It was a long wait but Im so happy with my nails. They did such a great job. Ive been to most places in Fontana and honestly this is the best place. I love how they make sure you want gel polish. So you dont get surprise on the price.

I’ve been coming here for a while and Heidi is hands down amazing, she is so detailed and patient. She takes feedback well and she’s personal my favorite nail tech to go to for dip power manicure.

Friendly service but the nail techs should practice their application techniques more. My powder acrylic came out uneven, you can see the different strokes of acrylic & my friends nail were done so thin they broke in less than a week. Pretty good pedis though.

My nails were in bad shape, really needed some TLC. This was my first time at the salon. I left feeling wonderful because My feel looked great

I made an appointment to have my nails done with Diana and she did a horrible job. I asked for coffin shaped French tip. The nails turned out bubbly and the white tips look very messy. I definitely don’t think the nails were worth $65 dollars. I had to wait about 30 minutes even with an appointment and on top of that the technician was complaining the whole time saying she was tired.

I tried them for the first time and I love my nails! They use very quality products and it shows in the results!! They are very professional and listen to your needs! They don’t pack people and you have to have an appointment! And it’s worth it! You get what you pay for!!! I have an appointment for my eyelash extensions and I’ll come back on here and let you know how those go!!💯

Tina did an amazing job on my nails! They look even better than my wedding nails looked last year!!! I have psoriasis on my hands which make me extremely self conscious because I dont want to gross out the technician, but Tina didnt even look at my hands weird... she treated with like I was any other customer and I really appreciated that. Ill definitely be returning. Plus, Yen did my mother in laws pedicure and she LOVED IT, she was so relaxed she started falling asleep lol! Im planning to go back in a week or so to have my toes done. And their prices are not terrible consideringthe qualityof work...I didnt mind spending the $55 for my full set of acrylics with gel because they came out PERFECT. Cant wait to go back!!!

Very respectful place but I dont like how my nails turned out. They didnt clean my cuticles and a part of nails are still seen under the the acrylic. I would give five but like I said it could be better.

Found this place on google. Didn’t want to judge based on all bad reviews. After my experience how my daughter and I where treated will not be coming back. I did not get the tech name that removed my gel polish. She left the acetone so long it cracked my skin. After I told her my concern she just tossed my hand and told me to go wash my hands. On top of the bad customer service she started talking about me. Everyone was just starring at me and the other technician when out of there way to just stare at me and continue to talk about me.Bill the technician that was doing my daughter nails... was doing a wonderful job on my daughters nails, until the rude tech came and told him his appointment was there he just started rushing her nails. We paid for the ombré powder. The nails are faided out blue from the top because he did not finish them correctly. After rushing thru them he felt bad about how the whole thing turn out.... instead of charging 45 for the ombré and fill he charge 35. They did not charge me for removing the gel polish.Place is located in shopping center south east of foothill and citrus.Parking is available but limited.Sad to say we will not be coming back here.

Diane is great. She did my extra long full set so well with a nice curve and C shape. She took her time to shape them beautifully.

Lashes no good sloppy job.

They do a good job however they only operate making an appointment so little inconvenient if youre trying to just walk in to get anything done.

I went here for the 1st time yesterday. I had dip powder on my natural nails and I am very picky. They have lots and lots of colors to choose from ! Kelly did a great job and she was friendly! Added bonus they are open 7 days a week and they have very reasonable prices! This id definitely my new nail place!

I got the works and I enjoyed my experience. The Lady let me know up front that it was cash only. I dont receive their text message reminders so it was nice she informed me before starting. I didnt like how she charged me 3 dollars extra to take off my gel when I was getting gel put back on. I never had to pay the extra 3 dollars before. That was my only issue.

Do not come here to get your lashes. Im not sure if they use super glue or what. I am so grateful to Mayra from Proverbs 31 Hair & Eyelash Studio. It took her nearly 2 hours to get these lashes off of me. They directly glued the lashes on my eyelids. It hurt every time I blinked because my natural lash was sticking towards my eyeball. Just take my word for it. Dont come here for lashes

Worst gel pedicure I have ever gotten done the guy didn’t put polish on my entire nail then when I asked him to fix it he added more coats and made my nails way to thick and ugly!!!!!!

This place was absolutely terrible. Had to go here because my usual spot was closed. Nail polish chipped 1 day after and the manicurist handled me so poorly. Couldn’t do a basic design and she threw my hands around and was very rude. Terrible job and I already need to get my nails fixed.

0 Stars! Totally learned my lesson and never Again!My usual lash tech was out of town and I needed a last minute eyelash extensions removal. All studios in my area require an appointment a week in advance.Didn’t want to judge a book by its cover and thought hey this place is only 15 min away. When I called ahead to see if they could provide service they said ONLY $10 to come in, which I thought hey that’s pretty cheap considering I pay my tech 25 to get extensions removed. WRONG I got what I paid 4 I guess😑 Once I came in to the shop the lady rushed me into a back room taped my eyes and started putting the removal cream/gel on my eyelashes told me to wait 10 min.... Came back in and started to scrub my eyes so rough I was surprised she was handling the brush so aggressive I explained I have sensitive eyes she huffed and I heard her walk out she came back in a minute or two later and blopped more product on my eyes and this time she lifted my eyelid, to the point where the solution got into my eye I winced in pain and she said “Oh It Burns?” Like really lady! Then I hear little snipping & the smell of baby oil she was repetitively scrubbing the part where she got it in my eye!!! Right before I asked her to stop she said she had One Lash to go! I’ve had eyelash extensions for the past year on and off and never have I experienced eyelash damage!! Until now of course🤬 My natural lashes are total stubs not to mention I had an allergic reaction on not one but both of my eyes causing my eyelids to swell and to get hives on my belly!!! My doctor explained it could be from the glue remover containing harsh chemicals! Totally explains my lashes looking sizzled off! Definitely would never go again!

She kept pulling my hands she had me done in like 30 minutes she was really in a rush and it’s not the first time this has happened here. Never coming back! Save your money and go anywhere else. I walked out and didn’t tip her somehow I’m so nice that I felt bad about it even if she treated me so bad. Worst feeling is spending your money on some horrible nails. Badly shaped nails!

Let me start off by saying their nail services are very well done. This review is explicitly for the eyelash perm. The person who originally did this no longer works here. The owner now takes care of the eyelash perm service; she curled mine 3 times in one day, burnt them out and still charged full price! Go for the nails/pedicure, dont stay for the eyelash perms.

My daughter and I got a pedicure and it was very nice. I got the 35$ one and it came with deep calluses remover a scrub sea salt bath hot wax. The gentleman did and amazing job he took his time made sure calluses where gone. No cuts didnt hurt. All the places I have gone always hurt me a do a half job. This guy didnt my pedicure was 45 minutes long! Me feet are so smooth my toenails look amazing. Im giving 4 stars because their massage chairs didnt work well. Didnt get a good back massage which I look forward to. Other than that its was great with the guy I went to. Every product they used was new. And opened in front of me.

Very bad Customer service! I saw the google reviews for this place and it seemed like they were good. I called and made an appointment for a gel manicure. The prices are higher than other places but I was willing to pay the difference for better service and better quality. I get there, they seat me down right away. The nail tech begins to take off my nail polish and then all of sudden she stops and says I need to wait 30 minutes for her to finish my nails because she is going to work on somebody elses nails that had came in after me. I was in complete shock that she just decided to do that. Obviously if you are not a regular customer there then you arent worth their time. I calmly expressed my frustration to the nail tech and to the manager and they completely ignored me. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN ! It was a very bad experience!

BAD BUSINESS!! I had an appointment at 5:30 which I arrived to on time. After I checked in on the tablet I sat down and wasnt acknowledged for 15 minutes. At 5:45 I was asked if I was there for a pedicure. My reply was no thank you Im here for lashes. Which at that time I was told it would be about 10 more minutes. I walked to the store about 200 feet away and got a bottle of water. It had been no more then 5 minutes for my walk to the liquor store and back (remember this part for later). Upon my return I was asked again by another employee if I wanted a pedicure and I told her no I had an appointment at 5:30 for lashes. Shortly thereafter I was directed to go to room #1. So now it has been 32 minutes. After I was escorted to the room I assumed an employee would be there momentarily. Not. I waited in room number one for another 15 minutes. So now its 6:15. I drove 20 minutes to get there so I guess I was holding on in hopes of being serviced at some point, Remember I had an appointment but they simply didnt care to serve me. After no one came to do my lashes I finally decided to leave. On my 20 minute drive back to where I was staying I called the shop again and told them of my disappointment. Whomever answered the phone was unapologetic but instead told me that they looked for me but I walked out which was the first time to get a bottle of water. Remember I was told it would be another 10 minutes. She told me the got started doing nails for someone else who just walked in. BAD BUSINESS!! You dont take/make an appointment and tell me to be there at 5:30 and have me wait 45 minutes and drive 20 minutes and show up on time to be treated so disrespectfully. BAD BUSINESS!! Dont treat customers badly, dont make them wait 45 plus minutes to never receive their reserved service. JUST DONT!!

I like Lily and this nail salon but its a hit or miss. Today I had a new pedicure tech (Tim), nice guy but unfortunately a bit rough. He scrubbed extra hard and it hurt but I didnt really feel it until later. I also asked him to cut the sides but just made it worse. Ill be back but will ask for someone else for sure. (Tom!)

It was nice of them to take me and my mom in with out an appointment. However, the guy that did my moms pedicure hurt her toe. I had 3 different people doing my pedicure and for what I pay for it was not worth.

I went to get my nails done with dipping powder and some skinny lady with glasses and REALLY short hair helped me. She made them look nasty, unnatural, kept messing them up and redoing them.. then the final product is bubbly and gross looking. They just lost me and 5 other customers that day

A few months back I wanted to get my nails done on my sons birthday. My time was limited so I opted for the earliest appointment. I had previously gotten the dip powder so I was coming back to get it redone. They had me dip my hands to remove the product which took about 20 minutes and the other technician assured me my nail tech would be in shortly and was running late. I waited over an hour and she was a no-show. I was very disappointed because prior to that day I never had a bad experience. It was always very quick but I havent been back since that day and based on all these negative reviews I wont be going back.

Very bad service. They are horrible at keeping track of who is next. They dont go in order. I waited an hour, they finally put me in a pedicure chair, they left me there for another hour, didnt even bother to ask me if I wanted something to drink or at least make the water warm again. Never coming here again. Dont waste your time. It is bad and there are flies everywhere.
