TOM was dispatched to an icy, snowy, dirt, backroad in town. Happily towed my vehicle quickly to the location of my choice. After dropping the vehicle and my pregnant lady he kindly helped me change a tire quickly as it was snowing extra hard. Went out of his way to help and that was so appreciated! Well there very much respected and used frequently up here in payson an highway 87. There friends of my families. We have sunflower Towing. And we at times share tows with them. There very Nice folks an honest also like us. Trying to make a living.

They quoted me about 40 minutes eta on a tow truck. An hour later I saw the tow truck pass me with another vehicle on the back. Climbed a hill to get service and saw they had canceled on me. Will never trust them now. Why would a company do this to someone who is stranded?

Had a flat tire that ripped brake line about 15 miles outside of Payson.Tom T arrived hooked up vehicle and travel trailer promptly and called garages in Payson to see if they could repair that day. Tom extremely friendly while going above and beyond. You cant get more professional than Tom and LaForge Towing.

Dennis was amazing ... just amazing. He was patient and performed a maneuver with the flat bed that was miraculous. He moved my car out of culvert with a flatbed! He saved me hundreds of dollars and an insurance claim. Good guy and a gentleman too. Thank you Dennis.

Had a vehicle break down about 20 miles south of Payson. Being broken down on the side of the highway is no joke. We were rescued from La Forge towing a short 45 minutes later. Our driver was so kind, he let us wait in his air conditioned truck while he loaded our vehicle onto his trailer. He made us feel comfortable and explained everything well. If we ever break down again in the mountains, we will definitely use LaForge Towing. Forgot our drivers name, but we thought he looked like Bill Paxton. So, thanks Bill for rescuing us on a hot summer day!

Got locked out of my vehicle while camping around Knoll lake (two hours away from this business). I called multiple places in Payson and they all told me they were unable to help because I was basically out in the middle of nowhere/too far. La Forge was the only one willing to help us. It wasnt an easy spot to locate but they were very determined to find the campsite. They were there as promptly as they could and were very professional and friendly! The price of their service was more than reasonable given the circumstances. 10/10

Our friend had a popped tire one time when we were in the middle of the mountain and Justin from La Forge towing came to rescue us immediately when he found out about us! We’ve spent hours trying to get someone to where we were but nobody wanted to go up to the Mountain to help us until we found Justin! He’s SOOOO awesome and friendly! He drove around the mountain for an hour looking for us with no complaints, we had such terrible phone reception so he couldn’t call us. Within 15 mins of finding us, he immediately changed our tire and made sure we knew the path to head down the mountain. 10/10 would recommend this company and Justin!! Thank you!

My truck broke down near Lake Roosevelt and I placed a roadside assistance claim with my insurance. Even with this, I knew the towing was going to be expensive due to the distance to the nearest town. After making the call, I was impressed with how quickly the driver arrived. Instead of just hooking up and towing, the driver was able to get my truck started and followed my to an auto shop in Payson, saving me a large amount of money. This really shows their integrity. Highly recommend La Forge Towing!!

We had a blow out and were going to push the car to the parking lot next to us. But a police officer called in a tow truck, and he towed it to the parking lot right next to us and charged $135. Literally a 15 minute process that moved our car .1 miles. It was an exorbitant price for something that we wanted to do by ourself. And the man helping was unprofessional and annoyed that he was called early in the morning.

Absolutely horrible experience. I was in an accident the required me to be ambulances to the hospital. The county dispatcher was kind enough to connect me to AAA who then set up my towing service La Forge. Two weeks later my insurance company informs me that La Forge is charging me $300 in towing fees. When I called the company they told me because I wasn’t at the scene of the accident they charged me the DPS rate and that they had filed an abandoned vehicle title request on my car. Excuse me? I was in a car accident. They had my information, they had my insurance information that I gave them first thing the following morning and they obviously had my AAA information or they never would have received my service in the first place. I highly recommend that if you ever get in an accident you pay the tiny bit extra and go somewhere else. This company will price gouge you and try to steal your car.

Last weekend I had my car towed from one of the rim lakes back to Gilbert. No issues, they did a great job. All the staff I interacted with was friendly.

I wholeheartedly recommend this tow service over any others. They were polite and easy to work with over the phone, even considering that I didnt know where exactly I was and had never called for a tow before. They helped me with the process and arrived much quicker than I expected. I had the pleasure of working with Tom. Tom further helped me out by calling a few auto shops in Payson for me to see if anyone would be able to look at my car that day since I was traveling and not from around there. Tom was completely professional, polite, and frankly great company. Price wasnt bad given the distance and the whole experience was quick and super easy. Definitely will call again if I ever need to!!!

I recently broke down with my SUV in between heber and payson, contacted my insurance company who arranged for la forge towing to pick me up. I spoke to the front office lady / the tow drivers mother, she asked me for my coordinates which I provided. She then became frustrated because her son couldn’t find me. I told her I gave her the exact coordinates, she must’ve forgot because, she said I never asked you for the coordinates. Such a joke! She then said “were not picking you up, good luck finding a tow to pick you up!” I was shocked how unprofessional she was. Never again will I use them. Whatever happened to customer service. I told her son what she said. He had to apologize for her. So sad.

This would be 5 star except my spare too small and then ouldnt get tire in Heber (not ur fault) Tow back payson 400 bucks!? And just changing tire was 110 ish? Seems high to me but Im still appreciative.

Keith, you are the man! My 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan woke up this morning with a completely non-functioning (DEAD) battery. I called my insurance company for roadside assistance and within minutes of my distress call, La Forge was dispatched and showed up at my location--which happened to be about a mile from their shop in Payson! Keith came prepared... not just for a jump-start, but for a battery resurrection! You see I had a very strange electrical problem over the weekend (involving the fuel pump relay) which had completely drained the battery. So one charging unit was not enough. Keith had to double-up and hook up TWO to get the battery cranking the motor again. But he did it. And I, and my wife, were happy campers once again. Thanks so much, Keith and La Forge Towing. We will highly recommend you to others without any hesitation!

My mom was stranded between Payson and Phoenix yesterday. We called LaForge and they were available to come help on a Sunday evening and also reasonably priced. They totally saved the day! Jake the driver was amazing and made everyone feel better during a stressful situation. She had my son and her dog with them in 113 temps so we appreciate their amazing customer service and getting everyone home safe.

Broke down on the rim. Keith was super nice as he took me and my dog back to Payson. He even stopped by the gas station so I could pick up some food and other items and then dropped us off at a hotel he knew was dog friendly. Great service!

The dispatcher who answered was pretty abrupt at first but end the end she was our savior and I cannot ever thank her or Dennis enough. The pricing is half of what a few other places charge. Drove up to Payson over the weekend to go camping when my engine had an issue and my car wouldnt start back up. AAA sent Laforge to pick me up and take me to a nearby autoshop - our driver was very nice and helpful, unfortunately, no one in Payson can service Volkswagon after 2009... So I had to get a tow all the way back to Phoenix. Well, the owner of Laforge was happy with that since my coverage was only for 10 miles then out of pocket from there. After some back and forth with insurance, we find out I had full coverage and she told insurance and her driver Laforge would not be doing the tow because its not profitable for her.. aka she was going to screw me with out of pocket payment and wouldnt do insurance payment and left me and my friends stranded for another hour until another company, who werent terrible humans, were able to get the car and do the drive to Phoenix.

Came and picked me up on a sunday. Best deal for a tow back to phx.. I would highly recommend them to everyone.. Very professional driver.. Tom...Really saved my butt. Thanks guys! 👍

Unfortunately we found ourselves broken down on the freeway between Phoenix and Payson. My insurance company contracted LaForge towing to come pick up my truck and enclosed trailer. Don was dispatched. I could not have asked for a better guy to pick us up. We were instructed to just sit and relax and that he would take care of everything. And that he did. He was very courteous and helpful from the time he picked us up til the time he dropped us off. I rarely write reviews but Don and LaForge towing deserve it. Thank you.
