Dont do it! No matter how desperate you are DO NOT RENT HERE. I moved in 2 years ago and am still fighting to get a judgement off my record. My family went the entire summer with absolutely no air conditioning, and 3 days after me and 25 of the neighbors called the health department we all recieved a letter of non lease reneweal and were given 2 weeks to leave. My family left before the 2 weeks was up to avoid any type of lrgal actuon and when I went to apply at a new place they said I had 3 judgements on me from that place. No one will answer phone. No one is ever in the office. The place is covered in roaches and bedbugs. Absolutely no maintanance will be done. My 11 year old daughter was on the swings on day after school and almost got shot. We couldnt even go to the pool the few occasions they opened it because some kids was always trying to beat up my daughter and start fights because they thought the pool was thiers and didnt have to let other residents in. Its ok, it was filthy and had a layer of oil floating on the top anyways. This place is trash. Kim is trash. The city should shut it down. Not suitable for life.

The rent is Very high for such a run down hole in the wall dump. Have over TEN things that need to be repaired for over six months, to date, only one has been completed. All I get are promises and excuses, repeatedly, but NO ACTION. The upstairs neighbor is loud and inconsiderate, making loud stomping noises up to 4AM with NO SUPPORT from management. TheAir is either on high or off, thermostat is non-functional. Windows dont seal, smoke and high road noise is unbearable. TheCorp is kept secret, so cant complain to them about poor and unresponsive manager.DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SLUM LORD!!! YOULL BE SORRY!!!You can find a very Nice apartment within a few miles for less $$$ and actually enjoy life in a quiet comfortable dwelling. NOT HERE!

This place needs condemned! These buildings are unsafe and unhealthy to all who live in them and anyone that comes on the the property. The numerous water leaks waste hundreds of gallons of water (a finite resource)! This place needs to be investigated by the city, by the water department, by the fire department and the county. If I could give it less stars I would. There isnt an actual a/c and its hot as outside as it is in my apartment. Ive been living here for six months and I hate it. The manager Dee is awful, and its dirty. And trashy and drunken fights happen all the time. Its no place to raise kids. My kids are getting over heated and they said theres nothing they can do about my kids getting too hot.

This place is TERRIBLE. My family and I have lived here for 10 months and it has been the worse living experience ever. Back in March, our ac went out and it was dreadfully hot. Our kids and animals were overheated. When my fiance contacted management about it, she was very rude and didnt take care of the problem till we kept calling and pestring them. My biggest problem right now, would be the infestation of roaches! Its absolutely disgusting and all over! I spent 4 hours cleaning my apartment and a few days later, it looks like I never touched it! Roaches were everywhere! Ive had to throw food away and appliances because they were nesting inside. I feel disgusting and I feel terrible that I have my children living here. After complaining to the department of health,(after pestering the office for months), pest control finally came out to spray and will finally fog tomorrow. But now? Theres freaking bedbugs!! Are you kidding me!! I cannot wait to move out of here. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have never lived at an apartment like this before. I can also vouch for LastKing 420. They left a huge puddle of water and mud in front of apartments. There was also a man found dead for 2 weeks. Just threw away the carpet like it was nothing. This place is full of bad vibes/energy. I will NEVER recommend this place.EVER.

These were the worst apartments I have ever lived in. When I first got a tour of these apartments they showed me the Luna side and none of the apartments were move in ready. So they then decided to put me in a three bedroom on the Sol side. They wrote out a small contract stating that once the apartment on the Luna side was ready then I can be transferred at no cost. Everything already seemed sketchy so I decided to sign only a 6 month lease. In the first three months I went through 5 different managers. Rosa being the last one. She was definitely nice but got left with a big load. Corperate was horrible. I had many over the phone confrontations with them. They never wanted to fix anything and we got bed bugs! Never had them in my life but these apts were infested! They did fumigation but out of pocket for taking proper precautions$250 it was ridiculous. We then had a big water pipe leak right in front of our door for two weeks. Once again called Corperate and I spoke with two different women both were very rude. I was never moved into the Luna side and when they did decide to rent it they upped the rent $195 which is crazy being the poor condition that they keep the apartments and everything we had delt with. My expience here was the worst in all place I have rented even the south side. I would not recommend anyone live here. Its definitely not worth the stress. The day I got into an argument with Corperate over the phone and said that since the didn want to fix the leak and how dangerous it was because I had small children I told them I was leaving as soon as my lease was up the lady on the phone said thats fine do whatever you want but because it wasnt in written form I never recieved my $500 deposit which was ridiculous considering th condition the apartment was in when I moved in. Would never recommend these apartments to anyone! They also had a man dead in his apt for two weeks. The smell was horrible. They did not take proper precautions like haz mat to come and clean the apartment out. They then took all the carpet that the man had leaked all his bodily fluids on during those two weeks deceased and put it in the regular dumpster right near my apartment. It was the worst smell ever it lingered for over a month that apartment smelled horrible. It was the worst! Trans Pacific management company are slum lords. Just a fair warning if your deciding to move here.

These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in and i was raised in th ghetto of denver they are infested with bed bugs and roches and the manager dont do anything about it

This has to be the worst apartments Ever there is always a problem with management and there is always a problem in the apartments the air is not working and the manager keeps trying to say it works perfect but we in our house and it’s hotter inside then out side I would not recommend anyone to live here unless you want to deal with a new problem all the time WORST PLACE EVER DONT TAKE THE CHANCE HERE YOU WILL HATE IT ...

Ive lived here since 2010. Since MEB took over it has vastly improved. They keep the pool clean and usable. They repainted the building, though Im not a fan of the color choice, it is a lot better than the dirty white that it used to be. They also put locks on the gates again, adding some sense of security to the community.I had some issues with the previous owners/management but the MEB reps helped me resolve them to my satisfaction, when they took over.Having the utilities included as part of the rent, makes life so much easier. There is a laundry room on the ground level and another on the 2nd floor, which Im super grateful for, as I live on the 2nd floor.Both of the leasing specialists have been very understanding and helpful to me. I look forward to my conversations with Dee, one of the leasing specialists, every time I pay rent.Mostly I keep to myself and Ive never had any real problems with any of my neighbors. It is a fairly diverse community and there are a few families with children, I see playing together in the courtyard frequently.I dont have any pets, but I know many residents do, so there is obviously a policy in place for that. Right now we have 2 Circle Ks across the street from us, though I think one will be closing once the other is done remodeling, it is still convenient to have a store so close. QT is right down the road and if you like Karaoke or pool, Margarita bay is right across the street too. Plus Frys, Chuze Fitness, McDonald, Arbys, goodwill and many other stores are with in walking distance or a quick bus ride away. This apartment complex is awful full of cockroaches and bed bugs my suggestion is to stay away from this place by all means and during the summer it is very hot swamp cooler always breaking my upstairs neighbor had a dog and peed on the living room carpet and it came through the ceiling onto my coffee table in my living room the cracks in the ceiling way it was laid out is how the pee came through it was disgusted when I first moved in I had no problems and then about two months later I started noticing them they would have come weekly to treat for cockroaches and they still would not go away apartment refuse to bomb all units together horrible place

The management has gotten better, Roachs almost gone, and less rift-raft such as drug dealers and shady characters

Heat went out went up to talk with office still no heat have young kids and a month ago told them that put plaster over mold and to fix it never happen still here worse place ever

Lived there a few years ago when MEB first took over. There was a lot of issues with loud patties, illegal activities and others that the management did nothing about.
