Ive been to Lauren a couple times now for color and cut.I cannot say enough positive things about her.Up until a couple months ago I had basically given up on my hair - its fine, frizzy, falling out, lots of greys, not straight or wavy - just blah, etc. Ugh.I brought in a picture of a haircut I wanted and Lauren asked a bunch of questions about it to make sure we were on the same page. I showed her the color I was thinking of and again she asked questions and made suggestions. She listened and followed through with what we talked about.She did a phenominal job on both the cut and color. People that have known me a long time (family and friends) have said my hair has never looked better. My hair has body, the cut brought out curls and wave, the color is beautiful.I couldnt be more thrilled. And the people Ive referred her to have been equally happy.Thank you Lauren!

I just moved to Tucson and Im so glad I decided to try Salon de Nouveau. Lauren is AWESOME! Ive had highlights done in many different places by many stylists but Lauren did one of the best full highlights Ive EVER gotten. She absolutely nailed the color and tone without me even saying much at all. Shes also very personable and fun to chat with!The salon is also very clean, inviting, and professional, and feels very much like the quintessential higher-end salon, but without the exorbitant price tag. I was extremely impressed with the value of the service - Ive paid nearly double for the same thing without being nearly as happy with it. I highly recommend Salon de Nouveau and will definitely be returning, and maybe even to try a facial or similar spa service.

I got a cut from Heather today and she was AMAZING! I haven’t touched my hair in years and was nervous, but Heather was so easy going and explained everything she was doing. She really helped me relax and get excited for my new cut, which turned out perfect! The salon itself was clean and the ladies at the desk were kind and helpful. Honestly the best place I have ever been to for a haircut. I showed her a couple photos from Pinterest and Lauren gave me EXACTLY how the photos was. I have honestly never felt so good about myself and my hair. The absolute best and I hope she stays there for the next three years at least while I’m still in college here!! I love Katrina. I have seen her twice now and one of the best haircuts I have ever had for my curly thick hair. I wear it short and she always takes the time to understand what I want and how my hair works. She is patient, thorough, skilled, and very capable, I highly recommend her! She also gives a wonderful relaxing scalp massage. The Salon is clean, affordable, and easy to get to.

Emily is the best. She’s gentle and firm at the same time, depending on your needs. She comes and gets you without making you wait. Her pedicures are relaxing. She pays attention to what she is doing. I’m diabetic and she is extremely careful to not cut me. If your looking for a pedicure, I would highly recommend her.

Part of this companys mission statement is that WE LISTEN but it does not seem to be encouraged. If you are needing a service for your hair, do not let them place you with Mikayla. She doesnt seem to know the difference between a body wave and a jheri curl or was not trained to use the correct size rod based on what the client is asking for. At my consultation and before the treatment began, i had explained to her that i wanted a Body Wave perm. Additionally, i gave her visual examples of what my goal was for my hair. She used the 8/16ths and 9/16ths rods (grey & white), far too small for a body wave.

Hadnt had my hair cut in ages!Ive never gone this short. I absolutely love the look that my stylist Lauren and I came up with! It fits my face and my personality.After taking the sides short, I realized, I just wanted to have the sides shaved. Lauren worked me in the next day to help make that a realization. Extremely satisfied!

I had Heather as my hair stylist and she was amazing. She is super easy to talk to, funny, professional, and her 20+ years doing hair really shows. One of the best (honestly, maybe THE best) cut and colors I have ever had. I highly recommend.

I was not going to write a review, but after three days and noticing everything that went wrong with my hair, I decided to write this review.I got a haircut with Heather, who I enjoyed a lot. My hair was below my waistline and I wanted to chop it all out. I wanted my hair shoulder length with long layers and discreet. I emphasized I wanted the layers to be long. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She was very careful when cutting the length of my hair. I encouraged her to go shorter, and lengthwise she delivered what I asked. The problem was the layers. She cut the layers so short! My hair is shoulder length and I have layers going as short as above my ears! Even my partner noticed the haircut was nothing like I asked.My other issue was with coloring. I don’t have too much hair, nor do I have too little. But she used two tubes for a shoulder length hair! I was shocked with the price and I felt cheated. One solid color all over my hair $195, two tubes of color. The front desk lady acted a little surprised with the break down of the service when I asked her and she went to ask Heather for clarification. I have colored my hair in great salons, always with my hair way longer than it is now, and never ever a stylist used to tubes to color my hair. To make matters worse, it did not completely cover my grey hair, which was what I was looking for.Also, I had to wait 20min to be seen and I was there for three hours! Way too much time in a hair salon. I always go for places that don’t rush service but this one was like too slow for me, and I’m so mad with the way my hair looks now. I been having it up on a pony tail from the second I left the place. I do not recommend this place.

My stylist was Lauren. She was incredibly kind, and really listened to what I wanted for my hair. I get nervous sometimes because when I go for a haircut, I usually end up with much shorter hair than anticipated. Not here, Lauren cut my hair exactly how I was picturing it. From the hair wash, to the cut, to the blow drying she was gentle and took her time. I didn’t feel her rushed at all. I think I finally found my all-time favorite stylist! Go check her out!

She has knowledge and a knack for hair styling thats leagues beyond most. In all honesty Salon de Nouveau is my side piece when my main piece is booked out and I need a haircut Pronto. I got Heather this time around and she cut my hair just like my main piece does, a great eye for perfection, loved it! Of course when you leave the salon, your hair looks amazing. After I showered and let my hair air dry, it still looked amazing! Alexus was awesome and even gave me a sample of the oil she used (my hair frizzes very easily) and even without the oil my hair looks amazing! The oil gives it the cherry on top! 100% recommend this salon and the hairstylist, very nice and professional woman.
