Service was great. They did a very thorough job. Unfortunately the communication was not so good. It took 4days to get a part. Luckily I have a second vehicle. If I knew it was going to take that long, I would have brought the vehicle back instead of leaving it. I already discussed this with the service rep and one other person from Dyer. I guess time will tell if the communication will improve. Being new to the area and the high service I received from my previous dealership, ill probably give them another chance. Hopefully it will improve, if not Ill look for another dealership. We do have choices.
