Party plus palatine is so amazing as well as the staff. Because of what they provided we had the wedding of our dreams! Tent was set up so nicely and all who put up were hard workers. Guests couldn’t believe how elegant things turned out such as linens, tables, chairs, plates, utensils, dance floor, etc. Highly recommend this rental company for your next event!

Stop into their showroom to check out the reasonable prices (seriously, think you will be surprised how affordable their prices are) and their selection. From a kids birthday party with a variety of games, snow cones, cotton candy, ice cream machines and more to a luxury wedding with luxury table settings, silberware, stemware, tables and chairs, they have all you will need! Check out their outdoor lightning options too. Super cool!

Was supposed to pick up chairs by 5. Called the day before to confirm and then when we got there they were closed at 4. Never followed up with us. The chairs were for my wedding.. not what I wanted to be dealing with that day.

Taylor rental party plus had been my go to rental place for various reasons and they have never disappointed me in the past couple years.They have always treated us nicely and with respect when we have questions. This place was very affordable. Also the staff that helped load everything into our car were great. Drop off was just as easy as the pickup.Highly recommend this place for any party rental needs.

Great experience

Rented chairs and a long table from these guys for the Thanksgiving holiday. We picked up two days before and returned the day after and it was VERY affordable. Staff was great. Easy email correspondence to get everything taken care of and the staff that helped load everything into our car was great as well. Drop off was just as easy. Highly recommend this place for any party rental needs.

I chose Taylor Rental Party Plus for all of my wedding dinnerware, glassware, and servingware, and what a great decision!Our venue required that we bring in everything from the linens up, so that was quite a lot of materials for my 230-guest wedding. I found their website extremely helpful because they posted all their prices (many places will have you contact them for pricing). I went in and met with Tracey. She was simply wonderful to work with. She walked me through each step of the evening and helped me decide what we needed and how much of each item wed need. She was knowledgeable, professional, and was honest about what I would or wouldnt need for my particular vision.Once we had our quote, it was so easy to adjust the order. About a week before the date I realized I needed to add a few items and all it took was a simple, 5 minute phone call.My reception took place in the city, and Taylor Rental Party Plus does not deliver to the city. They allowed us to bring a UHaul to them, where they loaded the truck for us and we then brought everything in to the venue. Their transport crates were easy to use, and we were able to return everything on Monday afternoon.I would recommend their friendly, flexible services to anyone who is throwing a party, big or small!

If 0 stars were possible thats what I would rate it. Tried getting a quote and the customer service rep was by far the most rude person Ive ever had the chance to talk with. She began with well the date you sent in is an extremely busy weekend for us not even giving a chance to get a quote and once I told her I would still appreciate a quote because the date was still available she said no for no good reason what so ever. She just sounded very unproffesional and rude that I would honestly not do business with them even if they had the best prices. I wouldnt lower my standards to be treated that way just for a good price.
