First time there. I went there because my guy doesnt work on transmissions. Bob took my car out for a ride and check it . Told me nothing needed to be done. That it was within the limits. Thank you. He could of told me yes and the job would of been expensive. Bob was honest with me and I like this. I would go back if I had another problem with the transmission. Thank you again Bob.

Was treated more then fairly. They spent more time trying to find a Phantom problem n only charged for one hour.

Ive been going to Bobbys for 20 years. You cant find a better place to have your car repaired. They are always willing to help in any way they can. They take the time to explain what needs to be done. And they dont talk down to you like some places do, especially if youre a woman. They are great.

The biggest details I look for when searching for a repair professional is honesty and quality. That is important to me. I always feel comfortable with them and their service is of the highest quality. The people who work there are very knowledgeable in their field. If I don’t know what’s wrong with my vehicle they take the time to find out, tell me what is wrong and then fix it. What else can you ask for? I also like that if they see something, other than what you are there for, they will advise you of the service needed now or at least be aware of it in the future. They are never pushy. If it’s serious they will explain the reasons in a way I can understand. I’d recommend them over and over.

My truck broke down, which was an easy fix for me, however the tow truck busted my brake line. I went to Bobby’s for help, they couldn’t have been better. My estimate was more then reasonable, and told me to give him a day. I dropped it off at 230 in the afternoon, by 4 they called and said it was fixed and ready to go. Great place and highly recommend!

Great customer service! The receptionist is very nice and quick to help. I get wonderful service every time I stop in there. This passed time I got my oil changed here also, $20 cheaper for me than anywhere else I’ve been! I was shocked! Never going anywhere else again. Even if you live beachside Bobbys is worth the drive out west. 10/10

The people at Bobby’s are amazing! I am from out of state and my car broke down. The tow truck driver suggested I take it to Bobby’s so, although I was skeptical, not being from the area, that’s what I did. Given the circumstances, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bill and the rest of the folks at Bobby’s made my nightmare experience manageable and easy. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in Vero Beach needing work done on their vehicle. They are so friendly and great to work with.

They do good mechanical work but felt i was over charged on labor. Paid for two hours labor ($75/hour) to install a $20 relay switch and remove some leaves from behind cabin air filter....

Very disappointed. Have trusted them for years and recently (on two occasions) had unnecessary parts replaced. Keep your eyes open and ask for your old parts back to make sure they need to be replaced.
