Got 3 haircuts done, one was for a one year old (his first haircut) the hairstylist was super nice and did great, but for a 1 year old that barely got a “trim” there is no way that price should have been 21 dollars for him…. Absolutely insane. For an adult completely understandable but for an infant? No. Will not be going back for his haircuts.

Madison was wonderful! My appointment was on time, she was friendly and professional and, most important, my wife loved my haircut! Great job and I appreciate that my time was valued and not wasted.

Stylist rushed through. We showed her a picture of what my son wanted. Basically just a trim up on the sides (faded) and trim in top and she buzzed his sides and back of head and cut the top way shorter than he wanted. Looked nothing like the photo we showed her! Left and got out into the sunlight and noticed a big patch where she missed with the clippers. Waste of money! I couldve done better myself!

I came in for a simple fade and a trim up top. The right side of my head was fine, but the left side and the top.... The line from where the fade ends goes from my left temple to the center of the back of my head. The top of my head where I just wanted a trim, she didnt touch the left side so now its down to my eyebrow and the right side is only slightly longer than the fade. This is by far the single worst hair cut that I have ever gotten.

I have gone here twice in 3 weeks. Both times for my kids 1st haircuts. Both times have been professional and positive.. Their kid friendly Covid policy makes it easy to be with my 1 and 2 yr olds when they got their hair cuts. I appreciate the professionalism and ethics of this business. Great haircuts as well. And very clean.

Monica always takes great care of my hair and is quick and very professional. Shes been cutting my hair for a couple years now and shes been wonderful! I have a fade for most of my head and long hair from the top and shes quick and skilled at the fade and knows her way around shears too. Definitely recommend her!

My faux hawk had grown out wild during covid 19, and I decided to try out a side shave pixie cut this time. Mecca did a fabulous job on this cut for me! It turned out gorgeous! Ive had my hair cut by several of the stylists here and have NEVER had a bad experience with any of them! Everyone is very friendly and professional! So glad they are back open. (by appointment )

This was my first time coming here. Olivia did a great job on my hair! I only have one complaint: I was misgendered a couple of times while I was there and one of the workers didnt acknowledge it despite me correcting her.

I went there earlier today & showed a picture of what I was looking for which was kind of a bowl cut style. It was obvious the lady was in a rush & just wanted to get the haircut out of the way. She even cut it a little, & threw my bangs to the side, when I asked to straighten them out the entire left side of the front was longer then the right. Honestly I havent had this bad of a hair cut & this little paid attention to detail in years. Never by a stylist or professional. Id say quality is most important with haircuts & this was just awful. I didnt want to sit there & complain or anything because they were pretty busy & the lady already seemed as if she was rushing. But I do not recommend.

Great employees and they do a good job. Any negative experience was always corrected and comped by the manager. Only reason I have stopped coming is the military discount now only applies to a MVP and not the basic cut

Checked in online with an estimated 25 minute wait. Arrive as designated time and was told there was still a 19 minute wait. Went back after 15 minutes when the app told me my wait was down to 2 minutes. Was then told my wait would be an additional 40 minutes.

Ms. Denise did great job on my boys lineup. He looked excellent and he loved it. Service was quick and wonderful.....perfect for his Aunties pictures. My sister said she would bring him monthly.

This was my first time coming here, (sport Clips in general) even though I waited for awhile, it didn’t matter at all, I had one of the best haircut experience from “Alicia”. She’s a great hairdresser! Highly recommended!

They fired our favorite lady! Now were stuck trying to find a new favorite hair stylist.

So my family came up to you last week, my father n law and grandson got haircuts, shampoo and a neck rub. I am like wow. That is awesome. So I drove an hour to get there. I was asked about the shampoo and said it was not necessary thinking it may save me a few bucks, but no neck rub. I paid $20 for a haircut I could have got down the road for $12 to $15. My guess is overcharging without delivering promises is going on around there. I will not be back and neither will my family. It is not about the neck rub but the principle of what you advertise (vaguely) and what you deliver! Plus Colin Kaepernick is hanging on the wall...dont think that fro of his has seen a Sports Clip in years!

It would just be nice to have the same people working there for more than 6 months

Theresa, “the crazy korean” always does a great job! I ride by and make sure she’s working before I go in. She will take a beard from duck dynasty and make you look sophisticated.

Usually pretty good, just got a haircut today and the stylist was raking the clippers across​my scalp. It was painful. Got out into my car and saw that she gouged my forehead in several spots and broke the skin. IF I go back I definitely will not use that stylist.

They have done an awesome job on my 6 year old sons hair every time we go! The ladies are so gentle which has really helped him overcome his fears of getting his hair cut.

I have been going here consistently for the last year with mixed success. Some days they are great some days they are not. I have had a handful of hairdressers that did what I asked and did it well but unfortunately the majority do not. After a recent hair cut where they did not follow directions at all I am finished patronizing this business.

The girls there are great and the manager is by far the best. Been going there since it was opened and its the only place I go to get my haircut.

Terrible. Some of the stylists dont seem to have any experience. Showed photos and gave description for my sons haircut. Corrected her several times because it was uneven. Finally just gave up, didnt want my kid to walk out shaved. Instead, he walked out with half a bowl cut looking like Spock. Never going back.

Normally dont like chain haircutterys but I decided to give it a try since I was in a hurry. Got the free mvp package and it was worth it. Haircut was exactly what I wanted and the case was really good.

Every single time I go to this place, they butcher my hair and act like they do not know what Im talking about when I tell them how I want my hair. Last time I asked for a medium fade with the top blended in and she managed to barely cut the sides while cutting the top way too short. After all the patronizing from her, I was just ready to go. I will just go ahead a pay more for an actual professional from here on.

Rudest person ever in the North Main Street location. After waiting 30 minutes ask if they had a restroom and Dienise pause and said yes back there, so I walk back there to find it out of order. Really couldn’t of told me that before I walked back there. I will never go back there. Should attend customer service training.
