I have lived here a few months and have had nothing but bad things happen. The leasing office is very nice when they get you in, but it’s been all downhill since then. First I’d like to bring up how we had paid rent early and it took 2 weeks to pull out and counted us late and when we called, the front office CUT ME OFF AND WAS RUDE. So i emailed and still got no response (which is very poor customer service trying to get ahold of ANYONE here). Second, after the chiller outage that happened, we had MULTIPLE requests for our AC to be fixed and we kept getting emails saying it was fixed when it wasn’t. We called the leasing office and they said they came by and changed the filter, well they lied because I was home all day as I do work from home and the maintenance guy who ACTUALLY came and fixed our AC laughed because it was not changed and completely covered in FILTH and DUCT TAPE? So I don’t like the lying from maintenance. We’ve been waiting for a new fridge since the day we moved in and still haven’t gotten anything and we also haven’t gotten any of our other work orders fixed but they’re being marked so it is frustrating. Thirdly, I would like to report how I literally got something STOLEN. I had a welcome sign with flowers in the bucket on it and it was stolen and never returned which irritates me because I’m not sure if it was neighbors or the random people that come in because the gates are almost always open and not gated for security. I am expecting a baby soon and having poor AC, constant home issues, and no response from ANYONE to help us, I will threaten legal action if it happens again where we are again without AC for a month like we were. I love the home and the site, but I am not happy with the service. The owners also beg you to leave reviews so here you go, Yardz. Pull up my file while you’re reading this.
Me, my brother and my friend came in to look at there 3 bedroom apartment. We were helped right away with one of the staff there Frances. She was extremely helpful and got us pre approved right away. Super sweet and friendly.
I called and spoke to Francine about moving from California to Arizona. She was very informative explained all of the options available for applying and the steps that it would take for my application to go through. The virtual tour online made it a very easy yes for me the location is beautiful. My daughter-in-law had found this place and when she was calling to gather information on my behalf the office staff was nothing but helpful. I would like to thank Fernanda Amy Stephanie and Francine for making all our interactions with yardz on kolb a wonderful experience. I have submitted an application and look forward to becoming part of the community.
There are individuals that work with the office staff that make this area a better place to live My hat is off to their hard work. cleaning the laundry rooms, fixing items with in our apartment, picking up trash in the parking lots, and more. These men and women are to be applauded for their hard work and care
I give 4 out 5 stars only because of some of the other issues I had. But as far as the office staff, Naomi and Fernanda are AMAZING. They have helped me out with any issue I have had and have been incredibly understanding as well. I have only had a couple interactions with Katrina but she also has been very helpful and nice. Ive lived in these apartments before and they definitely have improved a lot of things here. As with any complex you cant always control the neighbors you have or the issues that come along with being in an apartment, but they have cleaned this place up and I respect that will actually LISTEN when you have an issue. Ladies, keep up the good work!
Im posting this review because I have a leak in my apartment that is being taken care of by Mr. Enrique the maintenance man. He has found my leak and is fixing it now. He is the most professional and kind maintenance guy Ive ever met and I highly recommend he gets a raise. If you can come in on a Saturday and be as nice as him you deserve all the raises. Its nice to have wholesome hard working people around you can depend on. Thank you Yardz
I’ve lived at Yardz on Kolb for about 6 years now and I’ve been stuck because of the convenience of the location being next to anything you would need as we as the environment and will most likely renew again. The staff have been nothing but great to my brother and I, especially Ernesto Valle who has been of great assistance when needed! I had a drain backup today which kept flowing through my kitchen onwards. Ernesto expedited his services and replaced the piping that caused the issue and kept asking if there was anything else that needed to be done. Knocked out like 2 other jobs while I had him here with a smile on his face! Customer service like this should be recognized^. Thanks a lot Ernesto!!💪🏽👍🏽
This apartment complex has been a fresh of breath air compared to other apartments Ive lived in. Ive had nothing but positived vibes since moving in. The management team is professional, understanding and great at getting things done when I ask. Francis is amazing kudos to the management team for hiring her she deserves a RAISE. The maintenance guys are great too. One of them is evening building a skate ramps for My boys. This place feels like a real neighborhood kids are always out side playing. Love this place!!!!!!!
This is my first place and everything went so smoothly from the application process to picking up my keys, all with the help Fernanda and Frances. They’re both very warm, friendly and welcoming and I’m so grateful for their help. I love it here and everything has been great so far. It’s fairly quiet here besides the kids that play outside, which is nice. My apartment was also ready on time for me to move in.
I called and spoke with Naomi. I am looking forward to my tour next week for a 3 bed townhouse. She answered all my questions and was beyond helpful. Very informative and made me feel welcome. Would recommend her.
Although a nice looking place they have a terrible management system. I applied for an apartment and did multiple things to assist the management staff in processing my paperwork. They did do somethings that I believe they wouldnt have had to do normally, however I did more then needed to assist in getting my family approved and instead was denied, and they didnt even have the courtesy to call me to tell me they were denying my application i had to find out by looking up my profile to check the status. On top of that I still have not received a refund for the admin fee which was 100% refundable if denied.LET ME ADD TO THIS THAT I APPLIED FOR A SPECIFIC UNIT, INSTEAD OF WORKING DILIGENTLY TO GET ME APPROVED OR JUST SIMPLY DENYING ME AND LETTING ME KNOW THEY PUT ME ON THE WAITING LIST, DIDNT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS TO THE LEASING OFFICE REGARDING MY APPLICATION. THEY ARE 100% UNPROFESSIONAL.
I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now when we first moved in everything was a mess in the apartment had to clean it before we could unpack police were here every day roaches everywhere but ever since monarch tookOver management I can say there has been a drastic decrease in the criminal activity and the office staff is attentive to the needs of the residence well with me anyway I had Ernesto in my apartment to fix some things and he did a wonderful job

Fernanda Take a is the best! She has single-handedly helped me out when it seemed like my appliances had finally given up. She worked quickly to get the issue resolved in a professional and comfortable manner that any agent should aspire to!
Fernanda was my Leasing Agent, but Naomi & Katrina have also been amazingly helpful when it came to my moving-in. Every super minor issue I’ve had has been as quickly resolved as soon as they can and properly done! I’ve had no major issues so far, but even if I did, I believe that I’ll be taken care of!

Me and my Wife just want to say Thank You to Fernanda for taking our dog home with her when she was lost. We had no idea where are dog went and the office reported a missing dog with a photo. By the time we saw the email and photo which matched our dog the office was closed we were so scared that they might have taken her to a shelter or possible someone else came to claim her. Fernanda took her home for the night where she was fed had fun with other dogs and kept warm for the night. Thank you so much for that Yards staff is amazing.
Fernanda Yanes is awesome, she is the only one in the office who truly help residents. I wish I could give 0 star to this apartment not only the office stuff members exclude Fernanda, the environment does not feel safe. Fernanda is very sweet and professional, she solved the problems that have been requested more than a year ago. The first manager was very easy and friendly since ever this second person owned this apartment everything is hard to understand now. The residents have to pay extra for pest-control even if you do not use it and these is more. There is so much to say about this apartment but all I am going to say is every place has one good source. Thank you Fernanda you make life easy for people like me. If anyone in here need help ask for Fernanda. Thank you again.
The only real complaint I have is that even when the AC is working, its hard to believe because its always hot. Between my current apartment and the one I transferred from, its like it doesnt actually COOL the place down. Ive had numerous maintenence guys come in and say everything is fine, but I had to go out and buy a whole portable AC unit and several fans for my household to feel somewhat comfortable. The 2nd floor bedrooms are the worst. Pretty much no air gets up there. And by the amount of window ac units I see, I know Im not the only who dealing with this Chiller thats supposedly working. The summer months are almost intolerable so if youre looking for a nice cool place to call home, keep looking. Otherwise this place is ok. Not good. Just ok.

Naomi Sandoval Was my office assistant. I went in and she was polite and efficient and detail oriented. I then realized all the amenities and community I was also getting with my apartment and it was a good feeling. I got my keys on time and the place looked sharp. Nice re done floors. The sink looked a little old so I mentioned it and they immediately replaced it without a second question. Simply awesome. Then to top it all off... Naomi has some gorgeous eyes. The kind you don’t wanna look directly into cuz your scared you might get in trouble for not responding on time... haha sorry.Plus they got this Amazon hub delivery thing it’s all like futuristic and stuff. I know I’ll be swimming in July for sure. This place is just fine by me. Not to mention close to frys and brush fire and ace. And near my work. Thank you for making it easy to find a place called home Naomi.

I dont live here but I deliver here alot for a delivery service. There is a lot of package theft here and one customer asked to deliver their box to the office. The lady said they dont accept them and I mentioned that it gets stolen alot at that address and she said Well if it happens, it happens. These people dont care about their tenants and it shows, they see everyone as dollar signs and thats it. My opinion is that there are better rental companies to look at besides this one.

Maintenance is great, I had an issue with my stove and they were really good in taking care of it really quick
It sucked honestly but the roaches were the worst. They lived in the walls. They got in our food & infested everything we owned. We had to get professionals to spray our furniture multiple times before they went away. Don’t move here

Theyre raising the rent by an unfair amount and still cannot provide us the maintenance that we requested. The management seems to care very little for their customers. I used to refer this place to my friends but I would not anymore.

The Yardz on Kolb has been a disappointing experience. No hot water for 7 days!!! It is altogether unpleasant to wake up to this. There is tons of dog poop everywhere and not enough grounds keeping even after multiple complaints. In the last year, I have had everything from unsafe outlets, backed up water lines to gutting my bathroom and replacing the shower and toilet which also left me without utilities for a week as well. It seems management has a pattern of leaving individuals without the basics they pay for. Very saddened.
Ive lived here over 2 years now. Yes the management has changed hands multiple times, yes these buildings are old. I get that. What I dont get is having an online portal for rent payments, maintenance requests and to contact the office if none of it operates in a timely fashion.My maintenance requests take over a week to get a response to. Ive tried not to need them but when things like water pooling in my hallway because of a leak behind the wall... I kinda want them to deal with that.My most recent rental payment was made on September 4th and I received a confirmation email with the receipt right after (due the first so yes I was late and paid the fine) but the money was never taken until today September 9th and I was given an eviction warning on the 4th.Ive tried emailing the office to find out why the payment wasnt taken and have yet to hear back. I dont like doing things over the phone because I cant look back and see evidence of what was said and by who.My current lease is set to be over in February and I will be moving this time.
Why can you not select no stars? This place is horrific! Roaches everywhere. From the first day I moved in, I could not get rid of them. Then the air conditioning NEVER worked. Never got below 85 degrees until I bought two 400 dollar units for the apartment. The bathtub upstairs leaked and rotted the wood below it and we took our lives in our own hands every time we took a shower. All they did to fix it was to plaster a new coating on the tub. The laundry facilities are gross and dirty. We finally bought a house to get away from there and rather than send me a final bill, they instantly sent me to a collection agency for WAY more that what I should even come close to paying. PLEASE do not rent here!!!

We notified the front office that we have a baby on the way before we signed the lease. The tour and unit seemed perfect. It’s is incredible on how hot our unit has become these past few days seems like our cooler is not working. I understand during this pandemic that we’re all doing our best, but having a week old newborn in a hot apartment is not safe.
I would like to thank Luis for doing an outstanding job at fixing my bathroom sink with the drainage problem. It now works as it is suppose too. He understood exactly what I was telling him. I am very happy we have him as the Maintenance Supervisor as it is apparent he knows the in & outs of his position. Thank you very much.

The previous manager company wasnt the greatest in customer service. The new management that has taken affect in the past month has improved and they are updating the sight with a security guard along with a few other good things. I just hope when our lease comes up next year they dont try to pull anything and increase the rent by too much.
We just moved in, so I cant say we have long term experience with the place yet. However, I was worried about the negative reviews about the office staff and what not. We have had an absolutely positive experience so far. The ladies in the office have been so nice, and they havent had any issues with answering questions. Our townhome is nice and clean with no bugs. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. So far, everything and everything has been great.
My experience the past few years with this complex has been hell! However recently the complex has taken on new management and I am Soo pleased to say that they are amazing! They have been very efficient on everything that they have done from renovating the property to any request that have been asked. Thank you guys!!!

This place is amazing! I love living here! Raina, Bailey, Santana and all the others are so awesome. They hung on to my apartment for me while housing corrected errors. They audited my account when a problem occurred and fixed it right away. Got bugs? No problem. I took the issue to them and they fixed the issue in less then a week. They are more then willing to help people! Approach them with kindness and respect and they will do the same. They are making so many improvements and upgrades to this place! This disabled veteran loves her home and this property. I am very grateful to the office staff and essential pest control for their swift actions when I have had issues. Thank you so much guys! I look forward to working more with you guys here! You’re awesome! Keep up the great work guys and thank you again!
I had the an absolute great experience while living here. There have been major changes happening since the new management company took over. The property looks great as a lot of improvements have been happening. The office staff is really friendly and very attentive to the requests I have had and have made sure that my experience while living here is a great one! I recommend it highly!
I have lived here since 10/2017. I have experienced 2 management companies. I have noticed a positive change in the complex with the new management company. They are willing to help the tenants to the best of their abilities. There were a few bumps in our road but having an open communication with the office staff helps a lot. There is always room for improvement in any situation and I believe the management company welcomes the feedback. I am almost to the end of my lease and if I was paid more I would stay I also need more space for my family. I will miss the office staff and the apartment.

Not happy at all. I don’t do well in heat. There is no AC and the living condition is uncomfortable . Not to mention is smells gross from the humidity . I won’t be renewing my lease. I also think we should not be paying for utilities that aren’t on for about 5 months . There is always plumbing problems . My toilet always gets clogged . I will go somewhere that offers ac year round and also has a toilet that willFlush .Waiting for my lease to be up . After two years, I’ve had enough of this place !!!!
I hesitated to move in to this apartment complex from the beginning because I’ve heard so many bad review from people in the city about these apartments and when I had no choice but to move here I already knew what I was getting my self into and unfortunately it’s not good! I’ve had so many occasions where I needed to stand up for my self because all the staff does here is over speaks u and be little your knowledge! They do not take in to consideration that you have children or the privacy of ones home! Now that I’m in a situation where the manager told me I was going to be evicted I gathered all my belongings and left but because my ex didn’t pay the rent then three day later later decided to pay the rest of the rent for June rent that I had no idea it wasn’t paid in the first place until I decided to call because I never signed a new lease Megan the manager wants to shut me up and hang up on me! She’s very rude and inconsiderate to others and doesn’t like to help people understand the landlord tenant rules in Arizona. My ex decided to down grade our apartment a week before I delivered our now decease son. I never signed the new lease and they never cared that I signed it either. They are plotting against me with my ex husband and telling my business to other people who stay at these apartments because they’ve come to me and told me them self what the staff in this complex has said. They are very very unprofessional! And not trust worthy! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! It’s not worth it!
Ive lived here for three years now and it has changed hands so many times I cant keep count but ever since its been Yardz things have been much better. The front desk girls: Santana, Raina, and Michelle are breezes of fresh air. They are always pleasant to deal with. They help as much as they can in their ability to do so and are quick to get answers they dont have.
This place has been awful. First off, we were supposed to be out of our current apartment on the 25th, so we were to have our lease start at this place for the 22nd to give us time to move and clean. We get a call 2 DAYS before we’re supposed to move in, saying we can’t move I. Until the 29th now. So we had to figure out where to go with our stuff and where we were going to live for a week! That was the first issue When we first intersected with the office, We did our tour and everything looked nice! We thought we would be getting an apartment like the model. WRONG! The countertops were damaged, the cabinets were Broken. There’s a hole in the wall by the piping in the bathroom. The shower was disgusting! I had to scrub it for an hour and it still seemed dirty! Then nighttime came around on our first night. I went to move a few boxes in the bathroom and ROACHES! At least 5 of them. My husband killed them and we went about our night. Went to lay down for the night, and more roaches crawling on the walls In the bedroom! My husband ended up killing at least 30 roaches in one night. Then my went to kill what he thought was a roach on the bed, and it was BED BUGS!! We hadn’t even had our bed in the apartment for 12 hours and it was infested with them. Absolutely disgusting. So we left that morning. Had to pay for a hotel that the office would not reimburse us for. We also had to throw away our couch, a queen size mattress, and a twin size mattress because they were covered in bed bugs. The office also would not reimburse us for over $2000 of furniture that we had to throw away. This place is absolute garbage. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
ATTENTION and update. After moving out they claimed we had no fees cause we been there over 3 years and carpet and floors had to be replaced. Now they put on my wife credit report an eviction, and it was disputed, because they could not get money from her after it was declared false, it was sent to me next. I have to get an attorney to review this as they know the report is false, but they keep moving it between the leasers.Not only does this place get more expensive by the year, the apartments remain the same. Now during covid-19 they fire some of their staff and kick them out of their apartments, all while letting random people keep their cars parked for months in the same spot with flat tires and towing others barely leaving the car in a spot a week. They barely answer work orders and now they are saying they cant do any unless they are emergency. For the price live somewhere else.
Life at Yardz on Kolb has been a pleasant one. Neighbors are like family; children rush to greet me and my dog on our walks in the park- like settings; management are friendly and are working to improve the complex. It is a great place near to shopping and restaurants, too!
This place is not as bad as it has been in the past. Its not the best but its a good place to live. I feel safe here with my kids. New management is really trying to get it together. I dont have any bug issues. I cant complain..

It has been through 4 owners and 5 leasing services...Now In the past two years Our new owner has made wonderful changes, and our current ladies Santana, Michelle, Raina are the best, compassionate, reliable,& professional.. Its not easy taking care of all of our wants and needs, sometimes we all need to help each other my being our best to... I hope you will love it here as much as I have💞 Yards On Kolb Rocks🎉!!!
Ive been living here for 5yrs I like the Gym if you want a Free gym during the day its good place work out during the the have Cox from Channels from NBC to Almost 150. And the dumbbells from 5 to like 45 the may not 40 &25 but they tell me its in progress. But it really good. However I dont the wall it is prettier the fountain and flowers.
I was a resident at Yardz on Kolb, from Feb 2016 to June 2017. In my time there, I will say the ladies in the office, were fantastic to work with! They always went out of their way to help my wife and I. The two I mostly dealt with are Kimberly and Julia, and they have done everything that they could and have provided the best service. There were issues we had with some billing and misunderstandings, which is going to happen in life, but they took care of it it was straightened out and we are happy with the result. They had the same great workable attitude even when it was my fault or misunderstanding, taking the time to help me understand rather than just saying it is what it is.If it were not for the fact that we were able to find a house that we love, we would still be there at Yardz. When we moved in it was still Mirabella Apartments. Since it has become Yardz, they have been putting in a lot of effort and money into taking a nice place and making it nicer, a place where you dont mind your family coming to visit you. I wish they had done it a year ago. If it was, this would be a 5 star review!The other great thing that was a big reason that we moved in there, is that they have 3 bedroom apartments, and that was great!!
This place in terms of atmosphere has not always been the best, but the new management team is working really hard to change things and they are very friendly. The apartments are very spacious and the amenities are great. I believe with a little bit of time and work the new management team will make this an Amazing place to live!!
Im a new resident and have to say that the move in process was relatively painless. The only negative was the application taking about three weeks to process (which was no problem since I was not in a rush to move out of my old place). Also, I would have appreciated some communication as to the status of the application throughout those three weeks.However, everything after that has been nothing but good. The office staff has always been very friendly when Ive swung by to ask questions or pick up a package. Maintenance requests have been taken care of quickly and efficiently.Overall, Mirabella offers a great value for the price. Weve been very happy with the size of our unit and the grounds are well maintained. With as big as the apartment complex is, I find it a relatively quiet place both days and nights.
Lived here for 11 years now, and I can say the newest management is the most progressive management they have had in a long time... they are actually working on improving the place (Its going to take a lot of work) but so far i am satisfied with what the new management has to offer for now
Office staff are rude. No help. It takes 2 weeks for them to come get someone to fix something. I pay more for the “upgraded apartment.” But yet they took my gate away! Called and nothing. Apparently me paying more isn’t for the bigger backyard or the gate. It’s hand picked by the owner. Which I don’t understand because how are you going to make me pay more for an “upgraded apartment” that has a gate and a bigger backyard and then take that away from me? Also not to mention the inside of the apartment is not upgraded. Old stove, old counters, old sinks, old cabinets, paint droppings from them painting before we moved in. Back porch light never worked. I put a new one on that I bought! I also bought a lock that was on that gate that they took down and it was expensive. So where they are charging me this money for an “upgraded apartment” doesn’t make any sense. When I talked to the office. The lady was beyond rude. Told me having a gate before doesn’t mean you deserve another one. She also told me that I don’t pay more for the backyard and the gate. But yet IM PAYING MORE. IT EVEN SAYS FOR AN UPGRADED UNIT! Which is not upgraded.
Been here for 6 months now, the former management staff was lacking a lot in pretty much every area they could. More recently they have changed their staff and the changes were for the better! The new staff actually does their jobs, understands that things happen and are willing to work with you and more importantly they actually do what they say theyre going to do. If you had problems in the past give them another shot!

I have lived here for 5 years it has had ups and downs but slowly getting where it needs to be. The office staff has some wonderful members other need some help with customer service. I recommend this place for people who are just starting out.
The cut and paste responses from the office staff on here are ridiculous!We care about the comfort and safety of our residents.BULL! If they cared they would deal with the issues that everyone here have brought to their attention.We cant comment on the children here.Why? The children here are ANIMALS! They are constantly causing problems and creating dangerous situations for themselves and other residents. Not to mention that two children went missing in the complex. Thank God they were found safe.There is crime everywhere.Be that as it may, Ive never lived anywhere with such a ridiculous amount of violent crime that has occurred here. Armed robberies, assaults, break-ins, car thefts, sexual assaults, shootings, and a homicide. This is the most expensive apartment Ive ever lived in and theres more crime here than I have ever encountered. I wont leave my apartment after dark for fear of being attacked. They claim to have 24 hour security but there is NOT a security guard on the property 24 hours a day.Dont even get me started on the maintenance (or lack thereof). Requests ignored. Requests lost. Excuses. Excuses. The only positive thing I can say is that Dino is awesome. Hes always incredibly polite and does a good job.Everything else here sucks and its rapidly getting worse. Management here has turned off the light at the end of the tunnel.
It’s good for all human being don’t chose to live in here, if you don’t want the Rude unskilled staff and have as much weird experiences. Just move in here for couple weeks. Without any notice, I was given a unit which is different from the one i wanted and on the contract when i moved in. And, The staff just told me, i’m sorry, but you know, we sell fast. So i have to pay the hotel fee by myself and awaiting my unit. After moving in, I got a super nice spot, as shown in the pic. After i turn in the maintenance request for almost 3 weeks, no one comes to do anything. And They told me they won’t replace anything. Especially, the wall sockets of living room and bedroom don’t work. No one fix it, too.
Was on a month to month lease after living there for over two years on two year long leases, was deciding to move out or not, and the office rented out my apartment to someone else. My notice was when I went to pay rent, they said why, and informed me. Happy to have moved out! I had one week to move out...
I have lived here for 3 years now. There have been some things I havent been excited about but the staff always takes care of it. I have lived places where they just let you sit with things wrong and dont care. I have seen such a huge change since the new manager has taken over. When I come in with my concerns Val takes care of them right away. There is so much construction going on in the community that you can tell things are going to be upgraded. I am o excited for all of the new changes. With the property and the staff. I have never been treated so nicely as I have been now. They are so helpful and the grounds are looking so pretty. I am happy I have stayed through the hard times because things are really changing around here and I couldnt be happier!!
The office staff is nice. Only thing is Maintenance. When we report things not working its a guess on weather they come or not. Some of them do not even speak English which makes it very difficult to communicate. They take excellent care of the grounds and they have fun monthly gatherings.
I was dealing with problems here and there at first... But thank God they handled my problems, overtime. Im satisfied with Yardz on Kolb. Thank you for being of help to me and my family
The new management is awesome, I love the changes and upgraded that have happened to the complex. The new staff is just as great, they do the most amazing job with what the have, its really awsome to walk in and have all eyes on you even if they cant help you right away. Even with the construction this is an over all great place to live.
The new office staff is outstanding. They are very caring and want to make sure everyone is happy. It is a great place to live.
If I could, Id give zero stars.These people, while nice to your face, have no idea what the left hand is doing from the right. Each time I call in come rent time, I get different quotes for what I owe exactly and have to show math and receipts every time.As of yesterday, they served me an eviction notice, with me having paid up to less than $100 of the rent, which according to them, is the amount that you will not accrue anymore late fees etc, and want to charge me for attorney fees etc. I have had many days off or short due to the stress this place causes, as I have thyroid issues and anxiety disorders which they constantly set off with demanding more money than I owe, and lying about what the rules are and what arent, and their payment arrangements are laughable and they still charge you for random stuff. Im just trying to get better, yo. Why its so hard to read off correct numbers is beyond me.Make sure you have your receipts, and make sure your account is correct each time. Ive never had such dishonest, scammy service from an apartment, ever.My friend who lives here got served a 5 day notice with a different last name, called them and was assured it wasnt for him, and then he had an eviction notice on his door.They tried telling him that he didnt pay rent, and called security on him when he went in, angry, and belittled and treated like a moron.Eventually they found his rent was applied to a different apartment because they cant write numbers correctly, and didnt apologize or acknowledge how jacked up the situation was.The confrontational and condescending attitudes of the employees in the office is appalling, and you can call in 3 times, get 3 different people, and 3 different answers for the same question. I hate having to go in and deal with them, because after 4 months of watching them delete things off the accounts that shouldnt be there, youd think theyd start training people better or something.I wont be renewing my lease. Id rather pay asinine power bills than stay here another year with the utter incompetence and callous and clueless staff they have in the office.Hopefully I can start getting better soon and make it to work more regularly so I can get the hell out of here asap. The stress is not worth it.-----Update: After telling me that I owe the legal fees, before they ever served me the eviction notice, they decided to waive the legal fees, and lo and behold, I owe below the $100. Lets see how they handle the rest of this.

-5 if i could. Greedy, greedy. I have been here since early 15 since then it has changed hands more then once but this last time was just golden.. Hot water consistently off, every few weeks they find some lame reason to inspect/enter your home even when your not section 8. Utilities have become outrageous!!! I was paying around $85-90 in untilites pretty much year round now since new management got better equipment I pay nearly $200 a month and my household has not changed one bit. Dont bother calling the office unless you have time to call 5 times in a row to get them to answer. Oh and they DO enter your home without notice and play dumb when you demand to know why you just caught them exiting your home. 48 hour entry notices are stuck in your door if your lucky 24 hours ahead of time.Pools, kiddie pools, hot tubs, play areas, tennis courts all removed. Free gym now has a charge. Gates always broken, kids fighting all day and night.My living room window, car window have been broken I am still waiting on the video feed for my car...holding my breath. I will not be renewing my lease for another round of greedy managements over price, high BS, lack of security and concern for their renters aka customers. It is a shame once I was recommending this place to others but not anymore.
I have lived at these apartments on/off since I was 17. I have always loved living here, due to the convenience of the location and close proximity to my work and my kids school and also to family. I moved back in here early June of this year. Since that time we have been with out hot water 3 times (including right now). The first time which I think was July, we were without hot water for 6 days. The second time, one full day. And now the third time, its been off since Monday early evening. I left 2 voice mails asking for someone to call me back regarding the hot water and never received a call back. I finally got a hold of an employee yesterday ( I think her name was Julie, not 100% sure though) and she was very rude. Now I get it, I am sure they were getting calls all day about the hot water situation. But I am a tenant, I pay my rent. I was not being rude, I was asking questions about the status of the hot water issue and asking when it would be back on. Her attitude was inappropriate and unnecessary. Last time this water situation occurred, I asked for the property manager to call me, so I could discuss with him/her about a reduction on my utilities since I have gone so many days in the past couple months without hot water (which I still pay for), and of course.....Nobody ever called me back. The frustrating thing is that I have to continue to pay the full amount of the utilities, along with my rent or else I get evicted. But they can constantly have us tenants go without hot water and we are supposed to be okay with it. That is very unfair. I pay my bills and I pay my rent. I should have hot water. My kids should be able to take a shower and not freeze. I am also pregnant, having no hot water is very uncomfortable and hard on my body. If I could afford to move, I would break my lease today. But I do not have that kind of money on me right now. So this complaint/review is my only option.Update (01/16/18):They finally replaced the boiler, so we have had hot water for quite some time now. Well as of this past Sunday, the hot water has been off. And whenever I have call to ask what the status is for the hot water being turned on, I get “they are working on it”, but no actual response or an explanation as to why it’s taking so long to fix. I pay my almost $1,000 in rent on time every month, so I have a right to know what’s going on with my hot water. I am 8 months pregnant and also have 2 other kids and we need showers. Since I pay my rent, I should have hot water. This is ridiculous and not how you treat tenants. I will gladly contact the city and make a complaint if this doesn’t get fixed soon. Note to the leasing office: don’t bother responding with your copy and paste sympathy response. Just get the hot water turned back on.
I wish I listened to people when they told me not to move here. Office staff is rude. They dont notify you when they have a package there for you. Had medication sent and they had the package for 3 weeks! No call or email notifying me. Argued with pharmacy because I thought they never sent it! Its 85 plus degrees in my apartment but they say the ac is working fine. Overall this place is horrible and I cant wait til I can move out of this dump. I was also told I would have a w/d hookup in my apartment but was placed in one without, then I was told its not in the budget to put one in. Over priced for a apartment that is almost unbearable to live in. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! so not worth the money they charge for rent.
