My battery quit suddenly on a Saturday morning. Even though they were short staffed and very busy they accommodated me in a timely manner and got me running with a new battery. Their service is prompt and very courteous!

The service tech Sarah and Rick, took care of us even though we didnt buy the vehicle from them. My son vehicle broke down in Vero Beach over the weekend and got stranded and they came through for us.Not many dealership will do that.

I went in for routine maintenance. As always Vatland provided easy appointment with Sarah who was really helpful in getting me in quickly as my key battery was low and I wasnt sure how long it would last once I received the alert on my car. I was assigned to meet with Adrien upon my arrival, he was upbeat professional and I enjoyed my experience in dealing with him. Everything was explained and gone over before service. Waiting time was minimal and very comfortable in the waiting area. I appreciated all CDC covid guidelines being incorporated from beginning to end of service. Thank you Vatland Honda.

I was traveling north on the Florida Turnpike when the right rear tire on my Honda CRV came apart. Not a flat -- the tire literally split apart on the road. The AAA who changed it for me recommended I drive into Vero Beach, which I did. I could not find anyone to help me until I got to Vatland Honda. I was on my temporary spare and could not travel very far. By this time it was close to 4:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. Thank goodness Vatland was still open. Angelo greeted me and John Stearnes helped me. They both could not have been nicer or more friendly. John found me the right tire, and it was installed and I was back on the road in no more than one hour.. The total cost -- wheel + labor, + taxes -- was very reasonable. Thank you Vatland Honda -- I would recommend you to ANYONE.

I dropped my vehicle off with a scheduled appointment. I had my husband pick me up because it was going to be a couple hours of a wait. I was not happy it would take that long, but I understand it was busy. They found a LED light that was out, and replaced it under my extended warranty. My back up camera was not working. After an apparent internal issue, I had to pay over $400 to replace it, and the car is only 4 years old. The service overall was great, just another expensive visit.

As usual. When something breaks down that I can’t fix myself it always happens after normal business hours on a Friday night. Thus, a dead battery at 7 PM.I have medical conditions that make me highly vulnerable & defenseless to a COVID-19 infection. My only way to survive it is to not catch it. Therefore, when I pulled into the service entrance at Vatland Honda saturday morning, I had a note taped to my window asking the Service Advisor to call my cell phone so I could remain isolated.Lon Mowery, (the Service Manager) saw my note, called me, and asked how he could help. After explaining my situation he told me to remain in my car and had a very proficient technician ‘Patrick’ replace my battery, while communicating with me via a speakerphone, right there on the spot !To add to this completely unexpected level of service, Lon advised me my battery was under warranty and there would be NO charge. I’ll bet I was in and out within 15 minutes and remained totally isolated in my car. In fact, as I was pulling out of the reception area I realized I had never even unbuckled my safety belt.Lon Mowery and The Vatland Honda Service Team.... your life-savers !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My service took longer than expected but my service advisor Ron kept me updated on everything. I was disappointed that none of the staff at the dealership that I could see were wearing masks or using social distancing. A few of the customers wore masks but not many. That to me was disappointing.
