Considering that getting your car towed is a frustrating experience, I’m super grateful to have been able to have used Haas. My tow driver, Tanner, arrived so quickly, made the experience totally painless, and he was probably one of the nicest people ever! He lifted my 11 year old daughter and myself home and he made us feel totally safe and comfortable, and he was very kind and endearing to two ladies alone in a truck with a driver. Thank you Tanner and Haas for making a rough experience still a nice one!

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My car wouldnt start but I had to get to work. I left for work with my sons car and had my keys with me. I called Haas and they came to my job to pick up my keys so I wouldnt be late and towed my car where it needed to go! They were life savers and made my day so much easier, despite having car troubles!

The tow truck driver Mike was Extremely Professional and was able to trouble shoot and remove my stalled car from the garage. He had to maneuver the car completely away from one side of the garage otherwise it would’ve completely scraped the entire side of the car.I use Haas towing Exclusively.Thanks again Mike! Ive used haas for over a year for hauling my snap on tool boxes to hauling my broke down vehicles. Very dependable, well prices, timing is everything. Tonight in these freezing temps my car broke down near Schaumburg I had my babies and wife with me, I had issue finding a towing service to come out and get me and tow my vehicle back to loves park illinois, I called haas, they quoted me and I was happy with the price and they had a driver there in 50 minutes, of course times vary but nice guy, hooked and booked. Got my car home, family home and all I can say is THANK YOU HAAS life saver. I did have a buddy meet us on i90 where I broke down at and waited for the driver of haas to show. I highly recommend haas.

HAAS is one of the unspoken reasons why Rockford sucks. Like the garbage men that break our garbage cans or the healthy people that park in handicap spots...they just make our city a worse place to live. I encountered this degenerate tow truck driver at Alpine Bank. He rolled in speeding & braking hard. He was a danger to everyone around him. He parked in 4 spots without a whim & swaggered into the bank like a convict fresh out the slammer...not a care in the world. Meanwhile, the elderly woman circling for a parking spot was forced to park far away.This seething dirtbag couldnt be bothered with caring for others in the community, or respecting his companys reputation. Nope...its was all about him. Youd think driving a company vehicle with the phone number plastered all over it, would make this guy think about his actions, but nah...he was worry free. Now i know why.After I snapped these handy pics, I called HAAS and asked for a manager. I was lucky to speak with a loud crass woman who calls herself Nicole. When I asked Nicole if parking across several spots in a public parking lot were standard procedure for HAAS tow truck drivers, she had no comment. I asked if the drivers behavior were concerns for her, or the company? Nicole had little to say. She could care less...and was more focused on why I would want to document these actions. Now Im no genius...but youd think a manager would be curious what drivers are doing in company vehicles. Afterall, public safety, perception, trust, reputation, rests in their drivers hands. The insurance alone should make a manager inquistive of their drivers actions. But Nicole didnt care. She could care less about the public, or their drivers behavior. She herself was more obnoxious than the driver. Nicole is the reason the drivers dont care. They fear no reprisals. She is a poor manager. Change begins with each one of us...and its educational to learn that HAAS towing could care less about you, your families safety, the community as a whole, or their reputation. I think reading the comments here is all the education one needs when learning about HAAS. No matter how many vehicles they wreck, no matter how their drivers behave, no matter what evidence is presented...its always the SAME answer. Its not our fault. We dindu nuffin.**Addendum**:A. Its the front of the bank, you can see the bank sign in the picsB. The driver did speed in & brake hard - I watched him, in fact he pulled up right next to me when he blasted in off Alpine. Way to fast for a parking lot no matter what you claim GPS says.C. Family man or not, he drove & behaved like a very wreckless person.D. There was an elderly lady circling looking for spots...but none existed because bad guy ate up 4 spaces. One spot became avial. when I got out to snap pics, thats in the front passenger side of truck - The car was just pulling out, but when old lady was circling car was still there. I have video & audio. When I post it on YouTube, reviewers can see how crazy you sound Nicole. Now stop defending stupid. Reprimand your employee, get a grip on how management works & handle your business. WhyRockfordSucks is Pro-Rockford. We love Rockford, we call out stupid to affect change. Obviously the concept escapes you. Rockfordians are tired of people like your drivers running roughshod over our streets & owners like you doing nothing about it. Youve been called out. Fix it.

Took a class there that they hosted. TheShop is very neat and professional. I believe one of the instructors was associated with the company along with instructors from Gov agencies that involved first responders and associates on emergency services. Very helpful and knowledgeable. You could tell the building and teammates that are employed by Haas towing are professional and knowledgeable.

Was getting my car towed from one mechanic to another. Stacy from haas towing showed up on time. My car sits very low and is a bit difficult to get onto the tow truck, but Stacy took extra time using ramps to ensure my car didn’t get damaged.He was a super nice guy and took great care of my car. Amazing work, super friendly guy, great attitude, Stacy deserves a raise! And it was close to 0 degrees outside during all of this. Thank you Haas towing and thank you Stacy!!

Highly recommended. In Rockford for funeral and car broke down. Required a tow 1 1/2 miles to dealer. Initially insurance arranged tow with a different company and 3 hours later after getting screwed and lied to by the other company we were set up with Haas. They communicated immediately and arrived exactly when they said. Driver was fast, friendly and professional. If you ever find yourself needing a tow definitely stay call Haas.

Also had called my regular guy, and even though the tow was cheaper with my regular guy we went with Haas because Michelle in the office was so friendly and helpful. Monday night we were stranded just off the interstate near Monroe Center. We were from Wisconsin and did not know the area. The guy at the gas station gave us the number for another towing company. The guy from the other company was rude and the charges were crazy! Next we called Haas Towing because of the good reviews. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant. He reassured us that the place we were at was safe. We were 100 miles from home and not familiar with the area. He gave us quotes to Rockford and all the way to home. The prices were much more reasonable and we were treated with kindness and understanding. We felt much better after this phone call. The driver that arrived was very pleasant as well. He got our car and us home safely. He even made sure we were comfortable for the 100 mile trip in a tow truck. What a difference from from the first company. We are so glad we called Haas Towing. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow. Everyone did what they could to take the stress out of a very stressful situation. Thank you Haas towing!

The 4th towing company I called; Chris was the only driver willing to attempt to pull my car out and he did a wonderful job of it. My call was answered right away the dispatcher was friendly and gave me cost of the tow immediately. Chris, the driver was professional, detailed in connecting the car, took his time in pulling it out, adjusting the chains as needed. I recommend HAAS Towing as a 1st call if you need a tow.

My wife got a flat on bypass 20 by Cracker Barrel at 7:30am and they were there in 15 minutes. Adam jacked up the car put on the spare and followed her the rest of the way to work to be sure there were no more problems. My wife said she felt safe and respected by the driver. i will tell my friends that this is the place to call if they have any automotive issues.
