Super cute and clean inside, went in 30mins before they closed but they were so nice and did a good job. Happy!! I enjoy that the employees treat each other like family. I will come back!!

I will not say this is a bad place to get your nails done. I have been consistently impressed with the quality of work. That is not my issue. My husband and I went in for pedicures today, last minute and they got us in quickly. The pedicures were of excellent quality. My problem is I had gel polish done on my toes to the tune of $25 extra. While I know that gel is extra, everywhere else I have been it is between $10 and $15. Therefore I was not expecting an extra $25 just for gel polish. We will not be returning for that reason alone, as there has been price inconsistency in the past and I just cant fathom $25 extra for gel polish.

I am new to the area so I was excited to find a place to get a pedicure with my sister. We decided on the $28 classic pedicure. I was seated and my water was ran. It was scolding hot my feet were bright red after being in there for just a second. I let the women know and showed her my feet and she did nothing about it. I decided to push through until the water part was over. To not let it ruin our sister day. I let it go and she did a good job on my toes overall after that. When she was finished she did not say a word just got up and went to go play on her phone. I thought that was kind of rude but I got up to pay. The women at the counter asked her my total and she said it was $50?!?! When I stated and showed the pedicure I got the women that did my feet started to hide in the back room. And I was finally given my real price. The women that did my sisters toes was so sweet and did a great job and did not try to over charge her.I will not be returning.

First time visit. At my old salon I would show a pin from Pinterest and they would recreate it. I was timid to do that here at a new salon and Im pretty sure I threw Jimmy for one when I asked, but he worked with me and I ended up getting to be one of the first customers with a new style that just came in!Im very happy with my service and clearly they are doing great work, they were so busy. Be sure to make an appointment, the wait for walk-ins was up to 45 minutes.

I came in yesterday super late but my tech was so meticulous and spent a long time perfecting my nails. She didnt rush at all and was super helpful in helping me get the right color and design I wanted.

I’ve been here a few times, and usually the service is fine. But yesterday I came with my friend to show her the place, we both did not like our outcome. Instead of getting the design I wanted, they were lightly making fun of what I picked. As with my friend, she showed the nail artist a picture of what she wanted. My friend’s nails looked nothing like the picture, and it wasnt complicated at all either. When she asked to get it fixed, they said that they cant fix it or she’ll have to charge her all over again, and then told my friend “what she should have asked for.” How is my friend supposed to know what to ask? She showed a picture and then it should be up to the nail artist to know what to do. When we went to pay, we were met with a little sass. Will not be returning.

Compared to other places I think this place is doing an amazing job with handling business in the middle of a pandemic. Everything was clean and I felt very safe. Definitely recommend coming here!

Me and two friends had an appointment set. They sat us ten minutes after our appointment and didnt start working with us until our water was cool. They didnt ask us what kind of pedicure we wanted just went immediately to painting after a soak. We all wanted the same service but were not given it and were all extremely disappointed with the pedicures at this location.

I PRAY this message is received and seen by the owner Jimmy. I used to adore this place. Cindy, wonderful work. Very mild, and very artistic. Jimmy, the owner is rude, condescending and ruins the name of this place. No ill intention. I have had many instances where I come back hoping the last time was fluke, and I leave disappointed every time. I’ve referred people who’ve told me they won’t go back again due to the arrogance and dismissal other the owner. It’s sad. This nail shop could do SO well, better than they do if the staff had better people skills. When people come into a nail salon, they come for relaxation, they come for small talk, or to just unwind. In MY experience, you leave the opposite.

A recommendation by my sister-in-law convinced me to go to this place to get my nails done. They were such a perfectionist on my nails and ensured that they were flawless!

My wife went in to get her nails done and the girl doing it wanted her to try powder dip. She did and it looked bad....I even didnt like it. Well the girl said shell fix it and they did. But another customer came in and they were talking about my wife. When the customer was done she said out loud, thank you for doing my nails, you always do a great job. Obviously they were talking about my wife. Even after that my wife gave her a $15 dollar tip.

This is my first review and first time at this salon! I came as a walk-in and was helped and seated immediately. I asked for an acrylic manicure service (first time too). I showed staff a picture of what I wanted, and it looked EXACTLY like the picture. I am so happy with my nails and cant wait to show my friends at school next week. I will be back!

I was very impressed with this nail salon. They did not take nail care lately. My manicurist spent a long time carefully removing all of my old nail polish that I had had on for a month. They spoke directly to me and asked me questions. I am very pleased with the final result. I tried some color changing polish and I think it turned out great.

It was really busy, but got in and got a great manicure for way less money than other places. My new place

First time going there on a whim after work on a rainy Friday. They were able to get me right in with no wait and everyone was very friendly! I got the powder dip gel set and absolutely love it!! The color is bright and fun and the powder feels so light and natural compared to the other gel mani or acrylic set Ive always gotten. I will definitely be back! Next time for pedicures with my daughter.

Been going to this salon for 5 years now but today my friend and I walked out on our appointment. Not because of the owners or staff but because they REQUIRED us to wear masks. Apparently the state of Arizona is bullying and blackmailing their business in order to keep their liscense. We both have medical conditions that make wearing a mask dangerous for our health. The salon has doubled down on safety precautions but they still want to force customers into the states blackmail. Theyve lost 2 customers until this stupidity passes.

Cindy saved my nails when I use to use store bought fake nails. Ask for the dip procedure, you wont be disappointed. Im hooked on the dip process, and the results. This is my second trip out to Pink and White Nails. Im uberly ecstatic about the way my nails come out. Today I splurged a bit and wanted Halloween designs. Jimmy is my new favorite tech. He was friendly, gentle on my natural nails and did an amazing job. Hes very thorough and puts enough coats to ensure the gels is going to last. He took time and I didnt feel rushed regardless of the other walk in waiting. Incredible work and service.

The ladies here are super nice which isnt always the case at a nail salon. The establishment is very clean with modern decor. I have gotten several of their spa pedicures. They spend extra time on the massage. I was also very happy with their solar nails.

My nails looked gorgeous, didnt even last two weeks before breaking off. They are nice people but I did not love paying 45 dollers for nails that did not make it two weeks.

I came into the Salon while I was in town planning my wedding; I am a licensed nail tech and I am SUPER picky about who I allow to work on me. Julie was INCREDIBLE! She used all proper and sanitary tools, did an amazing job making me feel comfortable, and was just all around pleasant to work with. I cannot wait to make an appointment for me and all my bridesmaids for the weekend before my wedding!

Walked in looking for Jimmy from Evas nails off Houghton. Did not find the Jim I was looking for 😔 This salon is different than the ones nearby. It has a updated look. There was a upsale, being a new salon to me, got the Pink & White signature pedicure. Was relaxing, did not feel rushed.

Made 2 pedicure appts and got in the same day. We were warming greeted once we arrived and the service was fantastic!!! I picked this spot based on the reviews and thought Id try it out and really liked it. I will return asap and hope its as good as the first time we went. Another bonus is how close it is to us! Very pleased!! I do recommend this place!!

This salon offers services above and beyond most nail salons. I’m just going to call it a Boutique. Waxing, microblading, Lash tinting and extensions..all levels of mani and pedicures. This goes above and beyond most “nail care” salons and the staff is talented!

I gave pink and White a one star rating because they did not seem to know any of the questions that we ask and needed to get somebody for help. Also we had to repeat some of our questions that we were asking. I definitely do not recommend this place. Also I think that the manager should have a little talk with them and explain how to work at a nail salon!!!
