Family oriented, friendly people in my experience visiting friend that lives there. Ive always felt warmly welcomed by everyone. It seems theres a wide variety of cultures and I like that very much, as Im originally from NY, Italian predominantly little Norwegian family, in my ancestors, but in the youth the cultures & ethnicities are mixed and I love them all dearly! I find that, so long as you are respectful and treat others kindly, as you wish to be treated, you never have a problem. I demand respect, but I also give it. Im old school 100%. As for living I personally need more space myself. If the rooms were bigger and garaged parking I could definitely see living here when I down size. Ok, maybe with a heated pool & fitness room. Really, they have covered parking, its a gated community, Im not sure if the pool is heated, or not. That is an easy fix with a solar cover making it year round pool for exercise, or getting solar panels to heat pool, or making the entire complex solar energy efficient! Just food for thought for management! Probably never have a vacancy, and the cost of solar installation will pay for itself in a few years and in no time youll be making bank from the power company paying you for all the solar generated from your panels. Its insane how much & how fast it pays you back in AZ.

I have lived at San Marin for 2 years, so far I have no complains. It is a great community for small families, schools are nearby and I can not replace the management team or maintenance team they have here, Thank you for your great service ! =)

Renter beware!The management at this apartment will make sure you dont get your deposit back and make up fake charges after you move out to make you pay.If you do end up renting here, make sure you do your move out inspection.If you dont do it, they will do it for you and charge you for damages (and a cleaning) that were already done to the apartment before you even moved in.Make sure to take pictures and/or video of your apartment before you leave.But if you can, please dont rent here.They dont care about your noise complaints, nor will they enforce anything.Avoid this place.

Affordable an clean property for a small family, close to schools for every age, grocery stores within 5 miles, with city bus stop in front of apartments. Management very professional, very friendly and quick to resolve any issues, maintenance as well quick to fix any issues within your apartment.... Never had any problems everyone minds there own business children playing in the playground area which also is clean

Very nice and affordable housing for a single guy like myself. Quiet for the most part except some kids screaming at the top of their lungs. But hey, theyre kids. Very quiet part of the south side. Pool is kept up nicely and I love the management team. They have been very helpful and understanding during rough patches. I have been here almost two years now.

This apartment would of got a 5 star I’ve been here for a year and had no problems security guard watched over the apartment felt safe really affordable and maintenance would take care of things however once I renewed my lease rent went up I notice their was no longer the security guard really sketchy people have been coming around the apartment late at night my car got things stolen from and then my boyfriend got his car stolen so far within these 2 month just disappointed they need to bring back the security guard

I loved my apt. But I was really not comfortable with the people dumpster diving as soon as the gates were open. I came home late one night and had to park a little ways away from my apartment... That was fine. ..But it was around midnight and I heard some commotion from the dumpster, got startled and to my surprise there was a very thin woman with soars all over skin that I recognized as a resident... climbing out out of the dumpster! The other I had was the laundry room was always a disaster area, lint piled in the corners about knee high. And also dead roaches in and out of the machines. Then I figured Ill just wipe them out before I do my clothes. I even told.Maria she should hire me part-time time to clean the laundry room. But what did it for me is... Im a white girl in an predominantly Mexican neighborhood. Thats cool. But these men in the same cars ( lowriders) would drive by and say things to me if I was out. I told management. But nothing changed, and got sick of rude suggestive, just plainwrong verbal abuse by these idiots. I left before my lease was up. I am in need of a new home and I would like to go back and maybe its changed a little since there is new management. Those were the factors for my breaking my lease. That was in 2012.

!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT ROACH INFESTED ONLY BEEN HERE 6 MONTHS NOT A HABITABLE FOR ANY ONE TO LIVE IN THIS.. It IS DISGUSTING I REPEAT DISGUSTING!!! CALLED HEALTH DEPARTMENT, MY NEXT CALL IS KGUN 9!!!

If you looking to rent in a nice clean well maintained complex... dont look here! San Marin Apartments has the type of management that wont move a finger with issues like: tenants with piles of trash outside the door, loud music any day any hours of the night,cars with smashed windows or broken in to, no security, gate not working most of the time, people selling drugs or consuming shamelessly and sutch...It has been a nightmare since this management, cero rules!

Its a well maintained complex with security patrolling the grounds at night its peaceful living.

The place is nice enough. Like everywhere, the drug activity is nuts

Place is infested with bed bugs and mice. Horrible matinence and office staff is worse. Over priced place for a bad area.
