We have been living here for about a month now. I have nothing but good things to say. The apartment is big, nice, clean, and quiet. Our cats even love it. The application process, move in, and everything after has been superb. LOVE the washer and dryer in unit. They are responsive to maintenance requests, text messages, and emails. The office staff has been nothing but accommodating. Great community.

Older apartments but nice and quiet.

Management and office people are AWESOME and maintenance doesn’t take to long to fix stuff, so that’s great! They’re super helpful and have done a lot for us! And they’re updating their security cameras and patrol.

I like the community style u guys have the place is quiet and clean from what Ive seen so far.. Keep it up

We have lived here for over a year and love it. We moved from California and really didnt see the property before we moved in, just pictures. Amy and Kelly made the move very easy. Best staff ever! I would recommend this property to anyone!

Sun River is a wonderful, clean and quiet community. The apartments are spacious and have a washer and dryer, which is very convenient.The best part though is the staff. The office and maintenance work as a team to help with you with any problem, small or large. Our built-in microwave was replaced with a brand new one the next day I called about it. They accepted all deliveries for us and would even text to let us know we had a package. They have a security guard patrol at night which made me feel safe coming home late at night. The office is open everyday, so if youre looking for a new place to live, check them out. You wont be disappointed!!

Been living here for about three months now, hands-down the best experience with a complex Ive ever had. The ENTIRE staff is amazing and very friendly. Maintenance is done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Sun River to anyone looking for a nice apartment complex on the NW side.

I just began living here at Sun River but I really love it so far. I love having a washer/dryer in my unit and its a great size for just me. The staff is fantastic (see manager Amy) and they helped me so much with my move. I came here from out of state and they worked with me until I got here. Its very quiet and the residents are friendly. My neighbors are not noisy or rowdy.It seems like a lot of families with kids live here. The grounds are clean and security and maintenance are around. There are tennis courts and 3 pools. I like the location, too. Its right across from a gas station, Walgreens, Subway, and grocery store. Its on a popular street that is close to many stores and businesses. All in all, I think I found a great place for a reasonable price. So far I really love it here and was pleased with this community.

Ive been living here for 3 years now. It is amazing! there is a pool, tennis court, racquetball court, a cute, small quaint gym (tho im not one to use the facilities) and last but not least, the thing that makes it awesome is how great the staff have been, they truly care. :3 and it makes a huge difference in staying in a place. a plus side is where the maintenance is always done quickly.:)

This place is great! Lived here for a year and its very quiet. Have great neighbors! Hate to move, but have to downsize because of funds. The staff has always been great! If you are looking for a great, safe place to live, come here!

Liked: good location (for me) between work and downtown, washer/dryer in unit, mostly nice and competent staffDisliked: leaf blowers at 6:30 am on Monday and Friday mornings, over-chlorinated, gag-inducing hot tub is only open until 10, raquetball court is run-down, unnecessary move-out charges
