Cannot get a response. Am simply trying to pay rent using your app. No one answers the phone, email and voicemails are ignored.

The apartments are ok, I have lived in better and worse. My main concern now is the swarm of bees who have taken up residence across from me. I am terrified of being attacked. I have found bees in my apartment. I along with several residents have notified the office but nothing has been done. I am considering what my next steps should be!

Faith always listens and is helpful whenever I have to come in and speak with someone, she treats everyone like family! She definitely brings a bright energy to the leasing office and am happy to have her as the new property manager

I sent in their application fee, things happened back at home so I couldn’t move in. They said I could get my refund back and for about three weeks now I have been calling and calling to get my refund back of 150!! But yet I’m always sent to voicemail and ignored. I’ve also left multiple voicemails. If you’re looking for a place, a safe and responsible place that is. This is DEFINITELY not the place.

Faith Curtis made me feel like a long lost friend. She was very informative and lights up the office with good vibes. I dont think I could of gotten a better experience anywhere else and a good deal as well

Omg this apartment. My familys journey started in Florida when we were looking to move here. The first few years were at a different apartment complex that was horrible. I got a promotion at my job and applied here, was accepted in weeks. All utilities included, not to mention the office staff. Theyre always helpful, Antonio has been here for us since day one. The pool is amazing and the laundromat just got updated. I brag about this complex all of the time.

I usually dont take the time to leave reviews, but I do have to commend Kritzell for her effort and professionalism. She is always available with the best attitude and attentiveness. She makes everything easy and provides a good experience anytime I have any questions or requests. She is the best asset this property has. I just moved to Tucson and I am new to the area. I’ve called around many places as well as toured. I would have to say I received exceptional service from a young lady by the name Kritzell. She was very helpful and knowledgeably. She painted an image of the unit I would be getting as well as let me know about the surrounding area. I felt at ease and may very well just rent at Summit Ridge once I finalize my move.

Unfortunately I lived at Summit Ridge for a year. The first day I moved in there was dead roaches everywhere. it took me two days to completely clean the apartment before I felt comfortable putting my stuff in the kitchen. A couple days after I moved in I noticed that the AC was not working and I submitted a maintenance request and they NEVER fixed it. I did not have AC for a whole year. Not to mention that the refrigerator broke and it took them almost a month for them to replaced it and it was only after I contacted the office in New York and complained about the management. All the food I had of course went bad but they did not care. The roof was also leaking and they never fixed that either. they patched the ceiling once but of course when it rained it made a hole and i had to have a bucket in the living room. I also had my own renters insurance and paid them for a refundable deposit which it says that in the contract and now they are saying that is not refundable. There is a lot better places to rent from. I will never rent from them again. Also management is not helpful at all.

Hi, This is wandas daughter she couldnt delete her comment but I just wanted to say that the best thing they have here is fast wifi and cable plus utilities included, the office ladies and gentlemen is always nice to me, but I have to admit we did get a flood but they reaccommodated us so there hasnt been problems since.

Before I moved in last August I heard a lot of bad things and other than maintenance taking their sweet time to do what it takes to maintain the property, the front office staff is pretty good and has always been there to help and responded to issues in a timely manner. The only real issue has been having to deal with the transients that come through the complex. Luckily I have the background and a concealed carry permit to deal with that issue in a professional manner and keep our section relatively mellow and my neighbors safe. As long as you mind your own business you’ll have no real issues. I’ll be renewing my contract for one more year and then look to buy

Faith is one of the best leasing consultants there. She is attentive, sweet, and understanding. Her professionalism is unmatched. She has great customer service and understands how it is renting and needing help. When you have someone who sees there job as more of family you have gold. Shes amazing.

The front office is pretty bien has cleaned up since new girl Faith got there. She always nice and helps me. Maintenance is pretty good except with a/c slowly. Pool is nice but closes too early. Overall not too bad here would like to see less homeless and loiteres. 👍🏼

They are always looking for other ways to improve our quality of living and hold a lot of functions to help tenants feel appreciated. When you stop in, make sure you ask for Emilie, Veronica or Vanessa. I promise they will take care of you!

I recently came to Summit Ridge and Vanessa greeted me. I was looking for a two bedroom, but with the amazing customer service from all 4 ladies in the office and the way the community looked I can understand why there are none available. They didn’t even push me away, they instead took my name and put me on a waiting list! I will be back to call this place home.

I like it here. Its a relatively quiet place to live. And now that theres new management, it seems like the complex has a better morale. Things that have been broken are now getting repaired. The grounds are beautiful. I like that they have 24 hour on site maintenance. Whenever I have something that needs to be repaired, they usually send someone out within 24 hrs. John, one of the maintenance guys, is a nice guy. When he comes to do repairs he is always polite & asks if theres anything else that needs fixing or if there is anything else he could help me with.

Faith in the office is amazing. My kids love the pool. However I wouldnt really recommend living in this complex. It takes maint 6 months to fix things. The wall sockets dont work.Dog poop everywhere. The fridges are missing shelves and the stoves are mismatched on grills. There is no hardwired cable or internet in rooms.the lack of communication is horrible here among staff. Residents lost everything on their patios bc of it.no roaming security so theres addicts nodded out in the stairwells and burnt up foils everywhere. Used needles in the BBQ grills. Cars in the lot are constantly damaged. I have been saving photos for an entire year of what goes on here. My kids havent been outside in a year bc they just cant play here alone. Its cheap so thats a plus. But if u can afford better I wouldnt live here.

Vanessa and emilIE are 2 of the most wonderful people I have ever met. They guarantee customer satisfaction every time. Highly recommended visiting even if you arent looking for an apartment. Its a blast every time.

I have been leaving here for a while. I can not complain it is very nice, and the people are very nice as well. It is very quiet and friendly. and there is a very cute dog park, which is very nice.

Went there with a family member, I was considering possibly becoming a new tenant. After talking to Manager Vanessa.. forget about it! We had an appointment to meet with her, she invited us in... no problem there. We go to discuss the issue about the rent payment getting lost. Apparently thats a common problem over there. She begins looking to her computer like she is investigating the dilemma, we patiently wait 5 or so minutes. The she tells us, I have a lot of emails in the morning. Wow. What great customer service... not. Making an appointment to meet with her about this problem I guess didnt matter enough to her. I will not be going there again.

Do not move into this complex if you want a crime free community, or want your work orders for maintenance carried out in a professional manner, or to not be argued with by the staff when you have a legitimate complaint.

When I first started living here 4 years ago, the living experience was great. We unfortunately got a horrible manager who didn’t care about this property. Now we have Vanessa and her gang! She goes above and beyond to make sure we’re all taken care of. She has cleaned up this property and made it a community. I get to renew in August, and for the first time in over 2 years I am PROUD to say I am renewing at Summit Ridge!

It’s a great place for the first time apartment renters, been here 2 years, great workers especially Faith!

Worst place you could ever rent from it took 2 months for them to fix our flooding apartment area is trash drug use everywhere children screaming from 8am till 10-11 pm every day management doesn’t care about anything if we could leave right now we would. Half the laundry machines don’t work roaches everywhere Police called every other week do not move here unless you can’t afford anything else.

New to the area and considering moving here. The office staff answered all of my questions and made me feel right at home. The property is nice & so are the staff! If you’re considering moving to the Tucson area, I’d highly recommend checking these apartments out.

I have lived here going on 4 years and I have always been treated respectfully. The apartment has not ever had any insects or other maintenance issues that havent been addressed immediately. The trash service was odd to me at first, but I have grown to absolutely love it. great place to live with lots of conveniences & amenities around with 2 major bus lines at the corner, literally. Highly recommend it!

When I first moved here I got help from Veronica she helped me out so much! I love my apartment I havent had an issue at all if anything goes wrong the fix it right away the office staff is always friendly and always in a a good mood! They always work with me I recommend this place rent is really good priced they have changed alot I really enjoy living here! They have great customer service!

I have lived at Summit Ridge for 3 years. Aside from my car being broken into last summer by that bunch breaking into cars ; I have always liked living here. Just upgraded to larger apartment and the staff made it the easiest move ever! Havent ever seen a bug of any sort any everything is kept in good repair. Staff has ALWAYS been helpful and understanding.

This place is horrible. Ive lived here for 11 months. Within the 1st week my license plate got stolen, and within that whole week 5 cars in total on my side of complex had the same thing happen. The office takes FOREVER to return calls. When they give you a tour and viewing for apartment they show you a model apartment thats WAY nicer than the one you are actually moving into. The paint job was horrible, appliances are outdated, the things they have fixed look like a cheap job. Ive called to have them spray for bugs, and that never seemed to work. This place is infested with roaches, and we are VERY clean people. It has nothing to do with how you live, there are huge cracks on door sill for bugs to VERY EASILY get in. They also come from underneath the carpet, since we have moved in the carpet was never properly placed or something because the carpet was coming up from floor in 1st month of living here and a lot of bugs come from underneath the carpet as well. The water is sometimes burning hot or freezing cold regardless of what temperature you really have it on. We have only encountered a few neighbors who seem like decent people. It is NOT a place you would want to live unless you really dont care about cleanliness, safety, or peacefulness.

I have lived here for 4 years with my girlfriend and we are the happiest we have ever been here. Finally, a team stepped up to the plate to take care of the mess that was left from behind. We have traffic and I’m sure it will go away, with the dedication of Veronica, Vanessa and Emilie!

Since I have moved in, the new staff has changed the operation of these apartments! The traffic has slowed down and the ladies in the office are very nice and assistive! The New signs are wonderful and I look forward to seeing what accomations theyre going to improve on next!

Additionally, I have screenshots of your posts on FB for the bribed 5 star reviews that I can send to Google to support my claims if they ask :)DO NOT LIVE HERE. The leasing office bribes its residents with a raffle for reward points to write 5 star reviews. If you dont believe me, check their Facebook page. Even if thats not illegal, its highly unethical and deceitful. In reality, this place is filled with cockroaches, thin walls, and it seems like the police are here almost every other day almost. If you dont believe me, look at the reviews on other websites. Most of them are 1 star reviews, with 5 star ones that are potentially fake. You will regret living here, and theres plenty of other cheap apartments that arent so awful

I dont think its bad at all, its all about how you, yourself as a person keep up with your living area / space & maintain it. Im currently staying with a friend in his little studio here as Im in the process of receiving my own little vary affordable studio. Some others comments that I have seen, read & reviewed are just ridiculous with them saying, bugs, roaches, etc. That must had to be them themselves and how they with kept keeping their own personal space filthy and not clean because I havent seen 1 bug here besides me and my friend who keep ours clean.

When it comes to apartments in east/Central of Tucson, its one of the good ones. Its quiet, theres so many amenities including free WiFi in the clubhouse. They have apartments of all sizes up to a 2 bedroom. Office people are really cool. I hope to be here for a long time

We came in there a few weeks ago and the agent was very rude. She seemed as if she was rushed and didn’t want to be there. As I asked questioned she just kept looking at her cell phone. I asked her if this was a good time if not then is someone else here I can talk with, she continued with yes I am the property manager and I can help you but they way she said it, it seemed as if we were annoying to her. I thought this would have been a good place but I was turned off by the attitude and rudeness of this agent so therefore I left before I could view the actual apartments.Viewing from the outside there seemed to be a lot of trash around the complex.

I Live In Summit Ridge Apartment and I Hate it Its the slums my car has Been br weoken into theres really no light at night outside mainly in the parting Area. And The Roaches Are A Whole Nother story its ridiculous there every where refrigerator, in the drains the vents the ceiling carpet for sure I could go and go The Office Dont Car they just want there rent money. if I Wouldve none what ik now I wouldnt be here

I can’t give a lower score. If you’re military do not rent from here. Staff may seem nice although some are not. They do not care about your pcs orders and tend to “lose” any papers you end up giving them. Neither the office or regional owners office answer their phone lines. So if you have an emergency oh well for you. Even if you don’t live there anymore they’ll still charge you for breaking your lease early due to pcsing. Terrible company to rent from. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

From what I have read this place does not sound all that nice. you please should take these reviews a little more seriously then you do. I will be looking else where and I am also military with a son in the Marines, sir thank your son for his service please you should have been treated better then that, nice job management. looks like people need to look else where

They are awesome and very responsive to tenants needs. We moved in and had a lil problem with the ac. The maintenance team are so amazingly helpful to us and made sure we had what we need to stay cool for the time being. The staff did an outstanding job of getting us in our apartment. I really love how quiet its is and Im hopeful I can jump in the beautiful pool today!!! Thank you guys for everything you all are amazing!!!!!😎❤️🏘👍

This is a poorly maintained place. There are no security cameras. Cars are broken into and office doesnt care. Garbage men steal your trash cans if the bags are not nice and pretty. AC has had problems for months. Do not recommend.

I was really nervous about seeking my first apartment and I was helped by Makayla E. She was very professional and answered all the questions I had and made the experience really great. I would defiantly recommend getting a tour from Makayla 10/10 thank you very much

This place is tremendously noisy. Kids are always running around screaming. Sounds of the nearby road are easily heard due to the thin walls. They find ways to trick you into paying extra fees. Model rooms look nice, but when you get to your actual apartment it looks like crap. Most of the people who live here are pretty sketchy. One of my friends nearly got robbed while visiting. Beggars sometimes wander the parking lot. Apartment receives plenty of police attention.

Management responds with call me, so we can discuss this matter but then I get a certified letter in the mail stating they are not renewing my lease after 3 years. Believe me, getting rid of a good standing tenant that pays rent on time and has NEVER been late is not THE solution. Mngmt is looking at #s and not the monies spent on court cost to get rid of the druggies once they are in. I HAVE A FEW GREAT NEIGHBORS AND I PLAN TO DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO TAKE THEM WITH ME SO THAT THEY TOO CAN FEEL A LOT SAFER AND FEEL BETTER ABOUT WHERE THEY RESIDE. 9 ON YOUR SIDE.....HERE I COME. I tell you Im giving my 30 day notice to vacate and the company sees it necessary to spend money on certified mail to beat me to the punch. NICE!!

All the management here is amazing and they work with you and they help out alot. They are friendly. They take good care of the apartments. Reasonable rent prices.

I dont live here now but I lived here back in 2011. They are finally upgrading everything which is a plus my boyfriend lives there in the cbuliding the office is eeven understanding when guest of residences have a concern or complaint. I personally cant wait to see what they are going to do with the pool this year. Sincerely c224s girlfriend you are a great complex

This is by far the WORST place to live in all of Tucson. Unprofessional and downright mean staff. Infestation of bed bugs and roaches throughout property. Drug dealers and addicts make this their home. Completely unsafe for families.... If none of the above were bad enough, this property will continue to extort money even AFTER your lease is complete and youve paid in full. Absolutely no one should choose these apartments if you value your safety, credit or sanity.

I have been a loyal tenant for three long years. I have always paid on time and kept in touch with the leasing office.Before I left for a business trip in July, I made a point to physically notify the leasing office I would be doing MTM until October, because my lease would be ending July 2018. I saw Veronica (old manager) write a note on my file, I never had to sign a new lease for MTM. A week and a half later, I received emails and phonically regarding my lease renewal and two notices for non-payment and was charged an additional $688 on top of what I paid already which was $1,025-- I still have no idea what the $688 was for, as they do not show a breakdown of costs on the apprent. Another thing, while I was away, my license plates were stolen off my vehicle. Since the office does not keep track of vehicle information, the leasing office towed my vehicle and I was never notified.These last three months have just been a horrible experience and would not wish this upon anyone.This place has cost me way too much time, energy, and money. I would not recommend anyone to sign a lease here, unless you like hidden fees and cockroaches. Horrible customer service. I get it, its a business establishment-- learn how to work and communicate with your tenants, not make their lives even more difficult.Protect your peace and do not sign a lease here.

This place is awful. Not a family place cockroaches my car being broke into people off the street sit downstairs and do drugs gun shots outside my window. Shady staff members. My children are afaid to be here. I was so excited being divorced and on my own I regret every day I moved into this place.
