The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Everyone is always so friendly and I love how close it is to home!
Great staff and friendly serviceMy package and letters are mailed on time
I didnt realize how spoiled I was at Postal Annex until I recently went to UPS. What a difference - they were cold and indifferent, even to the point of being irritated with me because I was having problems with their computer, struggling to print out a mailing label. The folks at Postal Annex are friendly, cheerful, and helpful!
Great postal annex run by professional, kind people. Highly recommend!!!
Everyone who has helped me here have been patient, kind, careful and amazing. Since I moved here 3 years ago, this is the only place I trust and am willing to to send my packages through.
I have never had a bad experience, the staff is helpful, friendly and always gives me best option for my mail.Great customer service!!
I paid $12.25 at this location to send a letter priority mail about 2 weeks ago. It was a payment to a bank and it never got there. The clerk here said I shouldve paid more and used FedEx or UPS if its important and then he added that FedEx charges $40. First hes implying Im cheap for using USPS to send important mail. Second, IDK how he came up with $40 bc FedEx doesnt charge that for an envelope for 3 day delivery so hes giving false info. Third, not helpful at all on what steps can be taken in this situation. I asked for a refund bc the check was not delivered and he scoffs, A refund!? No, this is not guaranteed! Sorry dude for asking for my money back for a service that wasnt done. Unfortunately, the check has to go to a PO box and UPS nor FedEx can deliver. I understand things get lost in the mail but smart remarks and poor customer service is on purpose. This place was rude and this guy blamed the situation on me and the bank saying it could be a wrong address. It was a 5-figure dollar amount check and now Im looking to having it replaced and complications. Ill be going to the annex on Pleasant Grove instead if I need USPS services in the future.
They did a fine job and were friendly. -3 stars since they dont seem to be concerned with doing the bare minimum to prevent the spread of a global pandemic (No one was wearing masks, they didnt ask customers to wear masks).
I had a great experience. They were helpful and nice. I sent a.package to Colorado with a arrival date of Fri. 12/20. My family there got it 12/19!
Always professional and kind. I have been going here for 3 years and never have had a problem. Great service.
They have everything I could need for shipping and packing and they’re very helpful!
Used this location for 5+ years several times a week as a Fedex drop-off point for our business. Great team, reliable, secure, experienced and always helpful. Far better than the unreliable and not so friendly service Fedex provides (as a generalization, over the past 5 years) at their Douglas location. Only downside is last Express cut off is 4:30 weekdays.
I have been coming to this mail store since I first moved to Roseville about 2 years now, Steve the owner is always pleasant as well as the rest of the staff I encounter. I come here daily to drop off my packages, fax, and pick up my mail. I will continue to do business with these guys because they are fair and convenient. Keep up the good work Postal Annex and Happy Holiday!
I also had a terrible experience with Steve Dunger to get something notarized. I said something that made him mad at the beginning of our conversation and he kept verbally attacking even though I asked him repeatedly to let it go. Definitely not a place to go for me ever again. Not recommended.
Horrible place. Depends on the day of what the guy will tell you if he wants to do it or not had a big mixup there Ended up losing $30 out of it nothing I could do about it because they didn’t know what they were talking about. I would definitely not recommend this place I would give it a minus one star
If you like to be treated rudely because you don’t know the difference between UPS (store versus outlet) go here. Customer service could use some polishing.
Postal Annex has the best customer service by far! I go there every month for all my shipping needs. Bel Air next door offers the same services, but too often their lines are too long. At Postal Annex Im in and out in minutes.
We moved here 2 years ago and Ive gone to Postal Annex for all my shipping needs and to have things notarized. They have always been very helpful an kind. Yes, it costs a little more than the post office, but they are conveniently located, so its worth it to me. Plus, they are always so friendly and take the time to answer my questions.
The older lady in there has given me horrible customer service last few times and is extremely rude to work with. She should not be in customer service. Her name starts with K, I think Keri? I will no longer be going there. I go there for the convenience but I will no longer due to her. She needs more training in customer service and treating people.
I spoke with a representative today at the Roseville Office because I did not receive my package, and the woman was very rude, disrespectful, and continued to speak over me as I was trying to discuss the matter with her. When I asked about speaking to a manager the line all of a sudden disconnected. When trying to call back numerous times they did not answer. I would strongly urge Fed Ex to train their workers on compassionate care, empathy, and better communication skills if they want to keep me as a customer. You never know what someone is going through. I say this because I was awaiting a package that my friend sent to me of some belongings of a mutual friend who recently passed away. The level of care I received was 0.
Refused to accept USPS packages. Say I had to many (5 hat boxes) and do not want to store until they get picked up.Then why are you a drop off point?
I always take my Amazon returns here. Theyre credited to my account immediately and theyll print up a mail to for me. Perfect!
I was going online to check the operating hours of this store, and noticed the poor reviews. Im glad its not just me. I go there only because it is conveniently located. (Most of) the workers there, especially the brunette in her 50s, act like they are doing you a huge favor when you wish to send something, and if you dare ask a further question on some information theyve stated you get the look of take it or leave it - like its some kind of personal stand-off with them. Last time, I left it. I went to go find the post office in Roseville instead, after I ascertained that the service overseas that I needed wasnt available. Oh, by the way, do NOT ask them for directions or youll be looked at like youre an idiot, and spoken to loudly and rudely as such with much eye-rolling. It should be noted that I am very mild mannered and kind (was not at all rude to them, and never have been). I always wonder about the nature of the reviewer when Im reading these. =) I gave this establishment two stars only because they have never lost any of my packages, and also there are two fairly good workers there (the teenage guy being one). Its hit and miss with them though as they seem to be part time. I am going to take my package to BelAir today, in a personal stand against bad customer service.
The people working here are just awful. I went asking for help, telling them that I didnt want something notarized, and they kept saying they wouldnt notarize it. They told me that no one in the state of California would, not only, not notarize what I wanted, but that no one would help me with the form I needed help with. I would have to drive to Nevada to get the work done I needed. That didnt make sense to me so I left and made one phone call, to a UPS store and they would notarize the form I wanted and they would also just help me fill it out the way I wanted without notarizing it, if thats what I wanted. The people working at this store are ignorant, rude and liars. Avoid this store at all costs and go with professionals that are close by this place and much more willing to help you. As an added bonus the charge for whatever it is that you want will most likely be much lower as this store over charges for everything.
They have always been nothing but nice n super helpful to me.
I go there once a week there nice people that let me drop my packages off without any questions and none of them have been lost and my wifes been there and had no problems either. I dont ask for directions thats what google maps is for and BEL-air always has 1 window open and tons of people waiting in line they also cry about label placement. I use postal annex for my fed ex needs if i wanted to mail a USPS package i would do it at the USPS office right around the corner.
This is not a ups store and they cant print labels here. Very unhelpful
Unfortunately I also had a terrible experience with this location. The older male, in his 40s, was extremely condescending, aggressive and generally unpleasant. I went in asking for help on how to deliver an extremely urgent international package. They are a DHL affiliate and drop-off location so I was hoping they would help me. Nope - the man, I believe his name is Steve, was very rude - I couldnt believe I was being spoken to in such a manner. He was talking down to me, asking why I didnt have the necessary documentation, telling me I had to call the company to get clarification, and basically said I could drop it off but at my own risk. I hope someone from this company sees this reviews and takes disciplinary actions. For my part, Ill be using my voice as a consumer and posting reviews as well as never stepping foot in this location again.
The 40ish white guy is a total douchebag. While trying to work out how to ship internationally this guy was useless and had an attitude that was leading the interaction is a really wrong way. I got the distinct impression this guy would intentionally botch the shipping to screw me over.No sale pal. Later. In the future will drive all the way to AIM in Rocklin just to avoid this guy.
A terrible experience theyre the manager his name was I think Steve in his forties with gray hair was extremely rude and condescending with me I came in to return some improperly sent car parts of which they had already sent me a prepaid return label that I just needed to print out a one-page return label I asked to use the computer for what would have been one minute of total used time and he said you can rent it for $3 plus this much to print the page and I said thats a ridiculous fee Im only going to be using the computer for less than 1 minute but I understand paying to print something as that uses paper and ink and his response was well I didnt buy that computer so people could use it for free I could not believe I was being spoken to that way I then grabbed my package and proceeded to walk out the door while walking away I said Ill guess Ill take my business elsewhere to where he replied (what was that ) in a condescending and rude manner again I believe you heard me just fine sir so your reply was to only further aggravate me do not go to this business by any means necessary
Always had great service here. Been going for years. Some folks must have come on a bad day.
Attitude problems, just like all the other reviews say. Ill drive out of my way to avoid the employees in there and to take my business elsewhere.
I rent a mailbox here and have had nothing but positive experiences. Its a great place run by great folks.
What a scam to print 3pages of documents for $3.45 because you have to rent their computer for $3.00 for 10 mins????! They should have at least a general email account for customers to send their document for printing.
The price to mail a 15x15 by 2 box weighing 2-3 lbs was $28.00 to mail back east!
