After being at Cimarron for nearly a year I can confidently recomend this apartment to you. Excellent service. Maintenance is top notch. Landscape is great. And everything is well kept.

I am a first time rentie and Heather has gone above and beyond to make me feel very welcomed and has helped me with the process of renting very easy. I would recommend this place for they are kind and there apartments are very nice.

Getting to know Heather and seeing the apartment itself was great. She took her time to explain everything to me and show me around the community there. So friendly and kind.

I have read previous reviews and find them to be quite fawning and self-serving...originally I thought this would be a good place to move into, but my experience with the rental agent left a bad taste in my mouth and I quickly cancelled my move-in. After much back and forth regarding my application, I finally completed it; I believe you have to give out far too much personal information and who knows what they do with it... After completing the lengthy application, I went to see the complex and was quite disappointed; the pictures shown on their website didn’t match - the apartments are a naval-gray color and look very dated. I was told my apartment would be downstairs and when I asked about it, they informed me it was upstairs! They have a security screen on each door; why? Moving on from there, I was approved to move-in, but the date kept changing (mind you, all this dialogue was emails back and forth; no phone call). I also asked to see an apartment and was told: “You can see it when you move in...” BIG red flag there. I was also told that move-in deposit would be $300. Once I was approved, I was given a move-in cost and noticed the deposit amount had changed to $700 (their policy is to penalize you for: 1). Not having been employed at the same place for 24 months, and, 2). Not having lived in the same place for 24 months. More BIG red flags. I informed the rental agent I’d have to re-evaluate this move, as the narrative kept changing... the next day I cancelled my move, citing the above. I then attempted to get back the bulk of my application fee but was told: “You didn’t cancel within 72 hours of filling out the application.” I pointed out that once I was approved, I canceled within 24 hours, but was told: “No dice.” I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely incredible service. Heather worked closely with me through the leasing process, and continues to help me any time I need it. Maintenance is quick to respond. Everyone is extremely friendly and the apartments are clean and beautiful! I’m glad I chose this community.

First of all Michelle, in the office, is the most helpful apartment complex manager in Tucson, I have ever encountered. She assisted me, via email, whilst I was still overseas in securing and holding an apartment for me. Once I arrived, Michelle was extremely patient while I made my decision and changed my mind from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom. She also had a very thoughtful welcome pack full of detergents, sponges etc. for me to welcome me into my apartment. Both apartment choices are very spacious, clean and quiet. I hardly hear anything from my neighbours, although I do hear the swimming pool pump and the air conditioner compressor, I have a great view of the pool and a beautiful tree shading my balcony. Maintenance are also very reliable and friendly. It is a little bit far from the U of A, in that there isnt a direct bus, but that can be overcome with connecting buses. All in all, Cimarron Place apartments is a safe, clean, quiet and friendly community. It is right next to a supermarket and it has a beautiful view of the Catalina foothills.

Myself and my wife just moved in from across town and the staff and the community here are amazing. Beautiful place to live.

I have lived here four months now and I’m very happy here. The complex is well managed, landscaped, and cleaned regularly. Michelle and Lisa do a fantastic job in the front office. They, and the maintenance staff are very professional and efficient. I had a couple of minor issues at move-in and they were taken care of immediately, no problem. There’s plenty of open and covered parking available. I find neighbors to be friendly and respectful of others. It’s very quiet and pleasant here. Fantastic location too. Nothing is too far away.

Absolutely love this place. Lived her for a year then came back and just about to renew our lease for another year. Michelle is an amazing office manager. Shes super helpful and friendly. Always a well kept apartment complex. My family and I love living here!

Set up an appointment to look at an apartment but the apartment was already rented out when I got there. The office did not bother to inform me of this despite calling the day before to confirm and knowing well Im advance that I had scheduled an appointment.The apartments look nice from the outside but the office left a pretty terrible first impression.

Cimmaron at this time. I wish you had a unit available! Had a few issues with River Point! Ill wait til after move in.Then. give an update on the ratings between the two properties. 2 different worlds! You guys are 5 Stars. Thank you!

The office and maintenance staff have been very friendly to me unlike past apartments I have rented at. The parking lot has plenty of covered spaces! And many of them are able to be used for many family members and other guests. They have lots of trees to shade apartments and lower my electric bill. The pool has lots of room for birthday parties and holidays, and they also have a hot tub!!! They have special event days with free food! And seem very active with this community of renters. I hadnt found one thing I feel the need to complain about. And what really has sold me on there customer service... My ac unit stopped working on a Sunday at 730am and I called the 24/7 maintenance line. In less than 30 minutes Somone was at my door with a ladder ready to fix it! Then I find out it was broken beyond repair so they gave me a mini unit until they could replace the broken one with a brand new one! You guys rock!!! Five stars all the way

I have had 14 happy years here. Im retired now and get four checks a year to pay allexpenses. If my rent is raised once againIll be forced out of my happy home.Cimarron place seems to care more aboutmoney than about their residents. Ivechecked with many other religious Sistershere in Tucson, and their rents are neverIncreased due to the respect their rentersgive them for their dedicated service, evenas retired Sisters. We all still serve everyday without pay.The older I get, the harder it is to move. I prayI wont have to leave my happy home.

I liked it here. Lived there for two years, no problems really. Had an issue with my dishwasher once, was fixed promptly. Then my sink broke, they came and fixed that really quick too.No real issues worth mentioning to be honest. And when I moved out, I didnt leave the apartment in perfect shape. I was in a hurry, so it was kind of dirty. They only charged me $200 to fix it up, which if youve rented before, you know that isnt much.Theres a bashas and little shopping center within walking distance as well, big plus if you dont have a car.Overall I highly recommend this place.

The bulb had burned out in my kitchen - I couldnt see to cook or wash dishes. It was handled very promptly and they even cleaned the dead moths out of the light!

Ferman came and fixed my toilet right away as maintenance always does the staff at cimarron have always taken care of me since Ive been a resident and I appreciate them greatly

I have lived here for a year now. I really enjoy the place, in fact I have just signed up for the next year. Easy access to a Circle K, Bashas supermarket, and 3 blocks from the Rillito River path.

I was emailing this apartment community while doing my dialysis. I let them know I would be there at 8:30 and asked about the specials. The agent emailed me AFTER they stopped tours the special was $100 off plus a month free but it expired today. However on craigslist on ads from today it states 6 weeks free. I was already to tour and sign in the morning but not anymore. They promote false advertising. Crooks

Cimarron is a nice quiet little place. The people there are always polite and willing to help out. Also free parking always available.

Old but maintained fairly well and good management. Unfortunately, the recurrent roaches made us move.

I just love this place!!! Everyone is great i would recommed this place ten time over :)

The personnel will lead you in with false promises and advertisements. Their website shows apartments with updated appliances and in reality they are older than I am. I transferred to this property from another under special circumstances and was led to believe that certain things were going to happen. When I followed up, all of the sudden these things could not happen and I was simply lied to up front. If I could I would break my lease in a heartbeat. I have been living in apartments offered by this corporation for over five years and I have had nothing but problems and issues at each property. There is no element of customer service, and a serious case of negligence and empty promises.

Was a nice quiet place when i first moved here. now we have barking dogs at midnight. and as im writing this a pool party for non residents. i know they dont live here by the amount of cars parked here on a friday afternoon and ive never seen any of these people. needless to say i wont be resigning my lease come august. ****updated aug 19 2017: things have got much better in the last year. as always the maintenance people are always on top of things and the problems with the few residents was resolved by evictions*****
