It has been 4 days and my nails are lifting up and the nail polish is chipping on every nail. I just called Yo nails to let her know she got an attitude and said she didn’t know what I was talking about and hung up the phone. I am very disappointed how she handled my call she could have been nicer after not doing a good job on my nails for $40 she charged to fill in plus $10 tip I gave her.... this is unacceptable 😠3:41pm.. I arrived to YoYo Nails and showed her my nails she apologized and fixed my lifting chipping nails. I appreciate her integrity to make what was wrong right😊

I went Sunday around noon to get a regular set of acrylics. Two days later, my polish has begun to chip leaving bare spots on my nails. The price was fairly inexpensive, so I shouldn’t be surprised. I guess you get what you pay for. The customer service was fine, i’d just prefer for my nails to look decent two days after paying for them to be done.

I loved it! They took their time and asked me if I liked the whole process.

I called to make an appointment. The owner told me they were not taking appointments. I then asked if I could myself and my 4 daughters be the only people inside while were getting serviced. She said, no. She wouldnt be able to do my nails. Its not safe. People come in without mask, they have a lot of people sitting inside close together, not socially distanced. They only have two people working in there. It takes forever to get your nails done. They just have people sitting inside waiting for long periods of time. Theyre very rude!!! They turn some people away and wont provide services. They have too many people waiting inside and dont socially distance.

I would advise anyone not to have any services done at this place they messed up my pedicure and my fill-in cut my toenails on a slant then they would not fix it they wanted to charge me to fix something that they messed up very unprofessional would not recommend my worst enemy to go here.😡

I got a set of acrylic nails, and they are just perfect. It didn’t take them long to do the whole process and the employees are very nice!! I DEFINITELY recommend this nail salon 😁

Limited selection of SNS powder (about eight colors). My nails easily last me at least two weeks usually...they didn’t make it a day and a half after going there. I don’t think they are using quality products....or even the right products. Also the lady kept touching my wet nails to see if they were try, leaving ridges in the top coat. It was so bad she had to start over twice.Everything was also very unclean. It’s one thing to be dated but it’s another thing to soak off polish in a plastic container that clearly used to be the bottom of a milk jug. If they weren’t the only ones open until seven, during my nail emergency, I would have turned right around and waited for ANY other place to open.I will say, the women were nice that work there and it was relatively inexpensive pricing but it’s not enough to make me ever go back there.

I love going to the nail salon, when its your birthday you get free designs, and they have this card that you let them signed everytime you bet services with them and you always get some type of incentive.

Owner was rude and very unprofessional, she rushed painting my nails to leave. I came back to PAY for a polish change the next day and she told me they were too busy to come back in an hour or the next day.
