Excellent pedicure. Ruby did a thorough job, all other salons pale in comparison. The owner Hanh was super cool and made us feel very comfortable. The customer service and attention here was way above average for this kind of business. They made an appointment and were perfectly on time. Nice and spacious and socially distanced. My stepdaughter got a manicure and it was pretty elaborate but her nails looked exactly like the picture she used as a template. For the guys I would highly recommend Ruby for a pedicure. This is definitely the new spot for my whole family.

There is something about Rose Nailspot that sets it apart from all the rest of the nail salons around here. They always do an amazing job on my nails and are accommodating to specific requests and nail art. All of the nail techs are knowledgeable and patient, not to mention careful with my nails and they always make sure I am relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere is calming and quiet, and the prices are great too. Definitely my go-to nail place from now on.

Ruby was my nail technician, she did a great job. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I love the videos they have up on the TV to keep you entertained. The music was very relaxing, everyone there is very accommodating and attentive. I think this is the first nail salon I’ve been to that I had a great experience.

Yes it’s a nice Salon but my nail tech was very unsanitary, she mixed the acrylic with the nail clippers Which weren’t even inside a sanitation package. Her table had dust every where and the way she handled my nails was very rough, it was a bad experience all the way around I paid $60 and my acrylic cracked in less than a week.

This has been my go to nail shop for over a year. Staff is great and everyone is really nice and helpful. Atmosphere is nice and its close to my home

Let me start with I have social anxiety n the moment I set foot in this nail salon I was treated with such respect and kindness. I felt so welcomed and just relaxed. Everyone I interacted with was just amazing. The experience was great, quality of food work fantastic, the ambiance, I mean literally every detail was just great. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been going here for about a year now and honestly it feels like home when I walk in! They have the best service every single time and are attentive to any requests you have! Has been the go to spot for me and my mom to relax together! Everyone there is soo sweet and down to earth especially Ruby and Hahn!!

If you really want your nails to look natural and clean, this is the place to go! My first time here, I was in a rush to do a full set for an event! They made my nails so beautiful to where I couldn’t even tell if they were my real nails or not, but that’s how spectacular they did them! I’m scrapping all the other places I go to because I just found my new spot.

I was so excited to try this place based off their Instagram but I have never been so disappointed . I wanted to bite them off on the way home lol. I tipped the lady because she did me a service but I think I get better nails at the $20 spot I used to go to. The nail tech I had messed up several times, cut some of my real nail, and even got glue on my finger. And I paid $80 for it. :( Anyways, I think to get nice nails at this place you need to ask for the managers daughter so I definitely would recommend doing that if you come here.

Really friendly staff and was relaxing. Quality of work can use a bit of tweaking. Just got this shellac mani yesterday and looks like I need a refill as polish does not go down to cuticle. Could be due to them performing a mani and pedi on me at same time. Will go back and get one at a time bc they really shine in customer service.

Popular for a reason. Their treatments and packages are truly an escape.To make my life easier, I will go on weekdays. They are crowded on weekends, even if you have an appointment.Ambiance is also great. I love the Liziqui channel they play on their televisions.

My daughter and I usually go to another local nail salon but have not been happy the last few times we’ve gone due to customer service and wait times. We made an appt here and we were seated almost immediately. The ladies that work here are so nice. It was a quiet environment which is something I loved compared to the places I’ve gone to previously where the nail techs are speaking loudly to each other. I got dip powder and an eyebrow wax and my daughter got a basic manicure. Both of our nail techs worked quickly and efficiently and were so sweet. The lady at the front desk is so well organized and you can tell she loves her job. I don’t even live on this side of town anymore but we will definitely be back!!

I’ve been going here several times and each time I am very satisfied with the service they provide. All the staffs are so nice and kind. The salon is so beautiful and CLEAN I must say. It’s not like a typical nail salon, this salon will have you leaving like you went to get a massage. I am in disbelief. The reviews this place is receiving are not deserved. The employees first of all were horrifyingly rude. One man asked me to put on a mask, as if to say the bottom half of my face was ugly. I was only trying to get my nails done so I can complete my hot Cheetos girl cosplay, and I didn’t think I’d run into so many conflictual situations. I had to wait for 2 hours without receiving any consolation or updates and eventually I just left.

Rose is the sweetiest & did a wonderful job on my nails. My pedicure was very relaxing as well. I definitely recommended this place.

Tried this place based on all the positive reviews. Glad I called ahead because they are appointment only right now due to COVID but they got me in within an hour. I got a shellac manicure and loved my technician. She gave me tips on how to care for my peeling nails and took her time on my manicure. Also the front reception guy was super nice and made sure I get comfortable. Definitely returning!

I had a great experience the first 2 times I was there. They are always nice but then I had an awful experience with one of the Nail Techs. The Nail tech was so rough and made my cuticles bleed. Burned my nail bed. My hands were burning. Went back took my nails off. I had 4 nails that had fungus!! My nails are so damaged!! I’m so disappointed

This place is an absolute dream! It is so serene and relaxed. Hong did my full set dip manicure and she was so sweet and gentle. She paid so much attention to detail and for a picky customer like me (I’m nice about it, I promise haha) she listened to what I wanted and produced! Mia did my pedicure and she was equally as talented and kind. The massage was EVERYTHING. I will definitely be back!

It was my first time going so unfortunately I was not aware of the appointment policy so I didnt get a chance to get my nails done but I was very impressed by what I did see so I will be making an appointment in the future.... hopefully very near future.

I’m very disappointed. I show up to my 9am reserved time and they did not have me on the schedule even though I have prove from a text message confirming the reservation. They show all this fancy work on Instagram but when you arrive they complain about the design even though it was not elaborate at all. I won’t be going back to this location again.

Rose Nailspot is AMAZING! The staff is beyond incredible. I am very impressed by the high customer service my mother and I received. Josue takes such great care of the customers. My mom is Spanish speaker and has a few medical conditions which may cause her to be uncomfortable with the acrylic smell. Josue went above and beyond for my mother. He assist in changing chairs so she was at the end of the salon so the smell didnt bother her, he showed her the different pedicures and even helped her pick a color for her. It was a huge relieve for me since I was at the manicure station and was not able to help her like I normally do. Josue took care of everything and made her feel welcome and comfortable. This made a huge impact in both of us because it is rare to find a place where my mom feels this comfortable. The technicians are angels. They take their time and you dont feel rush at all. You literally come to this place to relax and unwind. I loved it! We would definitely come back. Go check them out! You will notice this is not your regular nail salon, they are better.

I almost dont want to rate it because Im going to be upset if Kim cant see me because shes too busy. Ive been shopping around for a while now, going to different salons. The first time I came I was impressed, but I figured they knew I was a first timer so theyre trying to impress me. I came back for my second time and service was just as professional, friendly, my nail artist did an amazing job again, Im hooked. Im definitely keeping my punch card.

I LOVE THIS RELAXING NAIL SALON. When I get a manicure and pedicure, it feels like I am in heaven. The tone in the salon is so peaceful. I love the decorations, colors, style, quality of work, and how they treat their customers. Treat us like royalty. They add a special touch by adding flowers and cute small plates filled with scrubs to each pedi/mani. They take their time to complete magnificent and quality work. I finally found a new nail spa in Katy!

Went here for the first time and honestly, quality of work was mediocre for the service i received. but what really bothered me was when i was about to pay, the manicurist told me the price then out of nowhere, im assuming it was the owner or manager - came to the front and told me no its X amount because you got ombre done on 2 nails then walked away. it doesnt bother me if the manicurist forgot to include that in my price. but just the way this other person came up to interrupt and give me a new price. its not like i was asking for a discount or haggling the price. she could have approached me differently because the way im perceiving it, they are trying to take advantage of their customer and rip me off. no thank you. will not be back.

If you have not had a chance to get a mani or pedi here at Rose Nail Spot, you are missing out. It is very clean and professional. The pedicures are very relaxing, the atmosphere is calm and warm. For my birthday, I was bummed out to not be able to really do anything due to Covid, I called the spa to see if I could come with a handful of girlfriends and all get mani/pedis together and I am so glad I did! We had such nice service, it was all decked out with balloons and roses and wine and snacks, we basically had the entire place to ourselves (due to limited guests allowed in the spa at one time). Everyone was so attentive and it really made my day! They continue to have different raffles and drawings and contests to give back to their customers. You even get a card stamped with each visit that results in a huge discount! You will not be disappointed!

My sister and I went and it’s not what we expected. It’s very expensive and the quality it’s not good. We expected more than that for what we paid.

I came here for a pedicure. They took care of me, I feel like a new man. I also got the paraffin option and the wax was perfectly warm like a warm bowl of pho on a cold day. The staff is friendly and the place is very clean and tidy.
