FILTER BY 1 STAR TO SEE THE TRUE REVIEWS FROM REAL CUSTOMERS:Horrible! Sales person came we set everything up. The initial pest control guy was suppose to come out two day’s later. He never showed. Sales guy came back and apologized and said he would be there the next day. He never showed or called. They charged me the fee anyway. Called in and told them he never came out they said yes he did. Sent them video footage from the day and time to show no one came. They the. Told me “oh he had trouble finding the home”. So I asked for a refund and to cancel service. Never got a refund. Two months later they have the nerve to send me a bill. I called and ask what was the bill for they said, “early cancellation”. How can you hit me with an early cancellation when you never performed the services? This company is a pure ripoff! Every time you call the person on the phone never have answers and always say they are going to call you back! Save your money people go with another company that will actual show up!

David Townsend was exceptional in ALL phases of his duties.If it is humanly possible, I would prefer him to service my home each and every TIME I am scheduled.Please adhere to my humble request in this specific area.

This company is a Racket as they provide poor service at a heavy out of pocket expense. Ive tried 5 different pest control companies in the last 20 years but this is hands down the worst. Dont waste your time or money.

David Townsend was my technician for today’s service. He was quick, efficient and very professional! He definitely makes me feel good for choosing their services.

Dylan did a great job. He listened to my concerns about what pests we were seeing and took a thoughtful approach to the treatment so as to not be a hazard to my dog. He thoroughly cleaned spiderwebs and treated all of our areas.

David was a an absolute joy to work with. He took his time and went through how he would do do the treatment and walked through the whole process. He was thorough and informative about everything. I would recommend this technician to come out again!

Service technician David was very thorough in completing our bimonthly spraying! He was engaging and brought some concerns to my attention. I appreciate how professional EcoSheild has been. I truly see an overall difference and better quality of a company in comparison to other competitors.

I suspended my other extermination company to give them a try because they gave me a great sales pitch - but that was all it was, just a pitch. I paid more for what I was paying for prior and they told me they would be back out again in 30-45 days which is a must per the contract to keep the ant cycle under control. They scheduled me outside of this range and I let them know via phone and emails to two people they were in breach of contract if they did not come out by a certain date. The scheduler would not agree to come out within the contracted dates, so multiple phone calls with 20-minute waits never got me speaking to a human again. I also left a message on someone’s voicemail letting them know, but no return call. Then a guy showed up anyway well outside of the 45-day limit. Not even a prior text to let me know someone was coming. This is simply not how I do business.

Brandon really went above and beyond to explain and make me feel comfortable knowing they would solve any pest issues that may bother my fur babies. Shortly after, the very same day Rick was able to come out and service my home. He was very patient and kind while letting me move my pups out of the way. He made sure to get every area of concern and was extremly efficient. They both made the process stress-free and I cant wait to continue doing business with EcoShield !

Kevin did an amazing of addressing spot in my home where we spotted insects. He cleared all Souder ends around the house and laid out bait for ants. He was very through treating areas I would never would have thought of and for insects coming into season. He was able answer all my questions and I would highly recommend his service.

I was scheduled for the second time, and the gentleman did not get out of there truck. They lied and said they sprayed. I was at home with my window blinds open and never saw them get out of their truck. I went outside to see what was going on, why they havent started called the company and they said they did service to my front yard. They were supposed to do my backyard and the inside of my house. they pulled off without saying anything. I called the company to see what was going on and they claimed they did the service which was not true. Not satisfied

SHOUT OUT to technician, ERIN! I was not entirely pleased with this company, especially their hard ball sales reps. I signed up and after a treatment had to have a follow up because the initial technician did such a poor job (spider webs and eggs still all over everything.) ERIN came out and was fabulous! She was knowledgeable, professional and has changed my mind about this company. I will always request Erin as she is most definitely the best. Thanks Erin.

I have had 2 gentleman come to my door. Both times on a Saturday. I tell them up front that we are not interested and both of them just kept on talking. They made me sorry I opened the door. Finally I told him look why waste time with me when you could move on to the next person that might say yes. Finally he left ugh. The weekend is the only time I can relax and do things I need done. Spending time at the front door on something I don’t want to do is pointless!!

I used this service for 1 year. They would show up even if I said I couldnt be there. After fulfilling the 1 year agreement, I chose to not renew the agreement. They then charged me the initial enrollment discount saying I didnt fulfill agreement. I have emailed back 4x saying that I have fulfilled the agreement dated 7/22/01. No response even though it is very easy for them to check since a copy of the agreement is on the account. They make it easy to sign up, but a pain if you choose to not extend their services.

I called to discontinue service since our 12 month contract had expired. The service was great; however, I could get pest control for a lower price locally. Shelly did not pressure but offered a reduction in our bi-monthly service fee for loyalty and military discount. The discount allowed me to continue with EcoShield. Shelly was professional and efficient and it was a pleasure doing business with her.

Courtney J was very helpful. I was little upset to find that our contract was a 2 year one instead of 1 like the salesman verbally told us but, Courtney worked with me to make the plan more budget friendly. We have been happy with the service, it’s just been hard on the budget with a new baby and reducing to a single income household. Also, the wait time when I called was pretty long but since Courtney didn’t rush me in our conversation, I’m going to assume the long wait is due to the customer service people trying to take good care of their customers!

We had David come out to our house. He was very professional and since we have small kids he took great care to inform us and ease our concerns. Would gladly seek out his services again.

Met Kurt when he came by to explain more about their services. He was really informed on the services offered and was able to answer our questions on the type of products used. Noah and Richard were great. They got to work quickly and answered any additional questions. They checked both attics to ensure there was no pest presence. I had seen exterior mice droppings and they had great solutions that would work to keep my kids and dog safe, while keeping our home pest free.

Gary calmed my wife and spray for every pest and bug known to man. He was prompt, polite, and professional.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM!!! They came to my door in July 2019, I walked them around and showed them all the ants running across the driveway, and the spiders in boathouse. They said the could definitely take care of them. I signed an agreement, they would come every other month for 24 months. After 14 months ($1,357.47 in payments) and NO PROGRESS (ants were as bad as ever) I said dont come back. They offered one service at half price and wanted to send their manager out. They gave me a window of two hours but needed me at home (I was normally not home when they did service). He showed up a half hour early (I was not home) and I could tell from the doorbell cam he was perturbed. He treated, and billed me, I still had ants. Plus, the contract said they would de-web and spray the boathouse, but when I complained about the spiders they said they cant spray by the water (its written in their contract they would spray the boathouse). So finally they understand I dont want them back, but they are harassing me for a payment of $162.38 which I assume is some kind of cancellation fee since I paid them every time they came out, even though I never got any benefit. By the way, I spent $16 for three tubes of Raid ant gel and the ant population has decreased considerably. Youve been warned.

Moved into a new home....Stew came to the door, told me about their services...cracked some jokes and was very personable. Explained the process, gave me his card and got me signed up. Alex and Max came to the house the next day...fast, friendly and efficient. They too were very personable and professional. They answered by questions and got the job done swiftly.

David T was my technician. He explained everything her was doing, asked me several times if I had questions and made sure he addressed all my concerns before leaving today. He was very pleasant and professional.

We just cancelled our contract. The sales rep and technicians I spoke with were all courteous and professional, but weve been using EcoShield for 3 months and still have the same issues with bugs in our home. Their initial inspection also failed to notice a mice infestation in our attic that will cost us several thousand dollars to fix. Customer support would also not budge on the $150 cancellation fee. The 100% Guarantee I was promised from the sales rep is very misleading as they would not refund a dime.

The sales person, Christian, was very impressive and knowledgeable. He was able to walk me around the yard and show me various issues and in-depth explanations on what different services where needed. Additionally, he was very candid about services that I didnt or most likely didnt need. Also, he was very flexible and accommodating around scheduling (payments and services). He was able to get me the initial service scheduled the same day.This afternoon, Stephan and Keeno really sealed the good first impression with their professionalism and knowledge as well. Once completed, They seemed eager to share what all they had done and asked if I had time for a walk around to make sure I was satisfied and also to share what work they had done - always impresses me when people take pride in the work they have done to that extent.Also, all three of them reiterated a number of times, if I see a bug or have any concerns to please let them know vs waiting until the next service b/c they will send a technician out right away if spot treatments are ever needed.From a first impressions perspective, I would certainly recommend these folks!

First visit today - great job Maxwell and Ram - very thorough, very professional. Its costs a little more than what I was paying with Berret pest control but worth it in EVERY WAY. Wish I would have known about Eco Shield sooner. I really like that they use organic, plant based products also, given that I have a pet and an organic garden. So glad they stopped by to share their services. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and I really like these guys!

This is a review of customer service when I called. Despite the long wait to reach someone, which Courtney acknowledged and apologized for, she was able to help me accomplish the task without hesitation and was kind and professional. Courtney clearly explained the next steps and also gave me her direct email address for future communication.

They didn’t show up on the re-scheduled day but came next day. They didn’t call me to set the schedule again so I was not able to open the yard door. My cc camera told me that one guy came next day and stayed just for one minute in front of the garage and left. It was in the mid of July and supposed to be 2th service. The first service was done in May. I still see many fire ants mounds and wasps around the house.So for total 1 and half services, they charged $240.00 plus $150.00 for the service cancellation. I regret that I didn’t choose right guys.

Scam Alert! The technician was on our property for 10 minutes (max!) and they said he treated our property as agreed. We have 2.5 acres and they were supposed to treat all of it, plus the inside and outside of our home, shop and garage. Really? All of that in 10 minutes?!? He literally did not even enter the backyard. I’ve disputed the charges and canceled the contract. Do yourself a favor and find a local, trusted company. I’ve e-mailed them, texted them and called them trying to resolve this is a private manner, but cannot get anyone on the phone who is authorized to discuss it. Such a joke.

Richard and Noah were great!We had to play musical rooms with my dog (who incidentally loves to bark at tall men, people wearing hats, or people holding brooms and long poles lol) and they were really flexible and didnt have any issues waiting. They arrived within the two hour window given as scheduled and were kind, courteous, and helpful. We just moved in and they were fine with the piles of boxes stacked everywhere and didnt have any issues navigating around them. If I remember to, Ill update this review in regards to the actual pest prevention/control side of the service, but so far the customer service has been great! We signed a long term contract with them and Im glad we did.

Alex and Max showed up right on time and was very efficient. Very friendly and even showed my dogs some love with pets. They tag teamed the house with one person in the house and one outside. No complaints.

Technicians, Kamonty and Will were very professional and friendly. They did a thorough job and explained the service they were doing. They wore face masks and were respectful of safety and cleanliness in the home. The salesperson, Brad, who sold me the service was also professional and thorough in explaining the service offered, pricing, and how their techniques work. They offer more coverage than my previous pest control company at an affordable cost. They also guarantee their work which is good because I live near the lake and bugs have been a problem.

Gary did a super job for us today! He took care of all my concerns and was so helpful to check in the attic (on an extremely hot day!) to make sure there were no problems there. Extremely pleased with his service.

When they schedule an appointment, they give a short window so you dont have to spend your entire day waiting. They are fast and efficient. Customer service is excellent. Jazmina was super helpful and friendly.

TOTAL SCAM!! Initial visit they did spray and do some service. They beck you for a good review and the guy actually used my phone and put the review in himself. Probably teach their employees to do that. Next bi-monthly appt guy came out, checked in, and just walked around the house and was gone in less than 5 minutes. No spraying. No nothing. I called the office and they said someone would come back out and no one ever came back. Now they will not answer my calls. $150 bi-monthly!!! The good reviews are probably a scam too. BEWARE!!!

Sales person knocked in our door as we recently moved in to our house. He promised wonders for the service and to get rid of mud dabbers, treat the whole yard (we have a 1 acre property), flush our vents, amongst so many other things. Showed us that the total service would cost over 400 dollars every two months but to welcome us to the area he would offer for 159 dollars every two months (this inflation of the price is a disrespect to the customer...). We came from a different state and have no idea how much those services cost in the north Texas area. Then hours later, here comes the technician with non professional grade tools, spray a few feet around our house with a small hand sprayer in the exterior, did not tackle lots of mud dabbers, did not clean all spider webs and didnt even touch our vents... For a first visit, the person didnt spend any time evaluating the property and checking details. My husband was following the work and felt very unprofessional and that anybody that watch a YouTube channel can do it. They claim they have a premium product but well, there are a lot of premium product companies out there. We are definitely NOT continuing the services with them and do not recommend as they overpromise and underdeliver. We would rather support any local professional in our area that deliver what they promise. Very frustrating and not honest service.

These people are scam artists, dont waste your time or money. First, they come to your door to sell this and will not back off even if you say no a lot of times. They scammed me into trying it.. which really meant will charge you if you try and cancel. The guy came by to spray .. i work from home and had the pleasure of watching him Spray 7ft feet of one side of my home for less than 2 mins.. then left. once i cancelled they charged me for an additional service and a cancel fee.

Gary did an excellent job today and was very thorough! He went above and beyond to make sure all the spider webs got removed from my porches and even treated some new landscaping areas we were having put in with special care. Highly recommend!

Called the current customer phone number twice and waited on hold for 20 minutes each time. Then called the new customer number and got through in less than 5 minutes. I was then transferred to another agent and was back on hold for 15 minutes. That person then had to transfer me to the cancellation office, which took another 10 minutes. Im finally speaking to someone who tells me it costs $150 plus tax to cancel the service because that was a discount that was provided to me at signing and they want to recover that cost since Im cancelling early. My sales rep told me I could cancel at any time with no penalty. When reading the service contract it doesnt say anything about paying them back for their discount. When you sign their contract you are locked in for 7 visits or you pay to break the service. In case thats not clear when the sales rep comes knocking.

Emailed them three times (3) on 3rd business day to cancel contract as per contract agreement. Reason being, the product they claim works, not by a long shot, Spiders were still present 3 days after spraying.Also called twice on same day, to no avail, on hold a total of 45 minutes and 28 seconds. Absolutely NO response from the company or talk to anyone on phone. This is NOT good business sense. My next email is going to the Better Business Bureau. Stay Away from these folks....

This may seem like a strange review, since I did not use their services. However, I can attest to the young man (Andres) who came to my house to offer their services. We had a discussion about what they did, the costs involved, how often services would be required, etc. In all of my years owning a home and getting called upon by sales people, I have never met a more polite and seemingly honest person of any age trying to offer any service. I was so impressed with this young man that I promised that if I was ever in need of a pest control service, I would call him and Id want him to perform the service. Our discussion covered repelling ants, spiders, wasps, and mice, as well as how those pests move about and the methods used which are more environmentally safe than a normal exterminator offers. I foster animals, and I cant have them getting insecticides on their paws, absorbed by them or ingested when licking their feet or coat where they may have laid down. I believe Andres cares about animals, does not want the pests to suffer, and that their products are a sane use of repelling pests. But the main reason I will go with EcoShield is because they bothered to find and train such a quality representative in the first place. It gives me hope for the future of our community that young men like Andres have the right attitude and devotion to their trade. I hope anyone who bothers to read this far will seriously consider giving them a call.

Mitch was very professional, polite, and informative of EcoShield Pest Solutions. We have had some issues with ticks/fleas/ants/spiders and for the value the service is great. At the moment of signing up, we were financially set however we ran into a bump with my fiancé going to school and financial aid later that evening. We had to call and cancel the next day. However in the future, if we ever need a pest control service or someone we know needs it, we will recommend EcoShield.

Alex and max where very nice and friendly. They explain the full service and gave good advice. I would love for them both to continue to come to my house every time that a treatment is needed to be done.

Dont waste your time talking with them. Theyll try and convince you to switch from your current pest control company with their 100% guarantee satisfaction, but the truth is they constantly re-schedule, make excuses for inspections vs technician appointments, dont honor their full coverage contract and are a total waste of time and money. Save yourself the disappointment and stick with someone local.

Matt and his assistant, Joaquin(?), were very friendly, quick and thorough. They did all of the services that are included in the initial visit and were quick because it was a team effort. I hope our regular technicians are the same. So far, Im really glad we signed up. Also, the sales guy, Taylor, was really nice and very responsive after the initial sign up took place.

Terrible customer service. We were told when we signed up that the second visit to spray for the flea eggs would be included on the charge for the first visit, but they charged our card after the spray for eggs.We have tried to contact them for two days straight now and they have not responded to any emails or calls. When we call and choose the option of where we are a new customer wanting to sign up, they immediately answer. Then when we ask to talk to customer service, no one picks up.Some of the emails we have sent messages to have all come back saying undeliverable. This is downright terrible customer service.

Service was always great and beneficial. The staff I are professional but I have to give a shout out to Azalea! TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I called to let them know about my situation I spoke with Ashley P. and she was amazing! So polite and kind! She was able to answer all of my questions and take care of my account for me! I wanted to give a positive review for them even though I wasn’t able to stay as a customer they did go above and beyond to take care of me as a customer and understood my situation! I find it extremely disheartening when the representatives of your company have no integrity or moral work ethics and you still back them. Your representative lied to us, not that being senior citizens living on a fixed income should change anything, however, for us it does. We cancelled our with this company because they did not fulfill their part, we still had ants and now they are trying to charge us an additional $162 for breaking a contract that their rep said there would be no charge, we could opt out at any time. That was the selling point, we bought it hook, line and sinker and how unfortunate that we have to pay for his lack of integrity.

Great experience with super-friendly Max and Moses! They showed up on time and clearly explained each provided service along with what to expect between now and the next treatment. The treatment was very thorough and speedy.

Ross and Alex were on time and super nice! Great workers and got the job done fast! Definitely recommend them!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY OPENLY LIE AND OVER CHARGE YOU. I am beyond disgusted with Omni Pest control, they are deceitful, and are non responsive. I had an outdoor sales man come to my door, offering services. This young man assured me that the amount for the services, which he said was a special offer would be 50.00 a month. This company has been stealing from me, by over charging me 108.00 per visit. I had the sales man clarify and confirm the package and he did multiple times. The man that came to my house to spray this week, did in fact confirm that there is a monthly special of 50.00 per visit in my area and assured that he would get it corrected and that a credit would be provided. Well, no one has called me, there was no credit and i was over charged yet again. I was finally able to get a live person by the name of Madison who confirmed that this is an ongoing issue with their sales representatives!!!!!!!!!!! They lie to sign people up. I am livid with the voicemail that Chris the manager just left me, he insinuated that i misunderstood and probably didnt understand the agreement! The audacity of this company to place blame on a customer for the deceitful practices of their own employees. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and will continue to file complaints until my account is corrected.
