Everything was okay until the moonsoon season hit, management really shows their true colors, just does the bare min. still waiting for my ac to be fixed and it has been at least 3 months going on 4. soo much infestation its ridiculous due to water damage from upstairs unit which cause all of our clothes to get black mold and maggots were found as well. I also called the corp. but it seems like they are always closed and never return anyones calls. I informed management about a rodent had came into the apartment, all was said was I know i found one in another unit too. WHAT that is not how you handle things. I feel like this complex does not know what to do when serious conditions occur, mind you I have two small children a newborn and 1 year old, and very much at risk of getting bitten. We had to come out of pocket to stay at hotels due to the critical conditions of my unit. I fear the worst for my childrens health due to the mildew smell and the maggots possibility getting in their bodies. DO NOT RENT HERE RENTER BEWARE

Management and maintenance staff have neglected this place. Pool was green for 4 days in the middle of a heat waive. Laundry room does not work half of the time forcing residents to do laundry else where. Garbage is over flowing every other day because there is not enough waist dumpsters. Only one available in the entire complex. Pima county just the told them to close the pool.

Last year I signed a year lease and we had nothing but problems since we got here. The pool is never clean and the hot tub doesn’t even hold water if they don’t fill it everyday. It was always hard to get a response back from anyone. Not too long after we first moved in we put in a maintenance request for our A/C and never had a response. Whatever, my fiancé took care of it. Then, a few months later we had issues with the A/C again and this time it wouldn’t work at all. We put in another maintenance request and someone did come take a look, determined we needed a new one. IT TOOK 3 MONTHS to replace our A/C in the end of summer in AZ!!! We spoke to the manager and maintenance multiple times during those 3 months and we were just offered excuses. We have been spoken down to, and mistreated whenever we had complaints. What they advertise is certainly not what they offer. We also had a vehicle vandalized and nothing was ever done about it. The manager said it was ”too dark to see anything in the cameras” and would not let anyone see the cameras or call corporate. We had to FIGHT with the manager to give us her bosses number to express these complaints. There are a bunch of questionable people around, definitely drug dealers. Cops have been here quite a few times as well. Some families are careless of others around, blasting music in the late hours of the night. The apartments are overpriced for what they are. Just recently someone’s floor in an upstairs apartment fell through the ceiling of the downstairs apartment. Those poor people had to deal with a lot of there property being damaged because the pipes burst or something and there was water flooding the whole downstairs apartment. You can definitely find something a lot better for what they charge here.

I have been living here since 2015.The place is quiet .The manager, Maria, is very friendly and helps us all the time .She does her best to make us feel comfortable. We get a rapid response from the maintenance man, Carson. He resolves any issue as quickly as possible. We hope that the owners will not raise the rent for the next year as they do every year because we live on a limited income and any raise will have a big influence upon us. Thank you so much...

I was deployed for 8 months overseas in the middle east and I was calling once a month to secure an apartment here. This shows how top quality this apartment complex is. Its a great value and the apartment complex overall has excellent quality along with the staff. My move in process was smooth and I moved majority, if not all of my stuff within a week or less.What I really like about the laundry room is that its credit card enabled, so all you have to do is insert your credit card into the machine and it activates a washer/dryer to use. I find this very convenient since some laundry rooms only require quarters or a nuance laundry card.Its a small quiet community. The other tenants are quiet, respectful, and its overall a nice community.Maria is an excellent leasing manager, doesnt BS and provides you with everything you need, plus any questions you have she usually has an answer and makes you feel welcomed.The amenities and apartment packages are nice too. The apartment comes with an internet/TV package so all you have to do is call Cox and pick up a modem (if you dont have one) and before you know it, youre connected to the internet!Im overall impressed with this apartment agency and it was worth the wait.I have 2 suggestions for current things Im experience. The app: AppRent unfortunately doesnt support automatic payments for paying rent, it requires a manual submission for rent payment. This isnt a big deal, but it would have been a nice feature to have. Also, Ive recently experienced a water leak with the A/C unit. Its been dripping the last few days. I submitted a maintenance request via AppRent and even called. One of the maintenance guys said they will come by but never showed up.Besides those 2 issues, everything else about this place is top quality service!

Been here for about 4 months now. I like that its a small, friendly and safe community. Our complex manager Maria goes out of her way to do resident events and make us feel welcome. Maria is always available to answer questions or to help with any issue that comes up. I love Maria she is a great help!! I love this community.

Love it here! When I was first looking for apartments for rent, Verrano was far and away the best priced. Application process was nice and easy, and April was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The complex itself is amazing, lots of trees and shade between the buildings. It’s so quiet as well, at all hours of the day all you can hear is the wind through the trees. Maintenance requests are answered quickly and efficiently, and management has an open door whenever you need help or have a question. The community feels like home as soon as you step in.

I moved into Verrano Park apartments about two weeks ago. The staff is remarkable! They are very kind and show every bit of consideration to my personal issues and try to accommodate whenever possible. The grounds are beautiful! The large trees and shade cover the entire property providing limited need for the use of our air conditioning. In turn saving us money! Maintenance, although I have had limited encounters with I see he is on top of my neighbors needs and when he passes by always has something nice to say. The pool and hot tub is so refreshing! And the workout room is nicely remodeled to overlook the pool. I give this community a thumbs up !!! Way to go Verrano Park !!! William Tritz

Ive lived here for roughly three years and Ive had nothing to complain about. Maintenance requests get done promptly, rooms are spacious (Ive been in a studio apartment that most of my friends thought was a one bedroom), and the community is small enough where you can enjoy using the grill or the pool without waiting for long periods of time. Happy with the choice I made

Ive lived here for 6 months now. The best thing about here compared to other apartments is Carlson the maintenance guy and Maria the Manager. They are seriously awesome. Super helpful and friendly and always respond quickly to maintenance issues. And my apartment unit is pretty good for the price, Id say.The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is the other residents, which is compounded by the fact that theres a big courtyard in the middle of all of the buildings. This means that inconsiderate people have a great place to go and play annoying music, chat unnecessarily loudly with their friends, talk on the phone, etc. And yes, people do that, and its annoying. Sometimes in the middle of the night.

The office staff are awesome! The host was so hospitable and thoughtful! Great place to stay! 7 years. Maria and Carlson are nice people to talk to, and both do a great job. 🙂

I have lived here a year and 10 months and everything has been good even when the new owners took over it took time to get use to them and the stuff that they were adding to the property but I find it very relaxing and peaceful here! Alma always respond to me no matter if its in person or email and Tony comes to do work orders and actually explains everything he is doing so I can fully understand. I mean hopefully the owners will add free electricity and remove the water, trash fee but I love it here.

I lived here 2 years now and from the first day Alma, the manager in office has been nothing but sweet and nice. But in time Alma has be more that the manager she is a friend that care for us more than tenants. The community is quiet and quaint has a great community feel. Our community manager brings us together for monthly event where we all socialize its a great experience. Verrano Park has come up with a new way to rewards its residents, with this rewards we can redeem for gift and upgrades in our apartment its a unique way to show their appreciation to us. Lastly Verrano offers us a safe environment were we have security seven days a week...h

Property manager Maria was very welcoming and professional also very kind. The vibes of this apartment complex were very positive and friendly . Best experience I had The property is very neat and clean and organized.

PROS: Very clean, quiet and all staff and neighbors are incredibly friendly. Maintenance gets to completing work orders very quickly and management is very understanding. Nothing sketchy really happens.CONS: New owners forced an amenity of picking up trash at the door for extra $$ (they never do and the dumpster is just a few steps away), management is very difficult to reach (either theyre not here or theyre too busy), rent is stupid expensive for such a tiny apartment, and the vinyl flooring is super cheap. I grew out of this place a while ago

We have lived here for about a year and a half. You would think being right off of Golf Links it would be noisy however, it has been a quiet place. The residents are very friendly and keep to themselves. We have not experienced any crime. The management has been helpful and accommodating! I would recommend Verrano to anyone looking for a modest/minimalist living arrangement!

Weve been here four years, almost five, and every year, the place gets better. The management is great, as it generally has been, but the managers are going the extra mile here, amping up their monthly socials, taking extra care to improve the landscape with community plantings, and being diligent about informing tenants of activities, inspections, and other regulations and requirements, always in a friendly and personable way. We have lots of young families here and professionals, as well as retired citizens, and it all makes for a real sense of community. the minute the pool was ready for swimming, there was a party on the patio with the neighbors meeting each other and enjoying the sun and the crystal clear pool. And the rents great, too!

Verrano Park has offered a quiet environment for my family. We are grateful to have the community manager and maintenance that make sure to take care of all the needs of the community they really stay in top of everything. We really recommend it to our friends!

I moved to Verrano Park in April of 2018. A big part of what makes this a great place to live is Maria A.; shes professional, outgoing and helpful. Probably the best onsite manager Ive ever dealt with. She takes pride in our complex and it shows!

They have a lot of break ins in my car and I’ve asked numerous times for somekne to check the camera and nothing . Also I’m being gaslight over here so if you not they race don’t apply .

Ive lived at Verrano Park for 3 years now, its one of the quietest apartment complexes Ive had the privilege of living in, its a nice small community that offers special manager run events, food cookouts, contests and prizes, The manager, April Duran is very sweet and goes out of her way to help in any way she can. I was late on my rent and she worked with me, I cant say that for any other apartment manager Ive known. One of my favorite things is waking up in the morning and walking out to the courtyard, the grass is always green, the trees are bursting with life,the atmosphere is almost divine. other apartment complexes Ive lived at had problems with different types of infestation, Ive never seen one ant or roach inside my apartment. I have been here for approximately three years and I love the place. Its a very quiet neighborhood. Management is amazing!!!! I really recommend this place.

I worked her for 2.5 years so all the good reviews are based on my employment there. I have been gone for 3 months and the property has fallen apart. Maintenance is a joke the manager is not experienced or professional. The pool is never open. If you have difficulties with stairs dont bother applying because the office is upstairs bottom line ask a current resident if you can find one verrano park is not the place to live the owners can barely pay there bills. I just Re-signed my Lease here at Verano Park!!! I LOVE how safe, Clean, and Tight The community is! Above all else, there is 1 Person that runs our Apartment Complex, opposed to having 5 different people in the Office, ALL on a different Pages. Alma, our Complex Manager is AMAZING! She has gone above and beyond for me as a resident when times have gotten rough. Shes understanding, and welcomes you with a smile no matter how crazy or busy her day has been! Shes constantly throwing fun little events at the complex that include different food vendors! She always has raffles going on, and having online access to be able to pay our rent and qualify for different prizes is something Ive never experienced at any other complex! :) HANDS DOWN, I recommend Verano Park to anyone in need of an EASY move in process, in a comfortable small community with a GREAT Apartment Manage! (Who will know you on a first name basis) :)

I lived at the complex for about 1 year 1/2. it was good for a little wile. until the new manger Alma Chavez | Value Creator.Community Manager. Warring for the love of god do not move into this complex! its full of drug dealers,They make you pay for water and trash, there is no covered parking, the maintenance speaks no English. He electrocuted him self trying to install a ceiling fan. The Value creators car got stolen in broad daylight under the cctv camera next to the Managers office window!.. really people!. This Property is under M.E.B. read some reviews you will see what i mean...oh and and they have bed bugs. If you are looking for a apartment dont look at this one. Read all the reviews before renting any where! Take it from me i was in the business for over 25 years...

This is my first year at Verano Park and so far this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. April Duran the property manager is one of the best property managers that I have ever met she works very hard to keep her tenants happy and works extra hard to keep our apartment complex safe I have never met a manager as understanding a helpful and attentive as she is. Carlson the maintenance guy is also very helpful everytime I go outside to walk my dogs he is always working he is always keeping himself busy I never see him just standing there he is always doing something. He works really hard to keep this property clean, if you walk in to Verano Park Apartments you will see for yourself how clean the apartments are. When I moved into these apartments I thought that they were going to be really dirty because it is a pet-friendly property so everyone at these apartment basically have pets I thought that I was going to see dog droppings everywhere around the apartments and that is not the case here Carlson is on top of everything. In the begining I said I was only going to be here 1 year once my lease was up I was going to move out at that time we had a different property manager that would not do her job like she was supposed to but now that April is the manager and Ive seen how she is so understanding and helpful we are going to renew our lease for another year. These apartments are not your typical big Apartments they might be little but everyone is really friendly along with the stuff. I would and have definitely recommended these apartments to people.
