I enjoy living here at The Vintage. Tiffany was great when I moved in. She worked with me so I could get into an apartment. I love the layout. Also, maintenance has been very prompt and thorough when dealing with issues I have brought to their attention. And I LOVE that we can now pay rent online. I will be renewing my lease with The Vintage.

I have been living here for the past year and I am very happy I chose this apartment complex. Angela has been so helpful an awesome! Every time I put in a work order or anything regarding from questions and concerns she is always there to help! Even though we are in a pandemic I dont have a hard time communicating.

Worst apartment complex in Tucson. I lived here for 2 years in multiple units. The first unit had black mold that had been painted over to try and hide it. I moved to another unit that had cockroaches and termites in the ceiling. Drug addicts constantly breaking into cars and stealing from porches. Multiple police raids in the 2 years I was here. The new office staff are just as bad as the old ones. The apartments are way overpriced. They are painting the outside to make it look nicer but the termite damage and mold will still be inside these units. I had to make several repairs myself since the office refused to do any work. I left this place in better condition than when I moved in. After I moved out they called and said they were sending my refund check for my deposit but then canceled the check and said I wasnt getting my refund with no explanation. This place is not only a health hazard but is also a scam. The only people that are happy with this place have very low standards. If you have kids and value your health dont waste your time with this place.

Some people have nothing Better to do then complain. Since this management took over theyve worked on the roofs, outside fence, The landscaping etc... My apartment is beautiful! Angela & Tiffany treat us fair. They listen to our concerns and address them. The old management could careless. They did unspeakable things. I guess thats what these reviews wants back? What a joke. Take it from a long time renter. I recommend living here. Girls do not pay any mind to the mean people. Take care .

Ever since the new owners took over the apartments have gone down. Hot water is just warm or takes a while to get hot. The office people never answer the phone when you call during office hours and now they are closed most of the week. Thinking of moving out when my lease is up.

I was reading the reveiws and find it amusing that the Manager of Woodridge Apartments gave themselves a five star review and a wonderful compliment about how great the units are. Yet, the tenants express how unhappy they are at Woodridge.Oh well I am sure glad I caught that. I wonder if they did lol! Oh well I will keep searching 😃

I have lived here for a few years now. I enjoy the new management. Angela is sweet and helpful. The other lady is nice. The guys work well. One guy stays in his office all day. They came to my apartment for my Ac. It took a few times. It finally works after they called out a person to come fix it. Nice place to live. No neighbors over me. Its peaceful.

Thank you for being respectful and for providing quality customer service. I will be applying soon. The apartment is perfect!

My mother lives at Wood ridge apartments. She has been their for 15 years. The new Assistant manager Angela has helped us out so much. Thank you. She was in a bind and my 84 year old mother thought she was going to lose her home. I spoke with Angela every day for a week. She went out of her way and found other places for my mother. She emailed me every day just to keep me posted on any new information. She really was sincere and compassionate about the situation. When she called us with the good news that mother can stay We cried . She is incredible assist to this complex. Thank you all

When I first went to view these apartments, the office lady, Kat, was very nice/welcoming, showed me the model apartment - which I loved the accent wall and they said I could have at no additional cost. When I moved in I had literally a page and a half of complaints/move in check list. Within the first week I lived there, my dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen floor, I called the office, they sent over the maintenance guy to “fix” it, the next time I ran it, it did it again - they replaced it. Second, my refrigerator wasn’t working - wasn’t cooling anything, not even the freezer - they replaced it. My COLD water wasn’t working in the shower. These were the major things, in addition to the wrong accent wall painted, and not painted properly at that, the counters weren’t resurfaced - as you could see the previous tenant left a hot pan on the counter and it burned the counter, cabinets were old/worn down and you could tell, bathroom tub wasn’t resurfaced - which also had multiple stains. The bathroom sink was rusting around the drain, someone poorly just painted over it. All this I brought to the manager, Maria’s, attention and she even walked in with me and noticed what a poor job was done on this apartment. Said she would have the counters and tub resurfaced, new cabinets as they were signing a contract with Lowe’s the next month - none of that happened. They said that the maintenance guy who was working at that apartment complex prior had been on his way out and was doing poorly at his job and that was their excuse. The only thing good about this complex is it was quiet and somewhat clean, other than the mountain of cigarettes my neighbor across the way was throwing off his balcony and the bird seed the neighbor below him would spread on her balcony and attract disgusting pigeons.

Just turned in my keys for living 1 year there yesterday, The bad reviews for Woodridge apts are misleading really Im sitting here asking if I lived In the same place as them lol . Kat, Tina & Maria are the 3 managers that work at the front office there and are very caring and understanding . I had a broken ankle for a couple months and was short on my checks and had to pay late but they went and waived the late fees for me. Didnt have to beg complain or anything, Just had complete understanding w no judgement & theres sooo Much more they have done for me I really couldnt ask for better managers there. So sweet and kind no favorites there really . Price did raise quite a bit, my rent would be $100 higher IF I renewed another lease there, But I believe thats all Corporates Fault, Nothing to do w management there . I will definitely look out for another apt under there management if I were to go out apt hunting again but decided to stay at my moms ! Thank you Maria, Kat & Tina !!!!!

Process pretty good.. Only thing was the cabinet doors arent matching.. I thought I was getting Brand new cabinets but only got some of the doors replaced.. everything else good to go.. atmosphere is great property kept clean the Landry room Im in love with has a sink and always clean plus the machines work!!! I would def recommend to move in..

Everyone who works at Woodridge is friendly, helpful and quick when you need something to be done. The office staff go out of there way to make sure you have what you need and maintenance personnel have never kept me waiting longer than a day to respond to an issue I had. Good place to live!

I have lived here for 2 years this may. I would definitely not recommend anyone to move here. They charged me extra rent because I did not specify that I was NOT renewing my lease. I gave them 3 weeks notice instead of a months notice that I was not going to renew my lease. They charged me hundreds of dollars for that. Ive never heard of such a thing. I even begged them not to charge me the fee because Id recently had surgery and was dealing with medical bills. Then, they forwarded my email to them about this problem to my girlfriend (who lives in another state). Im pretty sure thats not even legal. The whole thing was very misleading and shady. Also, they raise the rent multiple times every year.

This place is perfect; no complaints at all really! And the maintenance team is very good, I had a non working kitchen light and patio light and the complex was quick to fix it. All in the same day I called !Honestly love this place :)

Absolutely love Woodridge Apartments! The staff is professional, friendly, and eager to answer any questions to help you. Maria, the manager, really makes a difference, she goes the extra mile for you. The complex is kept very clean and whenever you place an order, it gets done right away. I have recommended Woodridge to three of my friends and they have moved here, and also love it. Over all, best apartments in Tucson.

The management and staff are extremely friendly and willing to work with your concerns and will go out of their way to try to make you happy with said concerns. They have cleaned up this community and are doing much more. Maintenance is on site and try to get to everything as fast as possible. Ive been here 10 years and we are very happy with our home

We enjoyed our 3 years here. The neighbors were nice, the pool and laundry room were clean and the maintanace team was prompt and kept the grounds and facilities nice. Management was also easy to work with. These apartments are also close to amenities and have nice grounds with grass and trees.

I am not a resident, however I went to check it out today because of the 3.7 star rating. I was very disappointed when I got there. I was told its $20 more for a lower level. Thats not right, because if someone is handicapped (like me) they have to have a lower apartment. I believe it is discrimination.

In the last few months there has been a consistent lack of hot water. Whats worse is that no one from management lets you know about it ahead of time. So when you get up to go to work in the morning you find yourself having to take a five-minute shower because the water is so incredibly cold.

My apt is in the back of the complex with nice views of the mountains and the wash. There are nice flowers throught Woodridge and the pool area is super clean. The AC works good and they keep the filters clean. The gals in, the office are helpful and kind and respectful..they work hard to keep the complex satisfactory for everyone.My main concern is the cigarette smoke that comes through the walls and floors and patios. When I first got here I got very ill from the smoke filling up my bathroom and bedroom. My neighbor has skin cancer and bronchitis and her apt reeks of smoke..the person has moved out from the apt below and we are both praying that a non smoker is put there so us seniors can have a better quality of life.

I havent lived here 5 months and its been a terrible experience. I went almost a week without hot water, not including the times before that I went days before they decided that something must be wrong and fix it. I had water in my walls from my A/C making bubbles and being told that its not considered an emergency for someone to come and look at it after 5pm, Ive called 3 times and they still cant seem to fix it. The last time I called was on a Thursday and didnt get in contact with someone til Monday, was told they would fix it on Tuesday, called at 430pm and was told that they would have to do it on Thursday cause they were busy, called today to check on it and they havent even attempted to fix it, was told that they were heading up there right now, basically telling me that they forgot and were going right now cause I called. I get if your busy but some things need to be done in a timely manner, and the residents should be notified if something cant be done that day. In the entire A/C problem not once did they call me, I had to call them to get any kind of update.

I have lived in these apartments for 2 years now, and experienced a bumpy transition period to a new management company which is reflected in some of the negative reviews you will see here, which were taken seriously and addressed by the new team, lead by the manager Maria.At present, this is an older, but comfortable and well kept complex with nice floor plans, courteous staff, fair rates, pleasant neighbors and some great views of the catalina and rincon mountains. The location is convenient with nearby schools, shopping, dining and employment as well as a bus stop right in front.If youre looking for an apartment on the east side, be sure to stop in and see if its for you.

I have been renting for the last ten years of my life and have never experienced the type of negligence that I have encountered the past year at Woodridge.It started last summer when our AC would leak to the extent that it would completely flood our counter and then leak onto the floor. It took maintenance four times to come out and fix it. The final time, we went to the office to report it and mentioned that this was the fourth time this happened, the management responded that it was not and proceeded to check the computer to verify that it indeed was.Then throughout the winter and fall, our hot water would frequently be shut off for anywhere from a couple hours to an entire day at a time. This happened at least ten times and while we were sometimes given warning, we often were not. It is extremely frustrating to repeatedly wake up for work and have to take a cold shower.A few months ago, the pool was shut down by the city. It turned out there was an electrical fixture that was exposed in the pool that was not fixed by the management and so the city had to close down the pool. Even then, it took months before the pool was fixed and reopened. Yet another service the property advertises and charges for, but does not provide.Finally, last week(the beginning of June) our hot water was out from Saturday evening until Tuesday afternoon. I went to speak to the manager about it after work on Monday and although she was very nice, she kept resorting to the idea that they are not doing it on purpose. She explained that she too rents and that she knows it can be frustrating when maintenance issues arise. And while it is frustrating, that is not the issue- the issue is the consistency in the poor quality or altogether lack of services that we are promised but not provided. That it is not done intentionally is irrelevant. Management should provide the services they promise or provide compensation when they fail to do so.I also called MEB directly and spoke to someone who said she would look into it but it has been a week and I have yet to get a response. I will never rent from MEB and will urge everyone I know to also avoid their properties. I intend to do a BBB review as well.I almost forgot to mention(probably because this is becoming the norm), that when I woke up this morning, there yet again was not hot water. It has been three hours and it is still not working.Unless you like cold showers and no accountability from management, I suggest you stay away from Woodridge.

I am just in the move in process and I cant tell U enuf how wonderful Kat and Maria are. Kat is the most knowledgeable Leasing Agent Ive ever met. The apartment community is clean and quiet. Everyone is so friendly. The ground are lovely. I was surprised they dont have grass in the back but the large & small rocks are very nice! I am so looking forward to living there! Thank U Kat U have helped me so much with my ugly situation where I live now and U have told me exactly what my pea brain needs to know to finish the move in process. The laundry room is so clean, they have a real sink and hanging bars which I begged for at La Hacienda! They have Coke, Pepsi, and Water machines, ours were all removed. Im so excited!

This place doesnt deserve even a measly one star. They have no regard for you here, they have a real problem notifying you when ever the water gets shut off for repair. So I wake up and get the surprise of turning on the faucet and nothing coming out! This is a problem on its own, way to frequently they need to make repairs on the pipes, once or twice a week for weeks! Im not kidding. And when they do turn the water on its tinged brown, I ask you when are u going to get someone to fix the water pipes once and for all?? Good grief!! I understand repairs need to happen once in a while but this frequently seriously its ridiculous. Maybe I would be able to deal with all the repairs a little better and I wouldnt even be complaining if you all at least had some courtesy to leave a note on my door, to notify me so I can plan around it better! Yes I have received two notes, but that was only two. Many, many other times it happens and its a surprise to me and frankly its becoming so regular its not even a shock. I see management walking around outside and u would think leaving a note would be that simple. But they dont take the time to do it.Also when you have construction on the building jack hammering on the wall you dont let us know about when that happens either. Otherwise the office ladies are friendly but mostly this place isnt worth the cost in rent. Also this place locks up the water dispenser way to early at 9oclock. I really dont want to complain but maybe it might help. Also they have no problem giving you an apartment that has a leaky fridge, a clogged bathtub drain, and a oven that doesnt even work. RIDICULOUS.PS. I just read other comments from 9 months ago stating the same exact water issue where you guys turn it off to repair it. Which never actually gets repaired does it.. I havent been long enough to know its been that on going.. For anyone who wants to feel security in your living situation -this is clearly not the place for you.

I previously lived in Woodridge Apartments for over 2 years. Ever since these apartments were sold by HSL to MEB this apartment complex has been going downhill. The management did not fix the lighting problem with the pool for at least 8 months since they acquired it from HSL. They are very reluctant to spend the money necessary to fix problems properly. I filed complaints about the pool lighting and the lighting in areas of the complex and stairwells with code enforcement and section 8 and the apartment complex management then made slanderous and false allegations with section 8 getting me cut off from section 8 and then I just packed up the stuff I could carry and left the rest behind and left. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone or any other apartment complex that MEB manages. There are plenty of snakes in Arizona and walking snakes working in the management at Woodridge and at MEB. DO NOT RENT IN ANY APARTMENT COMPLEX MANAGED BY MEB.

My original review, the one to which the management team responded, appears below the dash lines; this is an update being posted on the 30th of June. It has been two weeks since the manager of Woodridge very courteously said she would reach out to me about my complaints - she hasnt. I havent received a phone call, an e-mail, a text message, a knock at my door: in a word, nothing.Please, please, please do not be fooled by Woodridge; this apartment does everything it can to keep up good appearances, but they do very little to actually solve tenant issues, and, as Ive noted, they dont even reach I out t when they say they will. This is very literally the worst apartment complex Ive ever come across and I would hate for anyone reading this review (or anyone else for that matter) to go through what weve gone through here. Were not even asking for money or anything - nothing Woodridge would offer me would make me take down this review; I simply want nobody else to experience this place.Tucson is a wonderful city with wonderful apartment complexes. This simply isnt one of them. Woodridge is a detriment to this city. Stay away. Theyre liars and inattentive to tenant needs.(Ive attached a photo of mold in a kitchen cabinet. This is purely and simply disgusting and Woodridge never did anything to solve this issue, among many others.)-----Would not recommend this apartment to anyone. The lastest example of this apartments inefficiency and general lack of quality occurred a week ago, when the complex didnt have hot water for three consecutive days. And today again, the 11th of June, we dont have hot water - considering that its a Saturday, we wont have hot water till Monday at the earliest.But the complex also just doesnt provide timely maintenance work, in some cases going so far as to doubt what weve reported. I informed them that my air conditioner was leaking water and the manager (no longer at this complex, but still symptomatic of this place in general) told me it was probably just due to the monsoons. I would rather not have anything from my ceiling leaking, monsoons or not, and I didnt appreciate their reluctance to fix the problem.More recently, the pool was shut down by the city for over a month owing to some electrical problem - an electrical problem in a pool? Thats frightening and indicative of this complexs general negligence. Even without the absurdity and severity of the situation, why was the pool shut down for over a month? A pool is a primary amenity in Arizona and surely one of the things we tenants are paying for. Yet th service wasnt provided - just like consistent hot water.In general, the management staff is nice, as in theyre pleasant. Im sure MEB Management Service - the corporation overseeing this complex - tells their management staff to be unaccommodating because they dont want to spend the money. When we reported he hot water issue and complained about the pool, managements response was, Thats what happens when you rent. Ive been renting my entire life and have never had such a bad experience at an apartment. Services, at other places, are either always provided or fixed as soon as possible without excuse.This complex and MEB are simply no good. We will never rent from MEB again and we will be reporting these incidences to the Better Business Bureau, owing to a lack of accountability and a failure to reimburse us for unprovided advertised services.Oh, but among all these issues they found the time and money tonl redesign their office. I guess they want prospective tenants thinking this is a good place to live. Dont fall for it. At the very least, ask if you can check their hot water.
