Honest about pricing, work was done ahead of schedule(parts came early) and the work completed has performed as expected. The fact I had my car a day earlier than originally expected was great! Although Im sure that doesnt happen all the time. Recommend to anyone in Indian River County.

Mazzarellas is the absolute best place to take your vehicle. They are knowledgeable, timely, and dependable. What I also find very comforting is how honest they are, which is a very rare trait in this industry. I just recently had them put a lift on my truck and I couldnt be happier with the entire experience!

We paid to have our truck towed there after talking to them to see if they could fix it and they said yes to bring it in, only to get a call two days later saying they no longer wanted to work on it, that wasnt something he was interested in doing right now. So I had to pay to tow it back home again. What kind of mechanic does that?

I really wanted to like this place, but I had taken 3 cars of mine there and the problems never seem to be fixed, but they keep charging me for things they do that does not fix the issue. I recently took in a 94 bronco with 57k original miles there for repair. The bronco has a vibration and clunking sound when going from stop to driving that I was told was rotors and something else initially so I paid over $400 and even seen I stated while driving not braking on my shop file. Problem continued so I took it back and was told I needed a tune up after driving it with the owner who is a master mechanic I was told. Well over $500 this time and vibration is still there and a clunking when taking off is the same, even after I told them initially I thought it was the rear end, . Now Im almost $1000 out my pocket on a 94 bronco with no fix. I think if a mechanic tells you its something and its not you shouldnt be charged hundreds of dollars in labor. I truly just lost a $1000 without any needed repair that was done there. Time to find a different place.UPDATE: Repair cost me $95 to fix the problem. Bronco runs like new, wish I had found new place first. Funny part is I guess its a very common problem, Im just shocked a master mechanic didnt know this and was about to rebuild the rear end that was not the issue again.

As always, Mazzerellas is the only place to take your vehicle for repairs. Everyone there is so kind, efficient, fair, honest and informative about any questions you might have. i was in and out in a little over an hour, with an issue that could have become more costly and damaging had i ignored or procrastinated about the little light on the dashboard. It came on yesterday afternoon...less than 24 hrs later, problem solved. The entire crew is awesome, and i receive a major blessing every time i have been there. Highly recommended! Not trying to disparage all the other hardworking mechanics and auto repair shops in town...in my humble opinion, when you find the place where everything from top to bottom, a to z far exceeds any and every expectation, you need look no further. Chris took the time to go over every part of the lift I had installed. He takes the time to make sure you get exactly what your looking for. We went over everything thing from the color of the boots on the shocks to rim design, to offset and size of rims and tires. You will get exactly what your looking for. My truck looks AWESOME and rides smooth. My truck looks better than what I had pictured in my head. Chris and his staff are amazing.

I just bought a car from them about 30 days ago. I’d be lying if I said I was satisfied with my purchase from Mazzarellas. Within the first week my battery died and needed a new one. They fixed the battery for free. The following week the alternator went bad. They made me pay for it. When I purchased the car, they were supposed to order a part and never did. When I reminded them, they never responded. I’ve lost my trust.

I dont have good credit, and they worked hard to get me the financing I needed to get the truck that I wanted. He worked hard for it, and explained in detail the reasons. very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I owe the family at mazerrelas an apology for my previous review back in August when I had a water pump put in a 2001 VW Passat. Best price as I said in my review. They took the liberty of putting the thermostat and timing belt in for no additional charge, Also informed me my radiator was going which was not alarming to me as I inspected most of the car myself and thought that it was just standard mechanics manipulation as I used to work in a shop myself but it’s been three months and just as they predicted the radiator Is going to need to be replaced. Great prices excellent service! Very experienced mechanics! Merry Christmas!

Had the truck less than 12 hours from purchase and the fuel pump went out. Had it towed they did replace it but then the gas gauge didnt work. The horn and cruise never worked. When I notified them within the week they would NOT repair it.

Vatland honda had my 2014 honda accord for almost a week and could not diagnose why my car wasnt starting. Mazzarellas auto had the problem diagnosed (it needed a new starter) in 15minutes and my car was fixed in 30 and ready to be picked up the same day. Great service and will be returning here for any and all of my car service needs!!!!!

$98.00 hr is not the best per hour, the book time is ok, but was Not satisfied with the work at all. I used to be a mechanic before I moved to Vero Beach. Before I took my car there I asked if they know theyre way around foreign cars and it’s apparent they don’t or they didn’t value me as a customer. I took my 2001 very Passat there to have the water pump serviced as well as the required parts and some of the materials. When when I came to pick up the car I requested to inspect the vehicle before making the payment and was denied. After I made the payment I proceeded to inspect the vehicle and noticed that it had significant hesitation when in gear and at multiple times stalled out. Also after I had the mikes towing drop off the vehicle I opened the hood and further inspected the front end etc. and noticed multiple bolts and screws missing, cracked plastic almost as if the mechanic forgot a bolt and pulled instead of making sure everything was disconnected. Also I noticed that they did NOT put the front right, and the front left directional back in properly, they didn’t put them back in at all! There currently dangling from my front end and on top of that it appears they broke the left directional or didn’t connect it properly. To add to it all I asked them questions and explained that I payed them to do the job because I can’t where I live, and I specifically paid them to take out the water pump and put the new one in correctly and re-assemble the front end the way it was when It arrived in there garage. I had a few extra parts in the back seat they took the liberty of putting in for me free of charge, thermostat and timing belt which has to come off to get the water pump out and back in and the thermostat is very easy to access. Did not go unappreciated but I payed for the job to get done correctly and it did NOT. Also I brought the issues I had to MIKES attention and he told me to fix the breaks and then they will check it out. Completely irrelevant to the issue I had with there service but ok. NO HONEST SHOPS IN VERO BEACH!!!!!!!

I completely disagree with all of the following.Reviews they lured us in with one good service. Had myvair recharged and needed to be redone 6 month . Later my cars belt came off alternator thry asked me IF I or the tow driver noticed it. Tried to sell me a 300 dollar alternator I DID NOT NEED I NOw NSEEAR BY SIFFORD
