We moved to Tucson/Mountain Shadows 5 years ago. We love it here. Have no plans to move. Owner and staff take great care of it. They treat apt complex like its their home. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi and landscaping! Pool feels like your at a resort 😁. Also extremely helpful and friendly 😊 In a word GREAT!!!

I lived at Mountain Shadows Apartments a few years back, and now Im moving back again. The pool and Landscape are always maintained clean and presentable. Any issues you have with your apartment they are willing to compromise. I cant think of a better place where you could get more space for less money, I love this place they treat every tenant like family and if theres an issue they will fix it.

I wanted to share my experience, because Mountain Shadows was a very positive, safe, clean, and the staff are friendly. This place is a Paradise in the Dodge / Grant neighborhood. You will have a great experience living here if u get an available apt. And it will it be very hard to leave when u have to... So good lucky finding an available apt.. Once your exposed to the property you wont find anything better. Liz and Andrew are a great team and the propertys shows for it self. Have a great experience, it will be like no other.. My granddaughters still miss playing with the kids who lived there. I encourage you to keep trying or wait for an available apt here so you can have a great experience like no other...😀 The staff really care about the resident and the property .,So if this is important to you then this is a great place to live.I appreciated the Staff and what they do to keep the property safe and clean. Not mentioning how considerate staff. I wished I would have expressed my appreciation for all u do on a regular basises. Thank u for making a difference!!!!

I absolutely loved living at Mountain Shadows. I lived there about a year and a half. This was the perfect place for me, as a 20-something with limited funds and the desire to live alone. I toured quite a few different apartment complexes within my price range and Mountain Shadows was by far the best option, way outranking others in cleanliness, safety, and comfort. Rent is SO affordable and my apartment felt homey. What stands out the most is the management. Liz, Anthony, and the rest genuinely care about their residents. They were warm, welcoming, understanding, helpful, and kind since the first day I met them. Even though I have since moved into a new place with my partner, whenever I pass by Mountain Shadows I say theres my other home.

The people in the office are amazing, especially Liz. They are always super helpful and nice. I never had any problems when I lived there, but it was nice knowing I could rely on the great people there if I ever needed to.

My name is Deborah and all I can say about this apartment complex..is its the BEST! The staff is super friendly and very willing to help however they can. I have lived there for over a year and I couldnt have asked for a more caring staff, from the management to maintenance. They are all super friendly, caring and have taken care of any need I have had within a day. The maintenance personnel is on top of things very professional and very kind, the apartment complex itself is very clean and safe. I would recommend renting here, you wont regret it!

Anyone, that works for an apartment complex is aware that being a manager is hard job, you definitely can not make everyone happy. In this case my staff & I never rented to anyone by the name Stephanie Brace. My maintenance man would never take from anyone, if anything we are the givers of the community. My assumption is we may have evicted a resident, or had to issue a non-renewal which may cause someone to write horrible lies about my community & staff.

Worst place ever. Termites roaches and bad neighbors. Staff nosey and gossipy. Loves to have family live in the complex. Family losers and causes trouble. Place not worth the rent. Crazy neighbors too and theives.

Been living here almost a year no problems everyone is friendly and the property itself is always clean and kept. Really great place and i love it, best apartment complex ever!!!

Loved living there. Nice apartment for the right price. Staff caring and helpful. Property well maintained. Sheldon Larson is a decent landlord and glad i have had the pleasure to rent two of his properties. Best part is they dont put up with crime or major drugs. Everyome looks out for one another.

I have lived at Mountain Shadows Apartments for over 2 years, and I cant say enough of how great it is to live here. Because of the most caring, wonder full managementLiz, Drew, Anthony and Mardi.This is a family who genioually cares about their tenants. Because Liz, Drew and their awesome son and daughtet Anthony and Mardi care and respect their tenants so much they make sure the gounds are always looking beautiful. The pool is always all year long keept clean and beautiful so familys can have BBQ all year long.Especially great full to Liz and her son Anthony for always listen and care. Thank you...

The complex is incredibly welcoming and gives a safe feeling. I come home at night and feel perfectly safe walking to my apartment from the parking lot. The neighborhood outside the gates us sketchy but I havent had any problems. Staff is very kind and understanding, willing to compromise on any issues.Kids play in the courtyard, giving the place a homey feeling. Repairs are done in a timely manner and other than the first week adjustments (Its very common IN ANY RESIDENCE for new tenants to see bugs when they first move in. It takes about a week for the bugs to realize youre not leaving and they scatter) and wasps in the summer time, I havent had any problems with bugs.As long as youre comfortable in a Studio apartment, I highly recommend this complex to live in if youre just starting out on your own. Be nice to your neighbors and they will return the favor.

He no problems with them, and enjoyed living there until I realized Their thieves! To take from someone who works hard for what they have, with no remorse should not be management! The husband of the management who is the maintenance guy stole from my father who was away for health reasons!Work had to be done we’re they guy had to enter the apartment, when my dad returned home, he found his apartment a mess from then searching through his things and money missing! My father being gone for a month had trusted that no one would go in there and steal, he left with money there returned with the money gone! The management denied all accountability of her husbands actions and said he must have used it and didn’t remember!Don’t rent here, and especially don’t leave your valuable things in plain site when you need something fixed and your not there!
