Ok, so its not TOP quality place for most of you, but it works for me. Li is one of the nicest people Ive ever dealt with and always treats people with respect. Ive gone in there for mani/pedi and am pleased with her work. She knows I dont like to get my finger nails drilled because of my sensitivity and shes always very careful when removing the gel. After COVID, they opened their shop and its just her and her husband, so if you only see one person in there and they tell you they dont have time it may be because of appointments that will be showing up. I get there 5-15 minutes before my appointment and theyre ready for me on time!

Had my toes done. I really cant say too much about this place as its a modest nail salon a minute from my home which is why I visited. I wont rant about horrible it was as it wasnt horrible, however Ill say that it was the quickest pedicure I had ever had done and it showed in the quality. I also appreciate cleanliness and this location was quite covered in dust. Also I thought barbicide disinfectant was blue not black...

I went in to see if they had time for one pedi and they only had one person sitting in the waiting area and they said they didn’t have time. Maybe hire more people or fit one person in. It wasn’t like they were slammed with so many people waiting. I’ll never come back to this place and I have been several times leading up to this encounter. Call me Karen

I will not go back.... I just had gel done on Wednesday & they look like this now... it will all start popping off with every little thing I do.... but all very pleasant. I need quality.

I went in to get a fill,and they did s horrible job my fill was not done right on one nail and the gel polish was awful it chipped an hour after I left this is the second time Ive tried this place and they do a horrible job I would strongly recommend not going here...

It’s been about 4 years since I’ve gotten my nails done and boy am I pleased! I was very hesitant since I haven’t been to this shop before but they were quick friendly and efficient!!

I went to get a full set and He did not use any buffers he only filled when putting nails on . My nails are bumpy and the gell is running off the nail I would say this is the worst place to get your nails done

HORRIBLE place to get your nails done. I’ve gone 3 different days within in this month & at different times to & every time I go in they tell me they’re too busy to do my nails. They’d barely have any customers but always tell me to come back another day just to tell me they still can’t do my nails. Horrible customer service, employees are very rude. You can spend the same amount of money you would spend there, somewhere else & get a way better job done.

Love this place. Super nice people. Fast and efficient. Have no problems with walk ins. Iv never had to wait for more the 5min, maybe and thts pushing it.

The few ( 3)times I went because I was desperate, the wait was long(they said 10 minutes and I waited 30, should have left) and they rushed. My cuticles were not cut, my nails were not shaped correctly, they threw lotion on my hands and asked for $$$. This place was definitely pricey for the service I received. Very basic place, the only nail place I’ve ever been to where I had to do my own manicure after their “manicure”!! Signed, Not that Desperate Anymore

Horrible customer service!! They clearly advertise that walk-ins are welcome, well there answer to me was they had no time to service me, when there were only 2 customers in the whole shop!! Really rude!! Will never go there again!!

The employees are rude!!! They do not care for new business and are perfectly fine to let you walk out. They do not know how to shape nails. The first and last time I went (since they seem perfectly okay to let’s walk out) I had several crooked nails. They do not seem to clean their tools either!! Save ur money diamond nails is across the street and de nail spa down the street!!!

The best place to go on this side of town. Work is always done well, but the price seems to vary a bit, so I dropped a star. Fill ranges from 15-18 depending on I dont know what, so thats irritating, but nobody around this area does a better job, so I deal.

Bad service, they are rude and not welcoming, as soon as you walk in you feel the bad vibes. There always under staffed and for something little you wait over 30 mins or more. They are always rushing to get to the next client. They did my manicure in 8 minutes very bad work.

HE KEPT TALKING IN IS LANGUAGE.. IM A LOYAL CUSTOMERS AND ALSO KEEP MY APPOINTMENT.. DONT SUPPORT A PLACE LIKE THIS THAT IS CARELESS AND RUDE AT THAT .. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE ..

So pricey trying to charge me 27$ for change of color and tip she was about to paint them With a gap like it’s obvious who paints their nail with a gap she said no with fill is 38$ Like no thanks I could of got a whole set nail acrylic polish for that price rude and pricey!!!

I went and had a Mani/Pedi done today (10/03/17) and in my opinion had pretty ordinary service. I dont go to get my nails done often but Ill never return to this place when I do go again. I felt like both my Mani and pedi were rushed through and missing key components to a real manicure or pedicure. Then to top it off I was ready to pay and was asked/pressured to not use my card with their credit card machine sitting on the counter but to use their on-site ATM for cash, which they claimed had no charge with even a sign stating no charge above the ATM. Come to find out later when I look in my bank account there was a second charge for using a foreign ATM that I didnt even agree to when originally even using the ATM. BEWEARE! Service is ALRIGHT but honesty completely sucked! They dont deserve your service!!

Recently had a full set done. Within a couple of days they started lifting. I got them done for a wedding and come wedding time it was like I had them on for months. They fell off on their own leaving dents in my natural nail. I get my nails done often but had never been here before. Anyway long story short, a few weeks pass and I start getting blisters around my cuticle and woke up to my whole finger swollen full of puss. The NP said I have paronychia!!!!! A fungal infection do not waste ur time or money here!

I dont know about you but if they tell you its a 15 minute wait and 30 minutes later you are still waitimg and a nail tech comes in to work and starts on someone else ..... thats when I leave and will never give them my business.

Had a full acrylic set put on a week ago. They were full of lumps and 4 of them already broke. Paid an extra 20 for gel polish and it started chipping off 2 days later. Wont go back paid 67 for a full set of nails and my daughter to have just polish done.
