for a while. It was a really bad smell. The job was not done very well, and I would not recommend others to go if they are looking for a $120 detail. Save your money and go else where.

I used this car wash back in 2013-2014 when I lived in Green Valley, they did a great job. I have used this car wash 3 times since moving back in Dec 2020, not at all satisfied. I used an Octopus wash in Surprise AZ from 2014-2020 they did a superb job. So what is the difference? 10 times as many employees. The line today 8/21/21 was in the street, ok, fair enough they are very busy. But if you need/want your car/truck to be cleaner than a drive thru wash you will not be happy. Everyone was working hard, no slackers, but I counted 5 minutes of wipe down by 1 person, 1 set of eyes, once vehicle was pulled out of wash apparatus.Sorry, that is not enough time to FINISH the job. I had several places that were NOT clean at all, vehicle was not even dry. Chrome tips of exhaust was not even wiped, not at all. Why? Too many cars and not enough people to do a thorough after wash wipe down. If you are happy with quick drive thru wash, and have a white vehicle you will be ok. But if you expect the 21.00 EXTREME wash to deliver a clean/dry vehicle, sorry but your going to cry in your soup.No motivation for them to pick up their quality when they have line in the street. But, as a consumer who expects to get what you pay for, you will not be happy. The Mister/Mister drive through wash does a better job.

Paid for exterior wash and headlights and they didn’t meet time mentioned to complete, was given voucher to come back cause we had to go to an appointment. Still inconvenienced cause had a timeline with extra minutes for delays. Customer relations was good and indoors and outdoors waiting area is clean.

I was disappointed....paid 21.00 for the supreme car was and my car was done in 10 mnts...when car was finished i had to ask them to re-vaccum because it was done very poorly and when i first arrived i specifically asked for them to please do a good job...and they failed to get all the bugs off the front plus inside was not cleaned as well as it should of been! I even left $5.00 tip!

Went in to get the hand wash done, when I pick up my car the cup holder where still full of soapy water, while their was dried soap all over the car. They would spray it down, then let the soapy water dry. Doubt I ever come back again. When I just feel the need to rehash when I get home.

II am 72, so I tried several car wash in my life. This one is the worst. I just want people to know, look for an other place. Birds had a nice time with my car, went for a car wash and for 28 dollars all the bird poop was there. It only needed some elbow grease. After car was I took care of that, so I paid 18 dollars for nothing

They had my car for four hours. Interior leather seats still look dirty. Residue from headlight Cleaning all in front of the car. They did a horrible, horrible job on the front windshield And only wiped down half of the back window? To top it all off, they kept all of my change that I had in the car. Do not go there. When I picked up my vehicle it was near closing time I was rush and did not get a good look at it. That is my fault. It’s my fault I did not look at it better when I was there but I would not have ever expected this level of unprofessionalism.

Gotta watch that you get the service you pay for. I paid for the extreme package that includes a tire shine. Didnt notice of course until I was getting back into my car after running another errand. Tires looked kinda drab. I almost just let it go thinking I didnt want to bother. Who knows how many people do that. I went back though and asked a guy if the tire shine is supposed to be this way. He said they must have missed the notation on the window. So he shined up my tires right then and there with a smile. Good job on Bradley!

Amazing detail service and also very affordable. After a month long road trip with two little girls, our Suburban was trashed to say the least. Octopus did a fantastic job - car looked brand new! Also very quick - less than two hours. We will be back!

Car came out dirty and I ask for them to re wash it and they gave me a hard time they dont do a good job at all even when you pay for extreme wash not very professional this place really has gone down hill .

The person working on my vehicle stole a $300 tuner out of my truck (Diablosport Predator 2 #7202) and when I spoke to the manager about it, he blew me off and never called me back. Im assuming he is the one who stole it. Will never do business here again and I warn everyone they are thieves .

Mediocre car wash. I am never happy with their car wash but since we dont have many options here in Green Valley Az, I keep taking my vehicles there. But, I always get there basic car wash since is my opinion that you dont get much more out of their higher end car wash options.I felt like splurging yesterday and got their super package $17.99 see pictures for what I got out of it. They can even get the outside cleaned correctly.

I told the lady my car locks itself if I leave the keys in there. She told me unless I drove it myself cause she was short handed. I said no. She said it wasnt there fault if my car locked itself. I told her it wasnt my fault she was short handed.

Very clean, very efficient. There are seats and snacks and toys (for sale) that kids can play with. I had all three of my kids here for 2+ hours while our car got detailed, but it wasnt bad at all. Very friendly staff.

I highly recommend Octopus Car Wash. My car was pretty dirty after driving 1900 miles and I chose the hand wash option. When they were done my car looked good as new inside and out. Didnt take very long and the price was very reasonable.

I like this car wash a d the convenience of the place, but you really need to check your vehicle after they say its done to be sure theyve done a complete job. Often the interior cleaning is poorly done. How hard is vacuuming!?

I usually go to a self-wash bay facility when Im back at home in Indiana, but couldnt find one in the Sahuarita/Green Valley area. So I brought my truck in to Octopus, and because its a dually, it had to be hand washed. It cost me 50$, and they did a pi** poor job. When I returned to my campsite, I hand cleaned the wheels, side mirrors, chrome exhaust pipe, and what I could get off of the salt, which, incidentally, I informed the people of Octopus about. I declined their service on the interior, because of covid. So, not happy, that is, until, when I can head up to Tucson to do it myself.

Wash was great but the price was to much at 13 dollars for vacuum and wash.

My husband took our car to be thoroughly cleaned so it would look good as a trade in the next day. The rear door was never opened, there were no signs of any vaccuming haven been done, the windows were dirty and smeared, the whole car looked like wiping had been started then left unfinished. My husband did not know he could have asked to have it done again, instead he came home and redid the work himself. I have had poor jobs done here before, but never like this. I have been a customer since they opened, but I will not go back again. Dont waste your money with this business.

Went for a car wash. We were waved into the only bay that already had someone in it and told to wait until they were done, although there were a couple of guys without anything to do standing around. Eventually we were given a paper with our (basic) order and ushered into the automatic car wash where a dour-looking young man waved us into position. When we were done, as we were motioned to leave but had not paid, we parked and my husband went inside to ask whom we could have paid. I wondered how many people have just driven off without paying. He was told that people usually come in to pay first. No one advised us of this. I doubt they make much profit. The car wash was very short and the workers all looked depressed.Will try the one across from Frys next time.

Asked for a full service detail and underbody wash. Received a poor quality hand wash and no underbody wash at all. A wet rag was left in my car, water spots all over the glass and mirrors, both the front and rear bumpers still left dirty. Another typical sahuarita business run by teenagers with no training or work ethic

Average rating, you have to watch as your car goes through the wash to insure your getting what you paid for, happened to me several times.

Honestly I would rate higher but one thing I dislike is not having your car fully dried. The side view mirrors and bottoms of the doors don’t get dried. I love car washes that have the air hoses that can get all the nooks and crannies while drying. Other than that, fast and friendly staff.

Just left without truck washed . Had mud on it so they pulled it over to the side to rinse off only we sat for 30 min .No one touched it. Then when i complained they said there was one ahead of ours. We waited another 5 min still no one was working on it. So my husband and I walked back to get our truck. Someone was finally rinsing it. But 30 cars had already gone thru. Tried of waiting . they should take cars as they come in. We left very very poor management. So we left no var wash. And it cost us 20 dollars for nothing 45 min wasted

Poorly cleaned, tires dressing poorly done, bird droppings not cleaned off, windows spotty, rear floormats not cleaned! PD higher price to have it done, wasted money!!
