It was okay, maybe I should of been more specific.. I told them I needed car to be safe.. Going thru treatments, but when I did get to drive my car on hiway!!! My car pulls,feels like it needs to aligned.. I feel like I was some old lady who wouldnt know any better.but if U rotate my tires,I would think front end alignment.. It wont go back there...my stop on a dime brakes now maybe itll stop on a quarter probaly a whole dollar feels like.. My car is my legs & I know my body(babies)..

The place itself is fine. Third time bringing in truck for (DEATH WOBBLE.) Still not fixed. Its FORD Im upset with not the place. Ford will not admit its their issue. Now have 60 thousand dollar truck we are scared to use. Also have no money to buy another so cant go pulling a travel trailer for work. Also have to pay for all the supposed fixes. Dont buy ford trucks. We never would have if we knew.
This was my first experience at a ford dealership where I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. If I lived closer they would get all of my business. I’m from Oklahoma was in the area on vacation when my explorer started running rough. Unfortunately once it got to the dealership it ran fine lol. They didn’t end up finding anything wrong that would cause the vehicle to run poorly. I had my oil changed because it would have been past due before I made it home. The price they charged me for the inspection was Reasonable.
Stopped in for a service while camping at Lake End Park, got our F250s oil changed. In and out in about 30 minutes. The people were very nice and I am very happy!
`I generally hate car shopping because the process takes so long and its nerve-wracking and frustrating, but for the first time ever, the process was relatively quick and painless! I couldnt believe how pleasant the experience was! Our salesman, Sean, is incredibly nice, and the rest of the people we dealt with were also very pleasant. I was amazed at how simple the process was to approve a loan. Wow. Courtesy Ford in Morgan City really impressed me. Plus...bonus...we got a GORGEOUS truck out of it. Yay!

Worst service department ever experienced. Brought car in for warranty work, mechanic caused damage to car, they refuse to make it good. Service manager rude and unprofessional.Don’t answer by telling to call. I tried that.
