This place is amazing. Super friendly staff, and they are so helpful. They have been so amazing with my boyfriends busy schedule, and helped in any ways they could with him being gone so much. It is a quiet little complex with super friendly neighbors.

Ive asked to have certain things in my apartment fixed. The tub started cracking not too long after being here and people are somewhat noisy. Otherwise it is a very quiet place and its affordable for now. And its somewhere where ill stay for another year.

I just moved here from MN. During the process of selecting an apartment complex this community was the best. Very helpful in giving a video tour. Answering all my questions and concerns for moving such a long distance. Upon arrival the staff and management have been above accommodating!!! I am disabled and my reasonable requests for my disability were met with speed. The maintenance staff (Robert) goes above and beyond in repairs and the inspection process was a breeze. The management staff are friendly and very caring! Thank you so much for making my move to Tucson easy!

New management has come in and is cleaning up better than the previous. Zona Village has always been a great place to live. Clean, quiet and affordable. The support staff gets issues resolved quickly and efficiently. We have been at Zona Village since 2012 and not had one issue that couldnt be resolved. Its only 5 minutes from Albertsons, 10-15 min from downtown and 20min or so from Tucson mall. Perfect location to get other places quickly.

Management is very understanding and helpful. A big part of moving into a new complex is management and Rafael really shows that the front office cares and understands their tenants. very quiet community and great atmosphere.

Rent was very reasonable and when you had something break in your apartment they were VERY good at making sure somebody could come check it out as soon as possible. The location was wonderful for Pima students and you get to live next to the beautiful mountains of Tucson! We had awesome and friendly neighbors and the staff was all friendly as well! Our apartment wasn’t very updated but everything worked well the entire time we were there!

Weve lived in Tucson for a year and been at this apartment complex since. The management changed about 2 months into our residence, but we have had nothing but great interactions with the management. They have been accommodating, friendly, and very helpful. I can tell they are trying to clean up the place and make it better. The new laundry room is great, the pool area is nice and clean. Our water heater needed replaced on Thanksgiving and, even though it was a holiday, they went out of there way to get us a new one!

I wouldnt recommend living here. My apartment is very smoky due to the upstairs neighbor that smokes a lot. It can be very frustrating. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else that will more comfortable.

Pros -Staff: The staff is amazing. They knew me by name and apartment number and were extremely helpful if I ever had a problem. The maintenance staff, along with office staff, was WONDERFUL. They responded to maintenance requests in a very timely manner.Location: The complex is a short five minute drive to I-10. There are several groceries right down the street and is a ten minute drive to Fourth Ave and University. Walmart, Target, and other shopping is within a 15-20 minute drive. The complex is off the beaten path so there are no buildings or infrastructure blocking the view. There are several walking/hiking paths within a 10 minute drive.Cons-The units are very, very outdated although this seems to be the norm in Tucson. I will note that although outdated they are well maintained by the maintenance staff. Most worrisome on this would be the windows. Because they are outdated they can easily, easily be broken into. The lock is very flimsy and the glassily easily pushed open. My kitchen window faced what I would describe as an ally where storage for the apartments are kept. Someone could climb in at any time of the day on this side without being seen. Although I did not hear of any issues of this it was always a concern to me as I lived alone.Other Tenants: I lived here for about 3 years and towards the end of my tenancy it seemed as if the complex was starting to bring in a rougher, lower income crowd. I saw the police twice within the last year and had to call them myself on my neighbor who I had multiple issues with. It was at this point that I decided it was time to move out.

I had a great time with Zona Village. The office management was great. They worked with us when we were in a jam and were very responsive to concerns. Whenever we had any maintenance issues, the crew was very efficient in fixing the issues. The site might not be very modern, but it was still a comfortable living experience.

According to the lease office, the carpet in the apartment has been replaced before I moved in. Pictures speak for themselves. When I told them the carpet had stains they said maybe because they cut it in the street(never seen that before) and nothing was done about it.Super old and noisy refrigerator, old stove, kitchen cabinets completely missed up. It is cheap for a reason.

Did not enjoy my time here. The property looks pretty and clean, but theres no privacy. The neighbors are nosy and an overall rotten vibe. Spend the extra money for more privacy;the walls are paper thin. The buildings are in bad condition, theres constant water leakage, from the roof and the pipes. The maintenance crew are attentive and well mannered, but the managing staff came off pretentious. The appliances we got were from the 70s. Overall bad neighbors and paper thin walls. I do not recommend this place for people who are looking for a laid back apartment experience. They kept raising the rent on us every chance they could get as well.

Hated it here.Had to share ONE hot water heater with the whole floor of 1 bedroom units, so there was never any guarantee that I would have hot water for my showers. The managements answer to my complaint about this was simply to time my showers and take them in the evening/early morning so that I would get hot water. After letting them know how unlivable this apartment complex was due to paying a decent amount per month to live there and no hot water as a right as tenant, they consistently brushed off my complaint and ignored it. They also said after I complained the first time that they would install a hot water heater into my apartment, but then retracted that statement with the excuse that there would be no way for them to install it since there would be no room and it is not fair that I got a hot water heater while everyone else in the one bedroom studios would not get one. They are an awful apartment complex, and extremely unprofessional; will never rent from any Zona apartment complex ever again.

Love this place live here almost 3 years. Only hangup im having is I want to stay longer but Im afraid I wont be able to afford to stay after this year if the rent keeps being raised on me. I guess ill have to occupy some other apartment complex. I would hate to have to do that, but I guess I can spend half my salary at a place that offers the same deals and just move every three years. Hopefully someone will get back to me with some options. Ive done all I can with my wonderful very helpful property manager Brittney but im afraid I have to talk with people above her, or just have to leave. 😢

The carpet was bad, the appliances were old and horrible, weeds and roots were sticking out from the flooring, laundry room and the pool were filthy, and the management was rude and demanded more than just rent. I sure hope theres new management and all the problems I listed were fixed. :)

Rent is a decent price and it isnt too far from campus, the office has very nice people but there is horrible bug problem, the neighbor smokes weed constantly and nothing is being done and there have been several cars that have been broken into the past 3 months multiple times, including my friends twice. There are no cameras or anything to view the parking lot. The water constantly gets turned off through out the building for no reason and the water in the shower constantly changes temperatures drastically after 5 minute or so in the shower.
