Best place to get nails done imo. Came in to feel pretty and better about myself after recent drama and they are the best. Very friendly business. Definitely will come back if i come back to Tuscon

The energy in this salon is terrible. The employees were screaming at each other. All I needed was for one nail to be fixed and I explained what I wanted and that’s not what I got. Then I was told that I hadn’t been honest about what I wanted. They could see I was not happy and they did right by not charging me but I will never ever go back there.

Not skilled, shape wasn’t what I wanted, I kept telling him how I wanted it but he wasn’t getting it right. He cut me whiling trying to file as well so I didn’t even let him finish & he still charged me $35. Very disappointed!

The owner and staff are all super nice but more importantly I was very satisfied with my nails every time. You have truly become a friend. So happy I found this place!

Worst nail salon EVER! only pro was that I walked in and they immediately took me in with no appt. Now for the cons, I begin looking at there pamphlet with all the prices it said $25 full set I ended up getting charged $35 for the most simplest nails EVER super short and only one color. Then when it got time to pay the man tried charging me $50! because he had done GEL! mind you i NEVER asked for that! extremely unprofessional! how are you going to just do gel if that’s not what the customer asked for. His response was just ‘ it last longer ‘ Then he began doing them in what seemed like a rush! my nails aren’t even smooth i have bumps all over, the nails are crooked, the shape is off & he didn’t even place the acrylic all the way to the back of my nail it looks like i need fills already! please listen to me and do not go here! multiple women told me that they tell you one thing then charge more in the end.

They did a great job!! My tech did my nails. The service and quality is amazing and the staff will be sure to make your day. I highly recommend this place theyre amazing.

I went in just to get my gel removed. They destroyed my nails with the drill tool and cracked one of them that I took so long to grow out. They didn’t do the normal process of removing gel that I have experienced in salons before. The lady grabbed a random bowl filled with nail clippers and other supplies, dumped them out on the counter and then filled it with acetone. She had me place my hands in there for a while and after just had me wash my hands and sent me on my way. She filed them uneven and when i looked at my nails I still had pieces of the gel that I ended up having to scrape off myself when I got to my car.

I loved the atmosphere, very serene and quiet. Beautifully. Didnt have to wait when we arrived for our appointments. They are so cute and exactly what I asked for. I will definitely come back.

There are a lot of negative posts about this place but I think its the best place in town, me and my best friend go there every once a month to get our nails done and we always feel welcomed and leave with amazing nails. The ladies are very nice and so is the gentleman he is very funny. I 10/10 would recommend but go with a good attitude. The prices are great for the work they do! Have patience as well.

Im in so much pain!!!! Came in on a Sunday for emergency repairs cause they were the closest still open. I was told I had to get a refill, not a biggie. She charged me $70 for what would be considered $50 max but I left happy. I returned 3 days later with breaks and bad paint chips they charged me $20 to repair and I hadnt had them done that long. I paid it and swore I never be back. 3 days later im sitting in pain with 3 breaks 2 of which were repaired 3 days ago and chipping so bad I have to hide my hands from embarrassment when I talk to people. If I could leave 0 stars I wouldDO NOT GO HERE!

Lee did A phenomenal job. I have never had a manicure before but Im a bartender and I touch the fruit and stuff that goes in peoples drink so I need my hands to be in good condition. I opted for a manicure and Lee did an incredible job. She was extremely fast and it was only 20 bucks for everything plus some wax treatment. Left my hands looking in extremely better condition. I continuously told the lady how much paint she left on my skin and she did not take it off. I also told her at least 3 times that she didn’t get the sides of the nails. Will never go there again.

I asked for a mini pedicure which is on their pedicure services for $17 and after the services were done, they wanted to charge full services and say that the mini pedicure is for the kids services which is for 10 yes and younger. BUT the kids pedicure is $22 so they did not make any sense. I ended paying full price due to not wanting to make a big issue infront if their other customers. I have their pamphlet that shows the prices but do not have the option to post it.

I have had my nails done many times before and due to the convenience I decided to try this place out being that it was located in the mall.Worst experience ever. Not only were my nails bad quality, the nail techs were literally arguing (yelling) with each other the entire time. I wanted to leave but decided to just stick it out and for $50 a set (short acrylic), it was a bad experience. Just be careful. The pedicures looked like they would’ve been good but the nails were not.

My appointment was scheduled for 7:40 and I didn’t walk out of the salon until 10:30. I went in with my mom for two fills and one pedicure. The lady filed my nail so hard that my pinky nail broke and she had to replace it, when she did it was so thick and definitely looked off. I asked her to fix it multiple times and she kept saying she would. After the filed my nails and them started to paint them, gel nail polish isn’t supposed to be all over your skin like she did mine. The jewels she put in my nails were not placed with glue, just a clear nail polish. The day after my jewels started to fall off, I went in and she told me I needed to “be careful cause the jewels are sensitive” In all 3 years I’ve had nails, I’ve never heard that and I’ve never had issues like that at any other salon! They were rude and very unprofessional. While I was getting a pedicure the child in the store was screaming. The lady that did my pedicure was a different person, she was very kind and did a good job but the other man and woman.. unprofessional and rude. I paid 60 dollars for a fill that was definitely not worth that price! I walked out of the store disappointed!

The lady who was doing my nails spoke very quietly and wouldn’t speak up when said I couldn’t understand her. She kept hurting me and she didn’t seem to care very much about what she was doing. Often looking away while using different tools, rushing things, and just being all around sloppy. Parts of my nails weren’t even covered, and the very next day one nail was already chipped. Not to mention, the entire time she kept asking if I wanted to extend my nails (which would cost more money) and I had to say no about 10 times. All of the friends I went with had a similar experience. I personally would recommend LA nails, they actually watch what they are doing, the gel lasts, you’re not in pain, and they don’t try to make you spend extra.

First time my daughter 16 wanted acrylics and wanted to go to a professional. We were a walk-in appt. Ive never seen acrylics put on so I didnt know what to expect. The lady was terse and annoyed when I didnt want to upgrade to longer nails or gel color for $50. We got the basic length and color polish for $35.(Its her first nails and it will take time for her to get used to them without breaking so I wasnt going to splurge)But she kept insisting multiple times paint will come off in 3 days, thats why we give regular paint for free, gel better. I kept repetedly saying no and explaining why.The session took an hour even though she was moving very fast with each nail, and when I saw the final nails the shape was very lovely, but the paint was okayish patchy/streaky in many places and a few bumpy uneven acrylics. I could have painted color better and Im not a professional. She was talking to her co-worker constantly in another language and didnt make any conversation with my teen after we refused the gels.All in all I felt once we said no gels, we were a waste of her time and she just wanted to get through it. Dissapointing experience. I wouldnt recommend for basic nails. Wont be coming back.

Needed a manicure pedicure and couldn’t find any place open past 7pm except this one. The lady was yelling and screaming while doing my pedi. So today I woke up and my pedi is already coming off!!! Not even 24 hours ...unbelievable.....never ever returning

Some of the worse acrylic nails I’ve ever received. I have glue all under my nails then onto my skin. I then asked for gel polish and the polish is a mess. It is all over my cuticle and runs off the sides of my nail. When I mentioned it to her she took a file and took some off but not all of it. It really seems as though she did my nails blind. To top it all off two days later my polish began chipping off along with the tip to the almond shaped nail cracked. Please don’t waste your money.Nail artist: Diane

Absolutely worse place I have been. Went with a friend and all he could say was your nails were ugly but I make them beautiful. Was very rough with the drill and then says well you moved....Then was telling her we are about to close to hurry up on the color and to pay in advance before the color was put on so she couldnt change! He was absolutely rude and telling her to hurry up washing her hands then went over to her and was insistent to hurry. If you cant take someone and make it a enjoyable experience DONT take customers! I stated I could come back but they stated it was fine. Dont come here expecting high expectations. Tomorrow definitely getting these ugly nails off and going somewhere else!!!

Took 3 of the girls in for birthday celebration.One guy never spoke, another woman was rude the entire time to my niece, and the 3rd was so nice but my daughters finger nails were bleeding by the end of the night. Youd think working in the mall youd walk into the a high standard place. I did not.. I will never go back here again..

Was walking through the Park Mall and decided to stop in; they booked us right away for 2 gel manis. The man who did my friends pushed her cuticles a little hard after the 10-min acetone soak. Annie did mine and was very responsive to the design choice I wanted (although I wanted a sheer silver instead of sparkly). Total amounted to $70 for two 30-45 min gel manis. Clean facilities; you can tell they sanitize their appliances and I asked about the pedi spa-- they use sanitizer. Would come back-- ask for Kim/Kimberly or her daughter Annie!

If I could give it a zero I would, because they don’t even deserve a one. My experience wasn’t great at all.. I’ve gone there three times. First time was a whatever, she could’ve done better. Therefore, I gave it another chance, so I went again and I liked the guy.. I went the third time and I asked for a color change and to get them shorten and it’s like I told them do whatever they wanted. The manager was pretty much telling me to hurry up to choose a color and the guy who did my nails was a total slob. He removed the nail polish I had and left the cotton on my nails and just put the nail polish over it. My nails are a MESS. I’m talking in the moment of madness right now, because I’ve never had poor service. I should’ve read the reviews first.It’s not about the price it’s about the service. They’re so empower to making their money yet they don’t do their job right. No good service, no Tip.Yeah, I felt bad because I’m not that person to be mean, I let it pass and just don’t go back, but this time it was like BAD, bad service and bad quality.

I am a first timer so I didn’t know what to expect. The lady cut me with a file and I said ow and she said oh you’re sensitive. There was a lady on the phone who did the final part and she was super rude. I asked how long they would take before they even started cause the chair was uncomfortable and they said 30 Minutes but it took an hour and a half. Which is fine don’t rush but my back hurt so I wiggled a lot so the lady doing my nails and the tech we making fun of me.

The people are very nice, and care about their clients. They took such great care of my sister and her kids, and myself. They were amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for manicures/ pedicures. Thank you :).

This place was so unprofessional I called in to set an appointment and apparently everyone said they had one at 7:30 which made me wait longer I left home around 11 they took forever . This man was supposed to do my nails and got mad didn’t wear his mask and left didn’t even finish my nails so that made me wait longer and I’m from the north side so I wasted time, gas and money I paid $30 for gel and my nails broke within a week 1/10 don’t recommend only reason I came was because my nail tech wasn’t available.

My mom, my 5yr old daughter, and I have been customers for a few years. My mom does acrylic, I do gel, and my daughter gets the child mani/pedi. The quality of their work is among the best. They always treat us well and are very friendly. I would recommend this nail spa to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience here. The best pedicure ever! My feet were so soft. I also had previously went to a different salon that did a horrible job on my nails and they were very gentle with removing the acrylic nails. The other place ripped them off when i wanted to replace my nails. I will definitely be returning.

I got a fill on my acrylics 2 weeks ago, with a gel coat on top. The gel CHIPPED 2 days later, which has never happened to me, as it was GEL and it isnt suppose to chip. When she initially filed off the old gel, she didnt take off the acrylic that had become detached from my nail base. So when I went to get them filled somewhere else a few days ago, the guy filed off the gel coat she had put on and there was MOLD GROWING UNDER THE ACRYLIC. This is a HUGE HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Unfortunately they did not do a good job on my nails. They were very Chucky and uneven. I had the woman to fix them one time but the second time was just as bad so I decided just to go somewhere else to get them redone.

Friends took me to get my first ever manicure We went to this place just because it was convenient but wow the service was horrible. The techs were rude and my gel manicure just peeled right off a few days later. Granted I do used my hands heavily for work, but when I asked the girls I worked with if they’d ever had their gel nails peels off and they said no and that I should return and ask for a refund. I ended up not but I will NEVER go back to this place. I’m so mad I wasted money on a four day manicure. I can paint my own nails with non gel and have it last longer

LINA is amazing I highly suggest that you ask for her! She is kind, gentle and talkative. I think Ill save up for a pedi and mani for my next visit! The cost was a little higher than expected to pay for a standard pedi (no gel) but it was worth! I left the shop feeling pampered and appreciated. Ill definitely be back 👣❤👏

I used to come for a while and always got my nails done by the ladies but I got it done by a man and he was the worst. To start off he was grinding my nails incredibly fast with the grinder and cut me and continued to use the buffers, and files on me although I was bleeding. He kept blowing on my nails and had horrible breath and I was honestly disgusted with the hygiene quality. To top it off, he didn’t apologize for cutting me. Basically blamed it on me for having a “stiff finger”. I know it’s convenient to go to this salon because it’s located in park place mall, but please take two minutes to drive over to Paris Nail Bar right outside the mall. This place is a hygienic nightmare.

Also, a mother and daughter came to get their nails done next to me and the lady doing her acrylic nails cut them the wrong length then asked the customer to take the fake nail that was super glued on her nail off by herself. That was the cherry on top of me not going back.

The nail tech was very unclean when doing my nails, my fingers were stuck together by the glue but also was left with very messy nails. Not satisfied. My friend also experienced very poor service.

This place was not what I expected. First of all the person doing my nails cut me several times, so it unpleasant. Then he wanted to move me from my friend just because-made no sense. Then once he was done I looked at the final product and it was done poorly. I thought it would be fine until he told me that it was $30 plus tip and tip had to be cash. I have been to several places and this is for sure not a place to come back to. Overall not the best service, product or price. If you dont have other options then wait.

I got acrylics done today and my nails hurt so bad! I usually go to Swan Nails on Swan and Grant. I have gotten acrylics done several times and NEVER have they ever hurt after! The week before my friend got a French gel manicure and 3 days later they started to brown. When we went in to complain. They accused her that she did something to her nails. We asked for a refund and they guy said now and that he would charge us 7$ to take off her gel. This place is a joke. If you ever want to get your nails done go to Swan Nails they have excellent customer service.

Me and my friend went yesterday ( the only reason why we want is because the one we usually go to was packed by Macys in park place best place you can go to ) first they were cool and toon us both and charged us both $30 for an acrylic nail set and then we were getting our nails done but as we were getting our nails done a guy and a girl that were doing both of our nails keep kept switching off doing mine and then hers and then mine and then hers which kind of made me upset because I feel like if you have your own craft then another person doesnt know what your craft will be and itll just come out sloppy . So that was kind of an issue for me and my friend was showing me goss up with her ex-boyfriend just screenshots on her phone and they told us to get off her phones as if they were in charge of us and I understand that they wanted the nail to look good but we were not moving at all and they were just trying to live there were just very rude and very controlling also I like my nails are very long and I gave them a picture of the link and I even showed them how long in person of how I wanted my nails and my other friend on the hat on the other hand she likes the shorter nails so she got her nails little bit shorter and by the time we were done my nails were nothing as long as I wanted them my friends nails were longer than mine one nail was crooked and they just look so sloppy because they were rushing because they had other girls waiting and I just didnt appreciate that I had the worst experience I gave no tip whats the weather it was just so bad I could go on and on .

Wasted $50 for poorly done acrylics. The nail polish was very chunky, shape of nail was horrible, and the lady got mad when I asked if I can change the nail polish color. She started talking to her coworkers and I felt uncomfortable because the other workers were looking at me and laughing and I felt like they were talking about me. Please dont make the same mistake as I did going there. There are other nail salons that are worth spending $50 on.

Ive been here about 3 times and each time they do the worst job on my nails. Putting topcoat 3/4 of the down the nail leaving quite a bit of space at the top without. Went in for a color change today and she made it so thick and globby. I only went because it was convenient but next time Ill go out of my way just to avoid this place.

This place is a total joke of a nail salon. Also the manger is uptight and in his ways with saying he told us that he said if we have any problems come back in 3 days yet he wasn’t even there and second his employees didn’t even say that... all we want is a refund but he keeps saying in his policy there’s no refund yet there’s no refund papers to be found also he wouldn’t show me his “policy” sucky place for suckers... I’ll tell you that much.. will never ever go back. The mall can drown sadly with this place in it.. making the mall look bad.one more thing manager gave us his owners number but he called her first then we called and no answers from her... BS!

My mom and I went to get our nails done and on the pamphlet it said 40$ for a full set of acrylic nails with gel, and in the end they charged us $50 because of the shape. They also didn’t apply the gel correctly on my nails. Never going back, i’ve never been to a nail salon that charges on shaping and that price wasn’t stated anywhere.
