Directions given by manage were not the best but I found it. I was taken right on time. The staff was friendly and knew their stuff. It did take 2.5hrs for 4 tires, balancing and alinement. It wouldnt have been bad except they had hard plastic chairs to sit in and no tv or anything to help pass the time.

Worst customer service Ive ever been around the Manger seemed arrogant and to busy swearing and garage staff. Staff needs to be trained better management customer service and techs working in garage need to care about the job their doing. And learn to read work orders properly. We had an emergency, blew a rear tire and had a suspect spare. I had just been released from Jackson memorial hospital being that Im a for a complete organ transplantation except lung and heart. I was in extreme pain we waited over an hr and just to change a bad tire and put on new one took 10 minutes. Customer care is utmost importance to any business. Ive been in charge CEO / plant management its all about training and empowerment. I will never use a Tire Kingdom again. Thank you respectfully

I have used them a few times. In general they are pretty good. I was leaving on a trip. I had an oil change, and 3 wiper blades. I asked when I left the vehicle if they were going to check and top off fluids. He said of course. When I hit the 75 I hit a swarm of bugs. Turn on the wipers no fluid after a quick spray. So off at the next ramp. Buy the fluid, clean the window. They could have gotten a 5. But I had to check all the fluids including the oil and trans fluid. I would think a HUGE company like this would have a checklist for their techs. Back to quick lubes for me.

Fantastic experience at Tire Kingdom today. We had a screw in the right rear tire and we had an appt with Justin to check the tire. Justin looked at the tire and stated probably replacement of tire. He checked his inventory and realized he didnt have a Michelin replacement. When I mentioned our tire warning light didnt go on he went and rechecked the tire. Took the screw out and sprayed soapy water. Realized there was no puncture. Said we were good to go. Thank you

Keith at tire kingdom was awesome... i had a brake issue with my truck and i told him i was traveling for the holidays and wanted it checked before thanksgiving. He had the mechanic check it and found i needed rear brake pads. Keith gave me a great price compared to the other shops in the area. On top of that this is the cleanest shop i have ever been to. My story, I ordered tires and new TPMS switches from tire rack and had them delivered to this store for a Saturday appointment. Scheduled the appointment in advance and informed this store that I had new TPMS to be put on, I specifically asked if I should order these from Tire Rack or if I should get them through them. I was told to just order them through tire rack. No problem, I also told the gentleman that I would also need an alignment, he assured me there would be no problem. Saturday comes around and I go to the store to drop off my vehicle and I meet with Keith, employee of Tire Kingdom, he goes and looks at my vehicle and comes back and tells me that it is a 50/50 shot of getting the TPMS switches to work. At this point I questioned what he stated, my response was, This place is called Tire Kingdom, what do you mean there is a 50/50 shot of them working. I did not understand this to say the least. After speaking with Keith some more, he showed me the price for the installation of the TPMS switches and it $52 per tire. The price I was given was $99 for mount and balance and installation of the TPMS switches. I get to the store and now the cost is $208 more dollars than it should be. At this point, I am livid, I stated that Tire Kingdom will not be performing the install on my vehicle because they lost my trust very quickly. They have no confidence in their practices. I took my tire and TPMS switches to another shop where they honored the original cost and got me taken care of. To summarize, I would not trust this shop to perform any work on any of my vehicles, no matter what the issue could be, I wouldnt even let them put air in my tire if it needed it. I hope this review helps other people.After reading so many poor reviews, I am totally happy that I did not allow this Tire Kingdom even touch my vehicle. Apparently tires and alignment are not their thing. How can you be called tire kingdom but arent very good at tires or alignment. Everything happens for a reason.Attached a photo of the quote they were trying to give me, I saw this and my jaw dropped. Will also contact Tire Rack about this to see if they understand that they are selling parts specific to the vehicle and recommending a shop to perform install when they cannot actually perform the install. Please note that there is no costs for parts in the sub-total, the entire bill would of been for labor. Was born at night but not last night, geez.Edit/UpdateA rep reached and offered me some discount service through tire kingdom, lol, I cannot believe that they thought I would accept some discount service through tire kingdom. Nice people, good price but way too long a wait. Nearly an hour after scheduled appointment before car was even touched. Still best place for tire service but will go to elsewhere for routine service.

We were driving from Miami to St Augustine and had a tire blow out. Found them and they very quickly found a replacement and changed the tire. Justin was very helpful and had a super great attitude.

Had a great experience at this location- Shaun was extremely patient with us. My car broke down on the Turnpike about an hour away and the tow service dropped off my car at this location. The keys were supposed to be in one place but then they weren’t and long story short it took about three hours to find the keys. After that, everything went smoothly and he even suggested a really good pizza place next door while we waited.

My mother had a flat tire they told her,her wheel was bent and she would have to order another rim so I went with her to get her wheel and the guys started to back peddle and blame each other needles to say her wheel was fine. We headed to Saint Lucie Battery and Tire and they got it right the first time.

This Tire Kingdom is amazing! I had to make an emergency stop there after my car started making noise on my trip north while on I-95. The staff was so helpful and comforting. They fixed the problem and got me back in the road! They have a wonderful staff and did a great job!!

Got a flat on I-95 late afternoon. They were very busy and a little backed up but were still able to work me in so I didn’t have to delay my trip. The employees were all kind and professional from sales to mechanics. Special shout out to Matt who gave some good recommendations to kill the time. The shop is very clean and everyone is very nice. However, they do not seem to want to take responsibility for their errors. I took my car in for an oil change and the technician neglected to put in sufficient oil and did not check to see if their was enough oil. I drove the car and now need an engine rebuild according to another mechanic. It has been weeks and I have not been contacted as to how they plan on resolving the matter. Meanwhile, I am without a car unless I want to pay for a repair that was caused by their negligence. I realize everyone makes mistakes but this company does not want to take responsibility for the actions of their employees. I have tried numerous times to talk to someone to resolve but my calls have not been returned. Unless you want to be stuck with a potentially hefty repair bill, steer clear.

My brakes were grinding suddenly and I was in dire need of replacement TODAY. Saturdays are their busiest days, yet they got the job done quickly and efficiently with a fair cost. The guys at the reception area were very polite, helpful and explained the repairs in detail. Im incredibly impressed and recommend Vero Beach Tire Kingdom!!!

The sales people at the front counter were very courteous and helpful. There was a problem with my rims (no fault of Tire Kingdom) and a technician figured out what was wrong and found out what was causing the air leaks. I want to write a review in regards to Dave who works at this particular Tire Kingdom. If it wasn’t for Dave’s kindness and patience, we would have had a tire blowout and possibly an accident on the way to a vacation home in Alabama. We were traveling for Thanksgiving and the low tire pressure sensor went off. Sure enough, a small split in the sidewall of the tire occured and we could hear the leaking air. We barely got to this Tire Kingdom without incident. Dave was able to help us and get our tire completely replaced. It was 1/2 hour before closing time and he stayed late along with the guys in the repair area to get this fixed up and get us on our way. He could have said no but instead, he was very helpful and a real blessing. Thank you, Dave. I hope your boss and the Tore Kingdom big bosses see this because they need people like you. Patient, all about customer service and also a funny and super nice guy. Thank you!!

I had two flats and only one spare. Tire kingdom was the only shop open for the next 35 minutes. I explained the situation, and they looked at my tires. They agreed to stay open late to assist. I rated with four stars instead of five because there was only one tire option for my truck in stock. The staff were very awesome!!!!While waiting on my truck, someone else showed up at 7:07 and the staff agreed to help them too! Great customer service!!!! Ok, I think I have to give them 5 stars now!!!!

The nicest people and best experience Ive ever had with any tire service. I noticed something funky with my tire pressure on my drive up to visit family 2 hours from home. They stayed late to make sure that I was able to return home that same night even though they were extremely busy. Wasnt able to thank Patricio Arriagada in person but he was a saint! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went in for alignment and about a mile from the shop my car starts to making cracking noises from the front suspension and the wheel becomes misaligned. I go back to the shop and they do another alignment and they tell me that the cracking noise means that i need new struts and lower control arms and its going to cost $1800. I say no and go over to a local shop, Mid Coast Tire on US1, and they told me that one of the bolts that holds the lower control arm was missing and that bolt is one of the ones that is adjusted during an alignment. Mid Coast Tire fixed my issue for $180 with an alignment.Tire Kingdom was trying to rip me off. Thank goodness nothing happened and the suspension didnt fail. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE.

We managed to get to Tire Kingdom as they opened, and we explained to the staff what our situation was, and they immediately took a look at the tire. They got us in and out in 15 minutes. I cant express how grateful we were for the great service and the friendliness of the staff. They were understanding and compassionate towards the situation and immediately helped us out.

DISAPPOINTED WITH DECEPTIVE CHARGES AND UNAUTHORISED WORK.6 CUSTOMERS LOST OVER A SIMPLE BATTERY REPLACEMENT.Point 1:**A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TOLD BEFOREHAND IF UNUSUALLY EXPENSIVE PARTS WILL BE USED INSTEAD OF STANDARD PRICED ITEMS.Point 2:**NO EXTRA WORK SHOULD BE DONE WITHOUT ASKING THE CUSTOMER FOR PERMISSION, AND GIVING AN ESTIMATE OF THE COST.It was just supposed to be a simple battery replacement on a Kia Soul.I would strongly recommend you avoid Tire Kingdom. Save your time, money, and stress, and go somewhere else. 6 people, 2 who are retired mechanics, said I was cheated and got deceptive and poor service.I recently brought my Kia Soul to Tire Kingdom for a battery replacement. Their website said they were having a sale on batteries. I got the opposite!It was the evening when I brought my car in. I was told that they had no batteries compatible with my vehicle, which surprised me, but I was told they could get one by the next morning, and would call me then.I was called at 8:33 AM, and Tired Kingdom had put in a $185 battery, which they said was difficult for the mechanics, so the labor was $66 more. Even though my voltage meter had lead me to see that the battery was the only problem, I was told Tire Kingdom decided to do a thorough inspection of my electrical system. That added more to my bill. It was running past $250 for a battery replacement!After talking to an independent mechanic, and checking battery prices at various stores, I could not understand where the manager acquired such an expensive battery, nor why the manager thought I would want a battery so expensive. He should have asked me first.Local stores sold compatible batteries for up to $137, at the most. The manager said the $185 battery was from a local store, but would not say where, nor why he installed such an expensive battery. He also didnt explain why he didnt ask me if I wanted the extensive electrical test, which found nothing new.He would admit no wrong doing.Finally, he offered to install a regular priced battery, but this time, it would take an entire week to get it, and I would have to leave my car at Tire Kingdom for a week. Wow, what a deal!Obviously, he could have gotten a battery from Autozone or another local store, but I can only guess he assumed waiting a week would be unacceptable and wed give up. They wanted almost $600 for two tires and an alignment. I imagine the owner is a wealthy obnoxious tool and somebody I do not respect. You charge more than the dealership, and at least there I have a certified technician working on my vehicle - not some hungover kid that watched YouTube videos as training.

Worst service I have had at a tire store. First try- Gave them exact tire size and was quoted a price by phone, made appointment only to hear The guy you spoke to put in the wrong size. OK, rookie mistake maybe. Left frustrated but thought Id try them one more time because of buy 3 get 1 sale. I sent my wife with their ad and exact tires I wanted ($142ea and qualified for the sale). Instead of $428 plus install and fees (about $600) she was given a $985 quote! Horrible.

Horrible place to go, had my tires balanced and did a tire rotation due to slight vibration, after they did the job vibration got even worst in addition my tire pressure light came up coz they forgot to put the sensor back, I called them back asking wth there’s still a vibration? They started telling me all different kind of stuff which could cause vibration and the balance has been done by “professional”🤦🏻‍♂️ So I took my car back to them, they checked it and came up to me saying you’ve got a cheap Chinese tires-bad(actually they’re “Landgolden” literally brand new Thailand-made tires)after I said that they’re new and then they start to blame the suspension. I took it to another mechanic who fixed everything in less than an hour without blaming car! Will never go back and wouldn’t advice this place! Btw they also messed up brake light sensors, they weren’t not working and I got pulled over.

Horrible! Went In for an oil change and they managed to strip my plug then tell me I needed a new oil pan for $300 dollars and it was the person that changed my oil last times fault. I was also getting my window washer filled that was not done I called coustomer service and was told I could bring it back in, are you serious? I really don’t want them to brake my window washer too!

I took my car in to have the alignment CHECKED. I took the car in at 10:30 and was told I could either wait for them to put it on the lift or I could wait for a call. I told them to let me know what the results were and we could go from there. I informed the good folks at TK that I had an appointment at 4 so I would need the car back by 3:15-3:30 at the latest. No problem, I would be getting a call very shortly. Or not. Around 2:15 I called to see what they found regarding the alignment. Youre next in line to go on the lift. Well give you a call in the next 45 minutes. Okay, but now were getting close on time. At 3:15 I walked over to the shop only to see my car sitting in the very same spot I left it. I was told that they were just about to put it on the lift. Unfortunately, I didnt have time for them to start the work now. After having my car for 4 hours, they couldnt even get it into the garage to look at it. I understand that things get backed up, but thats why telephones are great. If youre not going to get it done in time, let the customer know. Especially if you have agreed on a reasonable time frame with which to complete the work. Horrible customer service and bad business in general.

While the prices here arent too terrible, they trend to forget to notify you when your car is done being worked on. I just sat in the waiting room for a long time until I finally came out and asked them, finding out it had been finished for over a half hour. That has happened twice.Also, they suddenly decided to stop doing oil changes for MINI Coopers altogether! They dont carry the type of oil filter needed for a MINI, and they wont let you bring one in for them to use.Dumb!

Terrible experience all I needed was a tire patch but I guess ended up needing a new tire which was OK..Drop the tire off at approximately 2 o’clock then was told I would receive a call when They was finished but when I hit 445 I never received a call I went down there to check on my tire.When I got there tires done and I asked why never received a call and basically said they forgot and when I was checking out the price was a little more than I thought so I check the receipt and they were charging me for a lot of things that were never done.They charge you for balance they charge me for mounting the tire which they never did they charge me for road hazard which I agreed to not pay but they still had it on anyways.Terrible terrible service will not be going back ever to another tire Kingdom

A while back i had my oil changed in vero beach and found my drive full of oil upon investigation with DAVE STALLINGS WE FOUND A FILTER O-RIND WAS MISPLACED AND DAVES EXPERTISE FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. THANK YOU! These guys saved Memorial Day and renewed my faith in humanity. I had an oil change done on Friday May 27th at a Chevy Dealership in Greenacres, FL. I went on a road trip for the weekend and was returning home yesterday. I stopped in Vero and noticed smoke coming from my engine. It turns out that the seal to my oil filter was not threaded properly and in turn all the oil leaked out. I was able to get my car to this Tire Kingdom location and they found the problem, fixed it and got me back on the road. THANK YOU, THANK YOU...LIFE SAVERS!!

My first experience with that Tire Kingdom was an absolute failure. I had just moved to Vero Beach from Broward County. Came up to have my oil changed. No Granite my truck had always been serviced at Tire Kingdom down in Broward County never ever had an issue. I bring it up here for my first introductory visit, and the guy tells me that my oil cap screw is stripped. Knowing thats not the case because the last time it was service was that the Tire Kingdom in Pembroke Pines and they would have alerted me. I was told while I sat there that the guys had to pull my pan off and replace it because they couldnt get the stripped oil bolt off. Not asking me prior to doing it just went ahead and did it. I asked for the original oil pan back knowing that I can tap the screw if I needed to and have it in reserve. I was told that it had been thrown in the garbage ready. So why dont you go into the garbage and get it out?. The following day Im driving through South Vero and I get pulled over by a police officer who tells me my tail lights are out. I go to the back of the truck and immediately notice these arent my tail lights. I pulled into an AutoZone and started taking my tail lights off two fine the inner housings are from a 2002 Dodge Ram. The bulbs inside and the housings were all burnt out. One of the bulbs had a piece of paper jammed into it to hold the bulb in place. I had come back and complained about it but the manager at the time said that I could not prove it. This was around June of 2013. Ive written letters to Tire Kingdom corporate with no reply. So Im pretty sure that my oil pan from my truck and my tail lights were stolen and replaced by used items off of someone elses truck. I do have a video of me changing out the bulbs and I will post it on my YouTube channel. DCIJAMS

I bought a set of 4 tires for my car last January.There happened to be a promotion about a rebate (around $87) at the time, so I sent in their required paperwork & receipt. Weeks and weeks later they said I did not send them a receipt (which I know I did). So I sent in a 2nd copy of my receipt - that was late February or early March or so. They told me in May that they mailed out a rebate (gift card) however I never received it in the mail. They then told me they would mail out a replacement. This 2nd rebate/gift card was mailed out on July 13th - I spoke to the lady on the phone and she told me it will take 30 days for me to get it. Huh???? This does not make any sense to me.The US Post Office is not that slow.So it is now almost August and I am still waiting to receive this rebate.I want to mention that the actual tire install & everything else was done well.But this Tire Kingdom (mythical?) rebate has soured the whole experience.And therefore I am writing this negative review.The next time I need tires for my car I will not be going to Tire Kingdom.

Incompetent and inexperienced people had to take my car to Firestone just 2mins away. Firestone was very helpful i recommend you take your vehicle there.

Asked the to clerk to checkall the tires and was told they were in good condition. (these tires are relativelynew purchased from Lexus. Next day had a flat and had tohave road service. The repair man said patch was not done properly.Should have gone back to Lexus.Terrible service and could have caused a accident

After waiting for the 3 hours they told me that it would take another 2 & 1/2 hours for the alignment, but they close at 7 so I would have to come back the following day to pickup my car, so I needed to get a ride back to our hotel. Told them no & took my car.Called corporate the next day & they sent us to another location 15 miles away, but we had to get there within the hour. So corporate didnt give us any type of discount for the inconvenience. Not very professional.Dont plan to use them again.Had booked my original appointment over 24 hours on advance. Scheduled for 3 p.m. and my car wasnt even taking in the shop until 5 p.m. the manager jumped all over the employee that took my car in, the employee tried telling him that I had booked my original appointment over the phone the day before at 10a.m. The manager blew us off & left for the day at 5 p.m.Do not recommend very unprofessional & rude.

Tires according to their website were supposed to be in stock, they were not. The techs apparently dont check the air pressure as all 4 of the new tires have different pressures and all but one are over inflated! It nearly 3 hours to put 4 tires on and do an alignment.

They said that I would need to replace it, which I knew was necessary, and did not say I needed any other new tires. Then when I was checking out the guy (I think his name was patrick...) kept trying to get me to buy the upgraded yearly warranty even though I just wanted to basic package which he kept going past like it did not exist. Then as soon as I get my car with the new tire it made a womp womp womp sound that it did not make before this new tire. So I wait a couple weeks to see if it will go away and I take it in to get rebalanced (since I paid to be able to get it rebalanced for a whole year). Then they(patrick again) said I will need a new front axel and that I needed all of the other tires replaced and something else for like $1,500 total. Im like why did you tell me this when I first took the car in only two weeks ago?! Then I take my car to a second opinion at EPR on US 1 (which is awesome) and said that tire kingdom messed up when they were changing my oil so they have to re do it all and they quoted me way less than TK for the front axel. Basically Tire Kingdom sucks and I will never go there again. I feel sorry for the other guy that works at the front desk because he was always nice to me and has to take everyone yelling at him all day.

I bring in my work vehicle about once a month for oil changes....I drive a lot for work. These guys are tops.
