This was hands down the best pedicure Ive had so far in Valdosta. Ive tried about 5 shops in the area and I LOVE this one. I would even go so far as to say that this was the best pedicure Ive had in years. I was a walk in and was able to get serviced right away.. The polish job is perfect and the price is very reasonable. The space was spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly. I wont be going anywhere else.

Very bad customer service. I got gel polish on my natural nails and the next day they were lifting and some polish actually came off completely . Called to inform them because usually my gel polish last about 2 weeks. But when I get to this nail salon they didn’t do anything about the lifted polish but only tried to redo the polish that actually came off (so basically I would’ve left the salon with half of my nails still lifted). This was my first time receiving service from this salon and I will make sure I never come here again. Waste of money!!!

Their nail stations and the salon is very dirty. I got a Mani & Pedi but I felt like my hands and feet had not not been touched. The polish job was sloppy, and the customer service - she seemed to be upset or just not happy and thats what came across to me. Like I was wasting her time. I wasted my money.

Very clean salon, staff is friendly, and hot towels after you wash your hands! I will definitely return, price is fair for the service you get. I paid 40 for French with coffin shape nails.

Took their time. Pedicures are great ! Very nice people. Prices are cheap and they offer military discount. And give you your tools after they’re done so you know they don’t reuse them it’s all brand new

My favorites nail place

Today 8/23/19 My sister and I went to this place for a pedicure, well the nuail tech insisted on gel nail polish. Little did we know the cost is $45. This place is the WORST, we were not told the price would be more. Ill never go in this place EVER the polish doesnt look any better. I hope that $45 will feed them the rest of their miserable Lives cause Ill never step foot inside there Again!!! For who ever go their beware they are Snakes!!!! I Understand why they were Slow on a Friday.They have Ripped off so many Customers. Just to be clear a pedicure 6weeks ago was $23.

Horrible nail tech.. got my nails done 4 days ago and already need to go get them refilled in bc the tech either wanted that to happen so they would get more money by my coming back in (which won’t happen) or he just didn’t care about it. My nails are already starting to crack as well.. I told him he messed up on half my nails and all he said was he would go back and fix it, which he didn’t all he didn’t was cake clear gel polish in the gaps between the acrylic and my skin!!!

Horrible service! The manager is rude and disrespectful, I’d been coming here for 2 months and I’ve never had mood coloring polish on my nails. Her nail polish is in a box with regular polish and gel DND Daisy box I always get the same color. This time the pink color I got turned peach, as I asked her to see my nails she yelled across her salon and asked me to wait my turn. I simply asked if she can see them. As she assigned a nail tech to do my nails, the older man on the left side first table mumbled something and got up saying manager and walked out. The worst experience I’ve ever encountered. The manager said it’s mood changing polish she orders in bulk. So FYI all polish in DND Daisy is mood changing polish! Terrible customer services!!!

I have been here many times before but yesterday, i went to get my nails done for my prom. The man who did my toes was very sloppy with the paint (I was getting French tips) and my toe nails were cut all jagged. He didnt wear gloves until another employee asked him to put some on and he was very irritable. When he did my fingers he did not asked me how i liked my gel and how much white i wanted and by the time i was done they were crooked. When I talked to the owner about my nails, she said that they were already like that and there was nothing she could do. Today when I looked at my toes, they were already chipping and cracked. The man who did my nails has done them before and those were also unsatisfactory. I will not be going here anymore.

My daughter and I both got our nails and eye brows done. Her nails broke within the first week and polish came off. I have gel nails and the quality of my fill in was very poor. We will not return

The staff was great but the only thing I didnt like was she trimmed my toe without asking and it was too late to say dont trim them. Overall everything was fine

In the 10+ years Ive been getting manicures and pedicures this has to be the absolute worse nail salon to go to.. they dont even deserve a 1 star. My designs started fading away after 4 days, my polish is basically off of all my nails.. I recommend nails by Chris to any one in the Valdosta area.. or just any nail salon except these people Ive went 4 weeks with polish still on the nails at other nail salons, needing a fill in and all.. save your money people

My nails look like a child has done them, there is gel polish stuck on my fingertip because it was never taken off. The nail polish isnt even on the entire way. My nails are a hack job. I paid an extra $15 for design which is like a ghetto tiger stripe. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Their prices are higher than anyone elses and for no reason.Also, a little boy was running around screaming the entire time. Which at one point, bumped into the man trying to pain my toe nails. I get bringing out child to work.. but come on..
