I paid $50 and idek whyyyyyyy 😭 i never go here but i wanted to try a new place so I choose this spot considering all the positive review and the photos of some of the manicures look great but I don’t think I’ll ever come back here. I’m sure you can tell which nails are mine in the photo 😭 i really should’ve just walked out the moment I stated I had an appointment at 5 and the guy at the front desk just stared at me and said “ok” like do I just stand here or are you gonna direct me or tell me to wait??? It was so awkward and not as welcoming as the other reviews say. I really can’t believe I spent that much money on these nails :( when they say never cheat on your nail person THEY MEAN IT! I’m so disappointed ☹️

They are reasonably priced and do a great job. I love it because I dont have to drive very far. So happy. I will definitely choose this place as our go to spot.

I would give it 10 stars if i could. So clean, which is most important. Pedicure was amazing and the lady who did my nails, she did absolutely amazing!

I called them as I was about 5 minutes away, and I was able to get a spot immediately! The pedicure was great, the lady did a great job of cleaning/tidying my nails.

My first time there & I will never go back. I was there for 2 hours just for a pedicure. They had me sit in the chair unattended until the water went cold.. I knew I should’ve just left then because I ended up with a messy pedicure. Gave me a hang nail & messy paint. AND I still even tipped because I understand the beauty business & livelihood! I am a esthi and this is not the place.

Im very please with the work here! They took me in the first time to fix my nails from having them ruined at a different salon and they gave me the best shapes Ive had!

I had a full set of simple acrylics done. The nail is nowhere near attached to my nail bed!! I have a gap in between my natural nail and the fake nail they use to add length. What a waste of time and money!!

I went in to get my acrylics done, the lady sat me down and started to glue them on. i noticed that some of them were crooked and asked her to re-glue them and she completely ignored me. Not only that but i like my nails long and when she asked me how long i wanted them I showed her and she cut it almost as short as my natural nail even after showing her. I told her i didnt like the length and wanted her to redo it. She got so upset and didnt want to help me anymore so a man working had to take over. He started filing my nails and about 6 of them popped off. I requested him to just remove the rest of the nails so I could go somewhere else as I was not having a good experience with them. He insisted for me to stay and he would fix them for me, I agreed but only if he gave me a discount after all the time I had wasted. He re-did all my nails to my liking and they turned out beautiful and he honored the discount he said he would give. Not coming back but I appreciate the man (whose name I forgot) for redoing them and making them perfect and he was very nice.

My first time here and it was pretty good! I got a pedicure and their regular price for that is $22 but they have pedi services that go up to $45 for deluxe. I got the regular service but they charge $5 extra for callus removal, just heads up. They took their time, the massage chairs are nice, and Ill be returning next time! Ill update my review if anything changes

I’ve come here quite a few times and today was the last. I know currently we’re in a weird time with COVID and such which I totally understand, but I know that usually in most business, specifically businesses that deal with customer service, they try to atleast welcome you in and possibly give you a wait time or ask you to sign in or something, I was just told to sit and wait so I did along with my fiancé. Oh I forgot to mention this was for my wedding, so I already knew what I wanted and from previous experiences it wasn’t even crazy for them to be able to recreate so prepared for the usual complaints I get from the technicians, I found myself waiting for 25 minutes when I decided that after having not just one but 2 customers leave and having one worker idk take a dump or something and they would talk and talk among themselves which is fine but all that chatter could be done while working too. I decided to leave casually, Tony chased me outside asking me to wait when I told him that I would have appriciated a wait time to begin with but I didn’t want to wait any longer it was already 25 minutes. He asked me to wait 5 more but why? 30 minutes waiting for a simple full set. I’ve come many times and have always had something to complain about it but today was enough. I only came here because it was an area I knew but now I’ll be exploring other locations that know how to treat loyal customers.

Extremely annoyed. I came in with a simple fill. I have had my nails done professionally for 20 years, and never had a worse experience. The tech (Tony) painted hair into two of my nails and when I pointed it out and asked him to remove it he ignored me. Then I noticed one of my nails is cracked now. The design I asked was a simple one. The design he did was nowhere near what I asked and messy the lines are terrible and just No! Im going straight home and removing the polish and painting them myself. Ill go back to my normal salon next week!

Kim and the rest of her stuff is always so very friendly they go out of their way to say hello and no me by a first name basis. They always ask me how my children are doing. Kim always goes out of her way to make things right for me and make me very comfortable there. She provides phenomenal service.

Worst place ever honestly !!! Came to get manicure as he’s filing my nails he’s not even filing my nail to start off with, he’s looking elsewhere and he’s filing on the side of my finger and then does the same with all fingers and then tells me he’s done it was just the worst experience ever he could’ve had someone else do my manicure if he didn’t want to do his job right, I felt real discriminated!!

This salon came highly recommended but if I could give them no stars I would. They don’t acknowledge customers and are very rude. After waiting 15 minutes I asked how much longer I would have to wait. He said 5 minutes. 10 minutes later customers were arriving being seated before me. I got up and left. I just moved here from Phoenix and I expect to be treated professionally. I WILL NOT RETURN.

This is the best place around to get your nails done. They were absolutely amazing and took their time. My nails came out perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This will absolutely be my go to place in Tucson.

I just recently went to top spa nails because a friend recommended. I was warned for many reasons & gosh when i sat down on that chair... Jennifer did amazing from start to finish! I totally recommend and i will be coming back. The color range is amazing as well!

While waiting for my daughter to get her nails done nail tech asked what we needed and I said we needed two sets one for my daughter and one for her friend. They allowed us to sign in and called my daughters friend back. Then while doing her nails the nail tech told me that it’s too late to do my daughters nails but they don’t close for 2 hours. The nail tech was so rude and should have told me that before we sat there for 20 minutes. I will not return and don’t suggest anyone else return either because there are so many nail places to chose from and they should accept business instead of turn it away.

It was my first time going to a salon and it was really nice overall. The nails were very good and were exactly how I wanted, my only complaint would be that towards the end my cuticles started to hurt, but in the end Im very happy and would come back another time

Always very helpful Techs do everything they can to do your nails as you wish. And that alone is service people always wanted for their nails. Kim is super awesome teah and excellent at ideas and styles, Jennifer is very good at showing her what you want and doing it that way . Tony his super fast and making sure youre nails come out fresh and as if he spent hours in them . The Man whom sits to the Left of Tony is marvelous at making your nails look natural if thats what youre ever looking for otherwise he does it all . Please is not as updated as other nail spots but the service and quality of them doing your nails as you ask is top of what I get at other nail place .

I got a pedicure and she was rushing the whole time. I had to ask her to do the thing where you take the calluses off and she refused because my feet weren’t that bad, until finally I had demanded she did. After she massaged my feet for all of about a total of 2 minutes, for both feet!!! Don’t waste tour time

I have been going to Lee for my nails for years. He’s awesome.

I could tell they were talking about me the whole time I was there. Then they charged me $40 dollars for a fill and they design I wanted which wasnt hard at all. Stripes on my nails for the 4th of July. Not going back.
