I have now been to this Wax Salon twice. And each time the wax technician was a different person. Both of the ladies were magnificent! They were very kind and genuine and making sure that I was okay. This Salon is very clean. The receptionist is nice as well. I would definitely recommend this wax Salon to anyone and everyone!

Went in today for my very first Brazilian wax. I was set up with Ally and omg I loved her. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole process! Having a stranger rip at such sensitive parts seemed so easy with her. She did a great job with everything from welcoming me, application, and removal to giving me all the information I needed for aftercare. So glad I went in today!

Only place I get waxed, best spot in town! I have eczema and Im a baby when it comes to waxing 😫 America does such a great job and is so patient! She offers advice on how to take care of my skin and get the most out of every wax 👌🏽 The place also offers a package deal that saves me money 💰 Ive become a regular and definitely recommend this location 💕

My wax experience was different....the tech waxed in big patches it was a little more painful than my usual waxes that I normally get.....I kinda feel like it was just a way for her to wax faster but I wouldnt recommend that 🙄 I go again just with a different person 🤷🏽‍♀️

Great place! I purchase a package which makes it very affordable. I have never had an issue with getting in when I want to schedule or even walking in. The wax they use is less painful and leaves less redness than most salons.

This was my first time getting a wax, let alone a Brazilian. Ashley definitely hooked me up! I was of course super nervous going into it and she made me feel really comfortable right off the bat with her friendliness. She explained everything as she was doing it and really coached me through the pain. Not only that but the place was super clean. It was an all around great experience and I’ll definitely be requesting her next time!

First time here and the receptionist asked for my i.d lol came to get my eyebrows waxed not buy some vodka, on the other hand the lady that waxed my eyebrows did a great job!

Incredibly impressed! Went for a Brazilian today and it was the best Brazilian experience I have ever had! I have typically gotten my Brazilians done with wax and strips but here they use hard wax (wax is applied, it hardens and they pull the wax off). I have to say, this is the most pain free Brazilian experience I have ever had. And also done very professional and timely and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service!! My appoint was as 6:45 and they were running a little late.. The gentleman at the front desk (wish I would have gotten his name) went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Easy five stars!

The pricing is very reasonable and they are flexible with same day scheduling. However, my favorite gal who used to do my brows left and I feel that everyone else spends about 7-8 minutes with me and is not thorough. I leave feeling like I need to tweeze at home and one week later am ready for another wax. Just waiting until my package is over and I will find another place to do my brows!

I have been a long time customer of urban wax. I originally whent to there Arcadia location, now that this location is open Im regularly seeing Lex and she is great! Definitely a great establishment and I recommend trying them.

They are the best!! Love going and there is always a friendly face saying hello when I walk in.

Today I was able to go in as walk in and I was waxed immediately however I am not happy with my Brazilian wax job, there were patches of hair left in the bikini area and on my lips, she did not get everything; a few strays okay but not patches. I had to go over the job with a razor:(. The consultant was very nice and I would give her a 5 but the wax was mediocre. They use to offer a free pantry after every wax, not sure if they still do. Not sure I will return.

I usually go to the Urban Wax in Acadia, which I love. This time I decided to go to the Central Phoenix location because its closer to my house. The staff was nice and friendly. The woman who did my bikini and eyebrows was very good about any pain I experienced.However, after I left I noticed I had a bunch of stray hairs in my bikini zone, and upon further inspection, found that most of the hair had just been ripped, so I had a ton of stubble. There were areas on my bikini line that show in a swimsuit that did not even seem to be touched. And even with all the aftercare Ive been doing, I have a bunch or irritated bumps and obvious ingrown hairs starting to form.My eyebrows were stinging for two days. The skin is dry and damaged. And once again, I have hairs left over in my t-zone.I will not be returning to this location.

Got an eyebrow wax here for the first time and loved it! The woman was very sweet I cannot remember her name but she was short, beautiful curled black hair and african american she was very nice and did a great job on my eyebrows I am definitely coming back. Thank you!

This place is awesome. If its your first time getting a brow wax all you have to do is show your AZ ID and its FREE! I can believe how nice the front desk is as well. Also my brows are messed up from me not knowing how to correctly pluck, but now that Im going here in another month or so they will be perfect Kardashian style... these people know what theyre doing!

Been using this place for the past year. It has changed the way I get my eyebrows done. They have a special buy 9 get 3 free. The reason i like this so much is because i just have to call up and schedule a time. Then show up they take care of my brows and then i am on my way. I dont have to stop and pay every time allowing it to be seemless. If you havent found someone you like then check this place out!
